I was happy that they had the dress that I wanted, but after it was purchased they weren't as professional as they were prior to me paying for the dress. The location that I had originally purchased the dress at closed 2 weeks prior to my wedding which wasn't a major problem, but trying to get in with the hours that the new location had was a little sketchy. I also went through the seamstress that is contracted with them and she was nice, but trying to get a hold of her too was a pain. I would buy a dress from them, but take it with you and find another seamstress.

Received all bridemaids and flowergirl dresses from here. Lots to choose from and varitiy of colors. Helpful staff you give in insite in this dress process. Also great deals offered.

I am not a girly-girl, so it was hard enough convincing myself to book a consultation somewhere to get a dress for the big day. I think the problem stems from the fact that I am athletic, and I am fairly muscular on my arms and back. My body type just doesn’t suit must frilly things. I explained that over the phone when I booked the appointment, and then again in person, and the staff was so amazing at making sure they didn’t try to push me towards a style that I wouldn’t feel comfortable in. I was shown really simple styles, and I loved the dress I chose. There was no design or print on the material, but it looked like the material itself was making waves across the dress. It was beautiful. They were great with helping my friends pick out dresses that also complimented the style of my wedding dress, really professional, and all the alterations went without a problem. Because the wedding was going to be in Trego, at a retreat, we picked material that looked more organic and casual for the bridesmaid dresses. In the store, we wanted to go fancier, but on site it was perfect. I didn’t feel like I needed to look at other stores once I went there, because they really have it all.

They were great. I felt comfortable whenever I came in for trying on my dress. They actually matched a price at a different store and they actually order you the right size dress. Another shop on Grand Ave wanted me to buy one 2 sizes to big. So when my dress came in it fit perfectly because I listened to and trusted the people here to do their job and it was a great job!

Awful service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They made a false promise about getting "any bridesmaid dress in the industry." However, they forgot to inform me that it would not be discounted at the time of the purchase of my bridal dress. When I found the dress I wanted for the bridesmaids they would not give me the discount and made me do the research of where they could purchase the dress. They mis-quoted a price for the dresses and would and 2 weeks later revoked their quote, explaining there was a miscommunication between salespersona nd buyer. When I explained the problem to the management I was insulted and told that it was my problem for their miscommunication.I felt completely lied to and mislead. I would NOT RECOMMEND this establishment for purchase of your wedding or bridesmaid gown. I have had great luck with all of my other vendors and am definately not a difficult person to work with. I just felt that they should honor their original quote.

This place has awful customer service. Although my wedding dress was beautiful, I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. They majorly screwed up my bridesmaid dress order, and they were not willing to admit that they made an error, nor did they offer any customer service to remedy the situation. Shop around and find a different place that carries the dresses you want.

I actually used the Bridal Center in Plymouth. The woman working at the one in Oakdale was aweful. The Plymouth location the people were very nice while we were dress shopping, but once the dress was in they don't really care about you. I guess they already got what they wanted.

I found my dream dress at the Bridal Center in Oakdale. The staff were very courteous and attentive. They only have dresses in store that are in size 10 or 12 so if you are smaller or larger than that, you have to try on the 10 or 12 and imagine it in your size. They then do measurements and order your size off that. The dress took over 6 months to come in and when it did finally come in, they were calling me non-stop to pick it up. I lived out of town so I couldn't go pick it up immediately and it would have been nice if they could have held onto it for a week since I had to wait 6 months! Other than that, I really like this store!

Definitely a recommend this place. Some great dresses, good prices, nice people. This is a little place tucked away but they have some real gems. Their staff is very helpful and their prices are good. Not the largest selection of bridesmaid dresses but a good selection. And there’s just some beautiful wedding gowns that I didn’t see anywhere else. And they give a discount if you get bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses there.

Overall I had okay service here at the Bridal Center. I found my dress right away (I think the 5th one I put on). They did not help me order the right sizing, so I had to have a few alterations done (thankfully by my new Grandmother). They also did not really give me many options when ordering accessories, and I wasn't as happy with them as I could have been.

I got my dress alright, but everything else was horrible. The shoes they ordered for me were too small, and when I went to return them for a bigger size, the lady kept telling me I didn't want them bigger and essentially said she wouldn't re-order them... The only good part was we got 100 free invitiations, which was all we needed and my Husband and Dad's tux rentals would be free. The only problem was they got all the wrong sizes! And then they weren't all in the same day. I would not reccommend this service... you get what you pay for!

The staff at Bridal Center were so helpful in assisting me with my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses and tuxedo. They took the time to answer all my questions and throughougly explain all the details. I was very pleased!
