When I first got engaged, my Dad recommended I hire a wedding coordinator. I wasn’t completely sold on the idea because I felt like I can plan most of it myself. Although, I was able to plan everything I could, as best as I could, Jennifer made it all so much better. She had the experience, the knowledge, and the savvy ways to accommodate everything I wanted and make it into more. I would recommend Jennifer not only because of her patience and expertise in the industry, but because of her passion for what she does.
It is a pleasure to work with vendors that are accommodating and truly have an interest for what you want. Since weddings are so costly, hiring Jennifer was one of the best investments we did for ourselves to make sure everything carried out just the way we wanted it to. She’s amazing, and I look forward to seeing even more great things come from OCs Finest!




From the moment I hired Jennifer, I knew everything would be taken care of. She has a wonderful way of putting a person, especially a bride, at ease. She was always available by email or phone and her response time is super-quick, not to mention she is very organized and has terrific creative visions that she makes a reality.
Jennifer and her team were instrumental in making our wedding perfect and I could never thank her enough for that. Throughout the day of, neither me nor any of my family had to worry about one detail - and there were a lot of them! What a difference that made - we got to truly enjoy EVERY minute! Without Jennifer and her team, that would not have been the case.

Hiring Jennifer from OC's Finest was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was awesome! She was super organized and really enthusiastic about helping us. Even though we hired her for the day of, she really was there to help us all the way through. She always responded to my emails and phone calls right away and gave us some great ideas and recommendations. She kept me on track and remembered all of the things that I forgot. I don't know what we would have done without her! Jennifer made my wedding day stress free. She made sure all of my vendors were on schedule and took care of all of the setup. She even added decorations at the reception that I didn't even think about and made it look beautiful! We had an amazing wedding and we can't thank her enough. With only a few weeks until my wedding and hundreds of little details to be organized and setup for the big day, OC’s Finest Wedding Coordinators came to my rescue! After our first of two meetings, I immediately felt as ease and crossed off almost everything on my “to do” list! Jennifer and her partner Nichole, of OC’s Finest Wedding Coordinators, are phenomenal organizers, very particular, are the sweetest ladies to work with, and their coordinating and personal skills are unsurpassed. Moreover, they are active listeners as they listened to every issue and concern that I or a family member had and worked to find the best remedy that made all parties happy. OC’s Finest Coordinators made sure every aspect of my wedding was exactly as I wanted and easily dealt with many unforeseen issues I had never even contemplated dealing with on a wedding day. Jennifer and Nichole made sure the wedding party was organized and ready for the rehearsal and on the big day, and made certain the vendors were on the precise timeline that OC’s Finest Wedding Coordinators organized so that everything was just right for us. Moreover, they made sure my dress and every detail was perfect and also provided several other amenities that made my day extra special and one hundred percent worry free! Thanks to OC’s Finest Wedding Coordinators, our wedding day was the most amazing and beautiful day imaginable. The paramount issue for our wedding day was that my family, friends, my fiancé and I were actually guests at our own wedding since everything was smooth flowing and perfect. Hiring OC’s Finest Wedding Coordinators was by far, the BEST decision I made throughout my wedding planning experience.




Jennifer and Brianna were such a pleasure to work with!!!! I first booked Jennifer because I had seen her on theknot and many brides were reccomending her. If I was going to book a DOC at all, I figured I might as well go with one who had just been recently married herself! I loved swapping emails with her, even if it wasnt wedding related, and she always calmed me down when I went on rampages about people ticking me off :) My wedding day went so smoothly because of her and Brianna...I dont know how brides handle it on their own. I had not one worry that day because I had total trust in Jennifer and I knew that Michael and I were her top priority that day and she would do whatever it took to make sure our day was perfect...which it was. She was super organized and had everything under control at all times. I would gladly reccomend her to future brides!!!!




I love these girls. I don’t think I would have made it to our wedding day without them. Jennifer was an absolutely invaluable resource during the wedding planning process. She was able to give us referrals and help me know where I needed to be at that point in planning. The rehearsal went smoother than I had expected thanks to her – I don’t think I had prepped anyone as well as I thought I could have for my two sets of parents dynamics. Our wedding day was… well, a challenge. They kept everything going as best as they could given my two families interference, our friends showing up early (way, way early), wedding crashers, my SIL from hell, and the general issues of our venue. Without them we never would have had the wedding - after everything - of our dreams. I cannot recommend them highly enough!




Wow, what do you say about a vendor that saved your butt and wedding? Jennifer and Nicole at OCs Finest were my favorite vendors to work with, they were really a God send!! When you work with OCs finest you don't just get a Day of coordinator. Jennifer was there to help me months before the wedding. Jennifer was so organized, she took care of all the little details so that I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. Not only did Jennifer take care of all of my decorations (which there were a lot of) she added stuff that I forgot. For example she added a Thank-you sign to my card bowl and made all the reserved seating signs. My day went so smoothly, my day of coordinators saw to that. I really cannot say enough about those girls. If you need a coordinator I suggest calling them. I never once thought about not having this or that because I knew that my DOCs were going to take care of it. They were always there to help even when I didn't realize I needed help on something. I couldnt have been happier!!




These amazing ladies put into place what I have been planning for the past 18 months. They put in all the sweat and work into making everything at the reception look so gorgeous. And they did it all without making me worry for a minute about anything. Any problems that came up, they dealt with without involving me – for example, Jennifer somehow got a steamer to our hotel room while getting ready and taught my BMs how to use it, and they dropped off all my reception décor to my ILs while we were on our HM.
I hired them about 10 days before the wedding, and I must have been insane to think I could have done it without help. Their calming presence was a big part in why almost all of my other vendors said I was the calmest bride they had ever seen…
Thanks to Jennifer, our wedding day went just perfect! We had chosen a beautiful reception location on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. But to use this facility, we were responsible for arranging for all our carters, bartenders, serves, tables, chairs, DJ, flowers, cake, set-up, tear down, and on and on down the list. It was all very overwhelming. While we were able to get most of the big things though worked out, we were worried about two things: What details were we missing and who could run the show the day of the event. Enter Jennifer. Not only did she help us think through the details, she gave us the confidence to know that we would be in the hands of a true professional on the Big Day. On our Wedding Day, Jennifer just blew us away. She was confident and creative in adapting to changes in the weather, worked out our timeline and decorated the venue more beautiful then we could ever have imagined. Our guests were happy, our music was fantastic and the Bride and Groom got day they wouldn’t trade for anything in the world.

I cannot begin to thank you for all the help you provided to us through this exciting time in our lives. You know that I’m such a planner! But despite my planning, there were details that were out of my hands simply due to the fact that I had never been married before, or even planned a wedding! It was so comforting to know that what I had envisioned for my wedding day would be achieved because of the team I had behind me. I loved every single detail about my wedding, and I have you to thank for pulling it all together. You were always there to jot it down for me (especially when I became a scatterbrain) and followed through to make sure it completed our special day.
