Steve was extremely nice! We met him at a bridal show in Costa Mesa and he was very friendly and likeable. We reviewed his packages, even with add-ons he fit our budget. He was very professional and met with us to discuss the layout of our reception what type of music we liked the order of people speaking. He also gave us details about how he works and he contacted the venue directly to setup the logistics. I was the bride and it was like magic he was there and ready to go.
We had difficulty with our officiant and at the last minute had ceremony music issues, one call to Steve and it was resolved. He asked that we review music we liked and interested in using and I can't imagine a more beautiful ceremony, our guests arrived with music and we walked down a married couple to "Beautiful Day" from U2 and it was just that a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!!
He had sent us his song book plus let us know if he didn't have it, he'd make sure whatever we wanted to hear. The cocktail hour was great, our guests loved the calm soothing jazz music as they mingled -- all we had to do was give Steve direction and he took it from there. Steve took the time make sure he prounced our names correctly (something our officiant didn't); he was prepared to mic the best man, had a mic to pass around for other people to speak and got our party started right!
The lights were fabulous the music had everyone up on their feet, I as the bride danced the night away!!! Loving every minute.
After our wedding Steve sent us cds with the music from our wedding, now on long drives we pull them out and reminisce.
