My husband and I had a last minute wedding and our plans had changed a little at the last minute, and Sal was very flexible. His prices are more than reasonable and did a beautiful job with our ceremony. He was perfectly comfortable running through the ceremony with my husband- English is not his first language. We couldn't have asked for a better officiant. I would recommend his services to anybody anywhere.

Sal was by far one of the best vendor choices we made. I came to out first meeting very prepared and knowing what I wanted and he was still able to give us great guidance and create a very special day for us and our families. He went above and beyond when he helped to create a special message that played for my good friend as he walked me down the aisle. If anyone is looking for a justice of the peace for their wedding or renewal ceremony Sal was wonderful! He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had in regards to our wedding ceremony. On the day of our wedding he made sure to touch base with both of us seperately before the ceremony to go over everything with us and our family members who were involved. After the ceremony and throughout the day we got many compliments on what a beautiful ceremony and what a great job Sal did. Sal had done a friend's wedding last year, and we scooped him up immediatly once we were engaged. He was very flexable when it came to crafting our ceremony and super responsive whenever I had a question. Sal was eager to help me find passages and brainstorm and was knowledgable about options that had been done before.

We had a wireless mic for the ceremony, and I wish he would have held it out when my husband and I said our personal vows to eachother (my husband is soft spoken when under pressure), but it wasn't something I thought to bring up at the rehersal and wasn't a big deal.

I'd definitely recommend him for future use and if you do use him and go to his house for your consultation I hope you...

Sal is the absolute best JP! He is not only timely in his correspondance but he is very professional and friendly. He encouraged us to write our own personal vows, which at first we were unsure about because my Husband and I are both not big on public speaking and aren't too eloquent in expressing our emotions. However, we are so happy that he pushed us in this direction because our ceremony was so touching and emotional, its an experince I think every Bride and Groom should have.

Sal, was incredible right from the first meeting spending well over an hour with us going over what he did and the options he offers; this was long before we even made a commitment to him. He has always been very friendly and offered us lots of flexibility in content and provided lots of guidance, that helped us make the ceremony one of a kind for our wishes. He did a phenomenal job running the rehearsal including working with the children to make sure they knew what to do. We received lots of positive feedback from our guests as well. Very late in the game we asked him to double as our DJ, and he came through for us including equipment. He was always willing to work with us and genuinely cares about you and your special day. Sal has a very authoritative yet soothing voice and presence; the very type of person you would want to officiate your wedding. He is the Dick Vitale of weddings. He provided us with a very positive experience and we would highly recommend him.

Sal made my husband and I feel at ease about our ceremony. We had our first meeting in his home and from that point on it was smooth sailing. He traveled to Newport, RI for our wedding. We did a sand ceremony and a love letter/wine box ceremony--our guests gave us so many compliments. After talking with Sal in our meeting we decided to write our own vows, and we were nervous about it, but in the end we are so happy we did! It gave our ceremony a personal touch that made it complete. His sound system was excellent and he is very reasonably priced. I can't say enough great things about this great guy! My wife planned most of our wedding day, but she and I agreed early on that I would have the responsibility of finding a JP. He was warm, kind, and detail oriented. Sal’s extremely approachable and understanding and worked to design a plan for our wedding day specific to us.

On our day, Sal arrived at our venue early to interact with my groomsmen and I -which put my mind at ease. He even had a copy of my vows, which my best man had conveniently ‘misplaced‘. Sal is everything we hoped to find in a Justice of the Peace. From the moment you meet him, his warmth and friendliness immediately make you feel comfortable and you quickly come to appreciate just how much he enjoys officiating weddings. On our wedding day, Sal was wonderful! Floating between both of us, calmly and patiently explaining and putting our minds at ease. Sal did an AMAZING job with our ceremony. He took the time to meet with us and ask us what we wanted. He gave us many suggestions on things that we were not sure of, such as ceremony music and different versions of ceremonies that fit our needs. Sal was great right from the start! We had asked Sal if he would be Justice of the Peace at our wedding a few months prior to the wedding date. He had gotten back to me and said he would do it even though Sal had 2 other weddings to do that day already. Luckily my wedding was right in the middle of the other two and it worked out perfectly! He did an excellent job writing the ceremony, putting everything together, coordinating the entire event. Sal personalized our ceremony to how we wanted it including honoring our mothers and my brother who had passed away. Sal was a wonderful justice of the peace for our wedding right from the start! Once my husband talked to him he knew right away he was the guy for us. He was able to work with our crazy schedule since we live in Virginia but was having the wedding in Connecticut. And he was always there to help us with any questions we may have had about our personal vows to making sure everyone was comfortable during the ceremony. We wanted something that wasn't fancy, and very last minute. After meeting and making arrangements we were married only 3 weeks later with absolutely no delays etc.

Sal was everything we were looking for in a J.P. He made us feel comfortable and got to know us. Sal is amazing!
Sal officiated our ceremony on 7.30.11 at the Riverview in Simsbury. From the beginning he was amazing to work with. When my husband and I first met Sal, we spent 2 hours just talking and getting to know each other. He created a ceremony that worked beautifully for our non religious wedding. Sal is a huge fan of personal vows and while I was nervous to do this, I can't thank him enough. It was my favorite part of the ceremony!

We live out of state and had to rely heavily on the internet to help us select all our vendors including our Officiant. After reading all the positive reviews we decided to call Sal to see if everything that we read was true. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it was. Sal is definitely not in this for the money. He really likes what he does and he is good at it. We had a small service and not only did he help us craft the perfect vows, he also helped choreograph the ceremony and the music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sal to anyone.

Sal officiated our wedding ceremony on 7/2/11 at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT. We had about 80 guests at the ceremony, of various cultures and backgrounds, some who didn't even speak English. And everyone, absolutely everyone - loved the ceremony, especially my husband and I! We received many positive comments about how well the ceremony flowed, it was the perfect length, not too long not too short, how well the JOP spoke, his tone, and most importantly the contents of the ceremony wording. When we first met with Sal about a year ago, he sat down with us for over an hour to go over different options of wording and ceremonies we could include, some we didn't even know existed, like the sand ceremony. He worked with us over the last few months to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and made many valuable suggestions. He also did a great job incorporating my husband's son into our ceremony, which was very important to us. The day of the wedding Sal showed up early, looking sharp in a nice suit, and he walked us through the ceremony again to make sure everyone knew what to do/ when. I must say I could not have asked for a more perfect way to start my marriage. Sal made sure the ceremony was better than I could have imaged. We thank Sal from the bottom of our heart for his time, professionalism, and valuable assistance through this process. You surely made our day special.

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better Justice of the Peace than Sal! Sal was wonderful!! we met with him two times to plan the details of the ceremony. the first time i met him he was amazing. my husband and i brought our 3 year old daughter w/us to meet with sal and sal was awesome with her. that means a lot to us and helped keep my daughter occupied while we were planning our wedding. sal had many awesome suggestions for things to add to our ceremony (such as the sand ceremony and honoring mothers). he also had music suggestions for entrance music and recessional music. sal was always available via email for any questions i had. on wedding day he met with me before hand to go over last minute details which helped me know everything was going to go smoothly. he was extremely professional and so awesome to work with. i highly recommend sal to anyone looking for a wonderful JP!!! all the guests at my wedding also keep talking about how wonderful sal was. :)

Sal did an excellent job all around. He was very honest and upfront throughout the entire process and that meant a lot to us. It was evident from our first meeting that Sal was a detail oriented person and this was a huge help for a couple not knowing exactly what they wanted. I was raised Catholic and my husband was raised Jewish. We knew that we wanted to avoid anything religous as it was not a reflection of who we are as a couple. Sal helped to make our ceremony personal, heartwarming, and concise.

We met with him for an hour, 2 months before the wedding to go over the order and our expectations. Everything we wanted, happened. Sal also helped to organize our rehearsal while working in conjuntion with our the facility's wedding planner.

He is very thorough and listens to what the couple wants with out any judgement.

We had a very small private wedding. Sal really took the time to go over all the details of the ceremony and really helped to personalize it for us. Sal went above and beyond our expectations. We requested his services and he already had a wedding rehersal on the same evening about an hour away from where we were. Without batting an eyelash he did not decline. If you’re looking for a JP...Sal's the BEST!!! Anything you want to add that may be different or unusually, it's not a problem! He goes through everything with you so there is nothing left unknown! And if you’re not sure, what kind of wording you want, he has tons of examples! We used a bunch of examples he had for wording for our ceremony, I was a little nervous as to how he was going to put everything together; it was great and came together very nicely!!!! Sal was a joy to work with. Our initial consultation was very relaxed and tailored to us. Sal takes the time to get to know you and your expectations. Being that we were trying to celebrate each others faith ( my husband is Jewish and I am Catholic) without letting religion dominate. We were able to honor both through two readings and then we were able to incorpoate our own traditions of a unity candle and wine and love letters. Sal was very attentive throughout the process and we decided to let Sal coordinate our rehersal and he took control of our party which made the day seamless. 

Another concern was that the day of that I would be overly emotional. Sal understood our concerns and tailored a ceremony for us addressing that. He really took our direction that we wanted this to be more about family and friends. 

He was passed on to us through word of mouth and after meeting with four JPs we knew he was the one. 

Thank you for taking control but also listening to us and making our ceremony special. We had many comements of how lovely the ceremonry was and our guests were the ones who were crying and not us.

I actually found Sal via Wedding Wire. When my husband and I went to meet with him for our consultation, we hired him on the spot! He was so thorough and accommodating, making sure that he created the perfect ceremony for us. We had him coordinate our rehearsal and he even went through it with us twice so we were comfortable with the process. On the day of the wedding, I did not have a single worry since Sal was so diligent. He made sure that the best man had the rings and he brought copies of our personal vows. One of the biggest comments we received was how beautiful our service was and it would not have been what it was without Sal!

Normally, a Justice of the Peace is just someone at your wedding, a necessity if your marrying outside of a church, etc. However, Sal was one of the HIGHLIGHTS of our wedding; between spending an incredible amount of time personalizing our ceremony & coming up with unique ideas, he was always available to assist with our many questions. Sal is serious about what he does, yet friendly enough that he calmed any nervousness we had the day of the ceremony.

Sal was just awesome. Everyone at our wedding loved the ceremony and told us many times how the JP did a great job. Sal was very willing to spend time with us, from the day we first called him, to create a ceremony we wanted. He was very flexible and mindful of how we wanted to do things. He called me the day before the wedding to go over everything since we had chosen not to do a rehearsal. His fees are very reasonable and we did not have to think about it twice. Overall, it was a great wedding day and Sal did a wonderful job.

Sal was the officiant for our wedding. We met with him and he helped us pick all sorts of ceremony idea's and went through everything with us in detail. Sal was incredibly professional. He also made us feel extremely comfortable with him, he is very personable. He kept in contact with us all the way up to the wedding, which was great since my husband and I had were having a baby and were going crazy with the stress of the wedding and the baby coming just 2 months before the wedding. We were also unable to do a rehearsal dinner due to our ceremony site, Sal came early on the day of the wedding and talked to the bridal party and my husband and I, so everyone knew what to do. After the wedding, we had many of the guests come up to us and compliment us on the ceremony and what a wonderful job Sal did. It was absolutely beautiful all thanks to Sal. We couldn't have asked for a better JP. Our ceremony was perfect. Sal was extremely helpful before the wedding and the day of the wedding. Sal Fiore was our officiant for our wedding ceremony on August 7th, 2010. His personality and service was everything we were hoping for. Throughout the planning of our ceremony we called upon Sal for his resources and advice multiple times. Sal made himself available in person to us twice, then also conducted our rehearsal dinner so that our bridal party was confident in their roles during the "big day." We were fairly specific about how we wanted our ceremony to look, and Sal helped us tweak every detail through emails until it was perfect for us.
