Olde Towne Athletic Club

Our daughter's wedding reception was held at Olde Towne and from our first meeting with Bob, I knew he had our event under control and was very confident in helping make this special occasion in our lives a night to remember. From start to finish, he was very professional, helpful, flexible, and always available and responsive. Patty, his assistant, is also top notch! The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone I've talked to about the wedding mentions how good the food was. As the MOB, I felt like they had it all under control and I could just enjoy the night. That was important to us from the beginning.....to be able to enjoy this night and not worry about logistics and timing of the night. They worked out a schedule for the evening with us ahead of time and Patty made sure it all happened!! Thanks Bob and Patty!!! Ya'll are fabulous!

PERFECTION!
My husband and I visited MANY venues prior to discovering olde towne and I am so thankful we kept looking until we found it! The location is stunning. The value is the best out there. And the staff took the stress out of the planning process. So many venues that we visited had a young (VERY YOUNG) wedding planner who was enthusiastic but...well..clueless. Bob, our wedding planner from Olde Towne, has the heart of a father and the expertise of a veteran! He gave us such genius suggestions, helped us fit our budget, and was just as invested in the success of our event as we were! The flowers were perfect. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD (go for the Tiramisu wedding cake!). The staff was so kind and so helpful. You may not believe it....but our wedding went off with ZERO mishaps. We were multicultural, budget conscious, and sometimes complicated, but every single detail went perfectly. How many people can say that? We owe the memory of a perfect day to Bob Cooper (and his precious assistant Patty) at Olde Towne.

Bob was amazing from start to finish. It was great not having to worry about even one detail. He took care of everything so that we could enjoy our special day. The entire staff was professional in every sense.

Every aspect of the wedding at Olde Towne was exceptional from services to food. My compliments to the chef and catering staff, everything was delicious and presented beautifully. As an added touch, the bride's dressing area was provided with an early morning snack, which was much appreciated. I can't say enough about Bob Cooper and everything he did to help make the wedding a truly wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of special occasion. It was so perfect I didn't want it to end!

From the first visit all the way through our wedding and dinner reception, Bob and his staff were outstanding! Exceptionally professional, quick to respond, attentive to our every need....and those we didn't even know we wished for. We simply couldn't have asked for a better ceremony and dinner reception. Days later our guests are still raving about the quality of the food, the beauty of the cakes, and of the presentation. The facility was perfect for our 144 guests, well organized, a fantastic bar/social area, and the private room for the Groom/Bride immediately following the ceremony was a welcome getaway. We simply can't find anything that was a negative and will highly recommend Olde Towne Athletic Club and the entire staff to everyone!

Bob Cooper and his staff provided excellent service throughout the planning and on the day of the wedding. The food including the cake was delicious. Chef Scott is just terrific. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. Olde Towne provides an atmosphere of class and elegance at an affordable price. Bob is very knowledgeable and helped to make our daughters wedding an enjoyable stress free experience. We would highly recommend Olde Towne Athletic Club to anyone planning a Wedding or other large event. It is conveniently located and a beautiful facility.

The OTAC was absolutely amazing! Bob had me hooked from the moment we walked in the door! He was extremely professional throughout the planning process and was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. The venue was flexible with my other vendors (florist, photographer, and DJ) and the day of the wedding Bob communicated effectively with them in order to make the night run smoothly. We were complimented repeatedly about how amazing everything was, from the food, to the bar service to the ballroom decorations. They went above and beyond my expectations! Everything was perfect! I would recommend the OTAC to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

My husband and I were married at Olde Towne in the beginning of May. We had an outdoor reception with 165 people and reception inside. It was an absolutely beautiful venue and we are 100 % happy with everything we experienced at Olde Towne .. wouldn't change a thing! Bob Cooper is a true professional and responded to e-mails immediately. The food was wonderful and we received great feedback from our guests. The pub room is a great place to have cocktail hour..and we really enjoyed the beautiful bar area, french doors, and windows the ballroom had to feature. This place is elegant without being stuffy. It was also great for our guests to not have to travel in between the ceremony and the reception. The beautiful outside gazebo was perfect for our wedding. I highly recommend Old Towne Athletic Club to any couple who is looking to enjoy their wedding in a beautiful atmosphere. Pricing was clearly explained , no surprises , Bob was very nice to work with and our event was flawless. The chef was spot on and we loved the variety of food choices to choose from. I loved that we did not have to go through a separate catering company, and all the tables, linens, chairs, silverware were all provided. We immediately fell in love with Olde Towne Athletic Club when searching for venues for our reception. Bob and his team were wonderful to work with. They were about mid-range in price. We did our wedding on a Sunday to save some money and glad we did.

This place is perfect if you want something simple but still looks like a country club. The staff was super friendly and Bob was great to work with. Took all the stress away :) I couldn't have asked for a better place for my day!

The venue is beautiful with out all the extra stuff that we brides want. The stuff is wonderful, Bob Cooper is a great manager. He walks you through everything. The only thing that you have to be careful about making your wedding like the wedding they have had before. Other then that I can't say enough about Olde Towne Club (new name to separate them from the tennis club)

I had a lovely bridal shower at the Olde Towne Athletic Club which hosted several guests and provided a nice selection of food. The space was pretty and quiet and staff was pleasant and hospitable. The venue has a joined room with a fire place which would make a great location for a winter shower.

Bob and all of the staff at Olde Towne are outstanding. The food is always delicious, and the service can not be beat. They offer a level of personalized service that can not be matched. I love working with them as every member of the staff is friendly and they will take care of everything and insure your wedding day is perfect!

The Olde Towne Athletic Club is THE place to hold a Wedding or Bar/Bat Mitzvah!
