I spent months looking for a dress and must have tried on hundreds and hundreds of dresses without finding one that I thought was worth the money. All the while I had a dress in mind that I saw in a magazine years ago that was of course no longer available new. So I finally went to Olga who made my prom dress for me, who also makes tons of wedding dresses, to get my dream dress made. I had her make a dress for me very similar to the one that I saw years ago in a magazine, with some changes to make it fit my body. It was very easy for me to trust Olga because she did such a beautiful job on my prom dress, but I can assure you that she is extremely talented! She will be very honest with you about what will and will not work or look good. The hardest part of getting a dress made is that you have to have a good idea of what you want going in. It does help to try on a bunch of different dresses/styles so you know what you like. She is also a little on the pricy side, but she will give you options. For example, she showed me three different fabrics and told me how much the cost of the dress would change depending upon what fabric I chose. Two things are for sure though, if you have Olga make your dress you will get exactly what you want and you will look fabulous!!!

The perfect style, the perfect color, the perfect fit! That describes the dress I wore to my son’s wedding, thanks to Olga! Before I talked to Olga, I wondered about ordering a custom made dress. How I could be sure about any dress before I actually tried it on? I knew it was going to be good as soon as I started talking about dresses with Olga, and she began sketching designs! I felt so fabulous wearing my one of a kind dress, and was flattered by complements all day long! It was a fantastic experience, and I look forward do doing it again.

Olga created my wedding dress from fabric that my father brought to my mother from China in the 1940's. The silk was nostalgic and fragile. She was willing to make this delicate project a reality. Olga offered style suggestions when I needed input, and she implemented design features that were my desire. She lined the dress with a silk that was divine. When I slipped the dress on it felt exquisite, and I felt beautiful. Olga was available by phone and email and could see me around my work schedule. The dress was ready long before the wedding day. Meeting with Olga was always fun and enjoyable. She is patient, creative, talented, skilled and a joy to work with.
