A few of my bridesmaids had fitting issues, but with some tailoring all was well. I just LOVED the color - it was exactly what I had in mind and no other companies seemed to make a similar color. The best pat was, I fell in love with something that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Jasmine dresses are well made and well-priced! I think it was a lovely dress - I'd wear it. In fact, I'm a bit bummed that I didn't get to! I didn't deal with Olga's as much as the BM's did, but as far as I know, they did everything right. The dresses came in on time and everything went smoothly. Every time I did go in they were very helpful with swatches, etc. The shop is a bit small and can get crowded, but they know their stuff!

Good Quality Gowns at reasonable prices. The mother and daughter who own it both helped me and made my shopping experience worth while. I ended up getting a real nice gown and it did not cost me an arm and leg. My experience was not like shopping at a franchise shop. This experience was down to earth and the shop was really nice. I got a lot of service and My Bridal Gown Fit me just right. They provided me honest opinions on how well each dress fit me and looked on me.

I had been losing a lot of weight before my wedding and they waited until 1 month before my wedding to start my alterations. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't have even had anyone but my Aunt alter my gown but there was a family emergency and she was unable to help me. I wished my bodice would have been a little tighter but other than that they did a great job! I would suggest going during a week day though because they are BUSY on Saturday!

I live in Washington DC but I went wedding dress shopping in Tampa, FL with my family. Walking into Olga's after shopping in DC and a few other stores in Tampa was like a breath of fresh air. I immediately found about 20 gowns I wanted to try on and the employees were extremely helpful even though it was just 1 hour before their closing time. As you can imagine, it took me longer than 1 hour to try on all those dresses and still, the employees were very patient with me. I finally narrowed it down to 2 dresses but could NOT decide! I left, after all that, without a dress. Even though they were closed the next day, Olga told me she would be in the store for a couple hours in the afternoon and that I was welcome to come back in since I was only in town for the weekend. I went back to the shop on Sunday, made my final decision and never looked back! Olga and Michele were so helpful and were willing to ship the dress to Washington DC so I wouldn't have to travel to Tampa for alterations. I checked in with them via phone a few times before I received the dress to check the status and they were always extremely responsive and informative. I had a wonderful experience at Olga's!

I went to over 15 bridal boutiques and tried on over 200 dresses before I found "THE DRESS". At Olgas I was able to order a Casablanca dress with extra fabric to help create my dress. After her seamstress got over the initial shock that I wanted to completely cut off my wedding dress to above the knee for a fun reception dress and create a 4 foot detachable train for the ceremony she worked very patiently and hard to create my dream dress. Although this was her first time she figured out the design down to the hooks and Velcro to detach the train. I received a million compliments on my one of a kind design and know that I felt and looked amazing!! I can not thank them enough for going the extra mile to make sure all problems were taken care of and I was happy!!

Olga and Michelle are absolutely wonderful!!! They took such great care of me and I looked/felt so beautiful on my big day!!! They are so knowledgable about wedding gowns and I was very comfortable choosing my dress. It turned out to be so stunning and I received so many compliments about it. I cannot express how thankful I am to Olga's who helped me through the process of selecting the gown, fittings and alterations. I had a WONDERFUL experience at Olga's! I found a dress at another bridal shop and it was made by a designer that Olga's carried. I lived closer to Olga's and was familiar with their outstanding reputation, so I choose to order the dress through Olga's instead of the other store. As soon as the dress arrived, Olga's immediately called to begin scheduling my fittings. The seamstresses were so wonderful to work with and were great at offering their suggestions to make the dress feel more comfortable on me. The seamstresses put a tremendous amount of work into altering my three-layer chiffon, satin dress with detailed applique dress down 3 full dress sizes for me (I lost A LOT of weight). The dress was absolutely PERFECT and looked like it was made especially for me by the designer herself! Six weeks later, I had a Wedding Celebration party for extended family and friends. I wore the bridal gown to the cocktail hour, but then changed into another dress that I had Olgas alter as well. Again, the dress had to be altered down 3 sizes and was a two layered chiffon dress as well. Olgas did an AMAZING job in just a few weeks! I am so pleased with Olgas and will go back for any formal dresses I will need in the future!

I absolutely loved Olga and her staff! I went in there after going into Alfred Angelo, David's and Demetrios and I loved this place. First of all, you aren't pressured into buying the first or tenth dress you try on. I stood in my dressing room for about 20 minutes with my dress on and no one said a word except to ask if I needed any help. I ordered a Casablanca dress and changed the neckline to my dress (which I had no idea I could do) with the help of Olga. Olga's measurements were perfect and when my dress came in, I barely needed any alterations with the exception of my bustle and a few minor adjustments on top. The seamstress there is awesome and my dress was so perfect on the day of my wedding that I hated to take it off. The prices in Olga's were very good compared to the other stores and it just had a more comfortable feel to it.

Olga was fantastic!! I found my dress the first day I went in, but I was debating between 2. I ended up leaving and returning the next day. I finally decided, and Olga was patient and helpful the entire time. She is no nonsense and honest, and I really appreciated that about her. The prices of the gowns were great, and I found several dresses that I really liked. I would definitely go back, and I recommend her shop to all you other brides in the Tampa area!

I bought my dress, bridesmaid dresses and had all our alterations done at Olga's. Olga was so lovely to my whole family. The shop did get busy on Saturdays but we timed our visits so we got the one on one attention we wanted. Her prices are fair. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I found my dress at another shop a little bit less but I felt so comfortable at Olga's that we went with her just for the experience. I would highly suggest any bride to be check out her shop.

I loved all the people at Olga's. They were so helpful but not pushy. The alterations made my dress fit perfect. They have a great selection of gowns and great sales. ~Nilda

I could not be happier with my experience with the lovely ladies at Olga's. I went to several shops in the area and either felt very generic or very pressured for a sale of an overpriced dress. At Olga's they leave you to browse, I went to the shop several times before I decided on a dress to purchase there. If you need help they're absoultely there to assist, but they don't swarm and pressure. They helped me customize my gown to perfection and their seamstress did an amazing job and created a really unique and beautiful bustle for me. The dress itself was amazingly affordable considering all the beadwork and detail. It was the best value I found in all the shops. The alterations are costly, but very worth it. When you're making that kind of investment and you're trusting some one to cut and sew on a very detailed dress you want the best and I certainly got it. They made the whole experience that much more memorable and I can't wait to drop back in to say hello and show them some pictures!

Olga's Bridal saved me by going above and beyond to find a beautiful wedding gown in less than 3 weeeks from my wedding in Germany. My original dress maker ruined my wedding dress and left me without one less than a month before my wedding. Everyone at Olgas helped to find and alter the perfect dress for me. It was absolutely stunning. Thank you Olgas, you are wonderful!

I really enjoyed the service I got at Olga's Bridal. Don't be taken back by the fact that it isn't a super frilly salon. The ladies there were wonderful and very attentive. I even got my dress altered there, and they did a great job.

I did not get my wedding dress from Olga's, but I had gotten a bridesmaid dress from them in 2006 and decided to look there for my bridesmaid dresses. First, I had to pick my dresses based on the color that my fiance had chosen for his vest and tie, so I had to bring in a hankerchief from the tuxedo place and try to match it to a swatch. They were REALLY helpful with that process! Then, we had planned on only having a best man and maid of honor, but then decided to add a groomsman and bridesmaid, so I had to change my dress order, but they ensured that was not a problem. They were so wonderful with getting my bridesmaid dresses, I decided to get my wedding dress altered there, and they did a fabulous job! They were wonderful throughout the whole process!

I liked Olga's as soon as I walked in because they let you pick through the dresses yourself rather than having someone bring you dresses they think you'll like. They were very nice, professional, and the seamstress was amazing. I've heard horror stories about having wedding dresses altered but this woman was fantastic.

I found my dream dress at Olga's - and the price was great, too. The service was excellent. The alterations turned out perfectly. I would recommend Olga's to any bride looking for a great dress and great service.

Awesome and beatuiful dress and service

Olga's has great dresses. great prices and great service. When I was there I felt like I was the only person in the store. She made it so easy and stress free. I actually bought the 4th dress that I tried on!

Olga's is a small bridal shop with a great selection of bridesmaid and wedding dresses - they have a lot of designers that other local bridal shops do not carry. I worked primarily with Olga and Diane and both were super friendly and helpful and not at all pushy, and they were very upfront about costs, sizing, alterations, delivery times, etc (I had some bad experiences with other shops I had looked in advising that I would need to pay extra fees to get the dress in on time and trying to sell me on larger sizes than my measurements). I definitely recommend going on a weekday as the shop is very small and on the weekends it is busy and you will not get the same personalized service. I got my dream dress from Olga's, plus the in-house seamstress gave me a beautiful two layer french bustle that held perfectly all night long!

I didn't actually purchase my dress from Olga's, but I was quite pleased with being able to use their seamstress! She is *amazing*. My dress fit like a glove and was very comfortable. I've never looked better in my life. Very professional seamstress, knew exactly what she was doing and how to explain it to me. Perfect!

Ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on, and i don't believe in that stuff. Got a great deal. I wanted a halter as I'm bigger up top and smaller through the rest, very tall....it was perfect! The dress came in with a snag! They sent it back and I got a whole new dress! They had to take it in 3 times and it was absolutely perfect on my wedding day! I still want to wear it again and again. They would recognize me as soon as I walked in and treated me like a VIP each time. I loved the ladies there and loved the dress selection. Perfect. :)

I did not get my gown from Olga's because I had already found one that I liked, but I did have my bridesmaids go there. Although the store is small and stuffed, they do have a good selection! Olga and her staff were extremely helpful in making sure the girls ordered the right size and although they all thought the #'s were wrong... their dresses came back fitting perfectly! Olga and her team know what they are doing and have been in the business for years. I highly suggest you go there!

Olga's was great. I came to them with a dress already in mind, so I can't review the whole experience for me, but they were great with my bridesmaid dresses from start to finish. I had tried on my dress at a store up north with my mother but wasn't ready to buy. I used the designer's website to find the dress in Tampa and Olga's had it. I tried it on again and purchased it right then. For the bridesmaid dresses, I had picked out a few styles prior to going, but Diane suggested another style and all three of girls loved the dress. The alertations portion of the process was a bit confusing. I didn't feel that they communicated with me as good as they could have when it came to the alteration process. But in the end, the dress was gorgeous and I have Olga's to thank!

These ladies are great! They make you feel wonderful as a bride and the selection may not be huge but they manage to find exactly what would look great on you and what works for you. They are very honest and helpful. I had no problems with them. Only downside is because it's a small business there really is no wiggle room on prices and the alterations were great but alot after purchasing such an expensive dress. But it was well worth it! Great place to look for the perfect bride or bridesmaid dress (I got both there).

They have a huge variety of really beautiful gowns. You can get anything from a simple slip gown to an embellished princess gown. They also have a great selection on bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They do get really busy so I do recommend making an appointment.

I got my gown and my bridesmaid's dresses at Olga's. They have a vast selection of dresses, which surprised me due to the size of the shop at first. They do not do appointments while you are looking, so you do have to try to time it to ensure you get "individual" attention. There are times that the store gets busy and it may be hard to get an associate's attention or to even try anything on. However, I knew this, so I received great service from Diane when I begen my search for the gown. Diane was very good at assessing the style I was looking for but also suggesting other things to confirm. She also had some great ideas when it came to the bridesmaids' attire too. The owner, Olga, was also great in helping figure out the timing of orders - between a variety of travel and family planning issues, we had a few "curveballs" in when we should order the girls' dresses and Olga planned it perfectly! We also had our alterations done at the store and the seamstresses did a great job. It was a bit pricey, however, given the occasion and the delicate fabric of the dresses, I definitely think it was worth it. The seamstresses were so good, in fact, that they were able to essentially convert one bridesmaid's dress into a maternity dress and have it still look just like the others'!

Olga's provided my bridesmaids with their dresses as well as doing the alterations on my gown. Everything turned out beautiful, but the alterations were a little pricey. The dress probably wouldn't have looked as good had I gone anywhere else though considering the fact that I lost around 25 lbs. between the time I ordered my dress and they made the alterations.

They did a very good job on my dress! they are a bit expensive but are worth every penny once you see their work!

Olga's Bridal is wear I found the dress of my dreams. They worked with me to make sure the dress would be ready for my wedding day with no issues. The associates were very nice and knowledgeable. Although the store can get busy, they always made me feel like I was the most important person in the store and all my needs were addressed quickly.

These ladies were so nice. They know their dresses and manufactures. I went to this store 4 times until I finally decided on one. I found the same dress at 2 other stores and Olga's was the least expensive.

I didn't realize wedding dresses would take so long to order and started shopping fairly late in the process (mid-January for a May wedding). Olga's is a family-owned business and relatively small but they do carry some nice designers. Don't expect to be pampered like at some larger boutiques. I was a little annoyed by the fact that my dress arrived with a much shorter hem than expected and required significant tailoring even with completely flat shoes. That was unexpectedly pricey but luckily done in-house by a real professional - my dress had a lot of lace but the new hem and the bustle looked very natural). They're also very busy after 5pm, so planning a time to visit had to be done well in advance. However, the dress beautiful and overall it was a positive experience.

I bought my wedding dress there and my mothers dress. They have a great selection of dresses. I shopped around a lot and found Olga's prices were among the best. The only trouble I had was with service. They don't take appointments, so at times the place can get really busy and a little crazy. I would recommend them, but go at odd times to get the best service. There were times I would be standing in the fitting room waiting and waiting for someone to lace my dress up. Their alterations department is great. I ended up needing a lot of alterations, due to my height 5'1. The alterations were pricey, but worth it. My dress was absolutely stunning.

Olga's had great value for the money. I found a truly gorgeous beaded satin gown for $900 (looked like other's I had tried on for $3000+). Service was below average and try not to go in on a Saturday because it was packed (they don't make appointments either). I was very pleases with the cost and quality of the alterations also. Overall I would still recommend.

If you are looking for a nice selection of dresses at comparable prices; you will be satisfied. My only suggestion to Olga's is they need to step it up in the customer service department. They don't accept appointments and every time I went in for my fittings the place was very busy and I had to wait. During my last fitting, me and another bride who was also there for her last fitting; had to stand and compete for the limited mirror space so we could see our dresses, while approximately 10 girls pranced around looking at dresses. The crew stated to Olga that they were just looking and one of them was getting married in the summer of 2011! I really felt that on that particular day I had just about had enough....I had been in the shop a total of 5 times for shopping and fittings and every time the place did not give me any customer service to speak of....really a shame because this business could thrive if they would just pay a bit more attention to brides during their final fittings. One final thought; I must make mention that the alterations, although pricey, were top-notch. Thank you to Ezmeralda for her talent and expertise.

I found my bridesmaids dresses here but I did not order from Olga's. They had the best selection but the prices were very high. I found the same dress and designer for much less somewhere else.

As a new bride of color, I was excitedly to see what this store had to offer based upon the reviews. Needless to say, the staff and Olga were very rude, unconcerned and basically told me to go to David's Bridal first. Unbelievable...I would hate to call them racist, but it definitely was rude service and regardless of color, money is green & they lost a lot that day. Please do not visit here, if you are ethnic...very disgusting & I plan to voice this any way I can.
