Once Again Bridal

My recent experience at Once Again Bridal was horrible! The owner and her staff are dishonest, unethical and rude! If you put a dress on consignment, they will take it upon themselves to alter/modify your dress without your permission. You own your dress not them!

I didn't actually purchase my dress from this store, but they were EXTREMELY helpful and VERY friendly. I would reccommend this store to anyone getting married! The staff really made you feel like a bride.

This is THE place to go if you want a gorgeous dress but don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money. I found a dress marked $800 with the original tags still on it and bought it for $300. They sell dresses that are used but also have quite a few that were sample dresses or sold to them by places that have gone out of business, and thus haven't actually been tailored or used in someone else's wedding yet. To be honest I wouldn't have minded buying a used dress there either, but I figured I should point out that there are ones there that have "never been worn."
Patty, the owner, is also very helpful. She will tailor and help fit the dress at very reasonable costs, and she also spot cleans, presses, and repairs (if needed - like if beads have fallen off) the dress for free.

I bought a dress for my wedding here! It is gorgeous and did not cost me even half of what it would have cost in another store! It says that the store has dresses that have been worn once or never worn but all the dresses I had tried on were never worn! There is a huge selection and it was a blast to try on so many different types of dresses! Everyone should get their wedding dress here!

This is the ultimate treasure hunt! I found my dream dress here- it was the perfect size, had never been worn, and cost less than $300! It allowed me to splurge on my veil and tiara- also purchased here. The tailoring was beautiful (some re-beading and strap shortening). The owner is a gem. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

This shop is THE BEST! Most brides are on a strict budget, even for the biggest day ever, and being a plus-size bride doesn't help. I was able to find the dress of my dreams - it was brand new, the tags were still on them, but at half the original price! The staff was extraordinary helpful - they never pressured me to buy anything. In fact, they discouraged me from buying undergarments until it was time to start assessing possible alterations because it would change the whole look of the dress. They're even making my veil for a fraction of the cost at other bridal shops. They're incredible!

Good service, I got a great price on my beautiful dress, fittings went well. Not boutique service by far but fine for getting the job done.

I loved the dress I found at Once Again Bridal! The people who work there are really professional, and helpful. I bought the dress about seven months before my wedding, and stored it until about a month before, when I dropped it off for them to fix it up (just re-sowing on some sequins) and iron it, to get it ready for the big day. They did this for free, and I was very happy with the end result!

I got beautiful earrings at Once Again Bridal to compliment my dress. They were very affordable and went very well with my attire!

The dress was perfect and a tenth of what I was looking for at a department store. And she only charged me $100 to hem, take in and bustle my dress!!! I was more than happy and everyone loved my dress.

I bought my headpiece from Once Again Bridal. It was a beautiful piece that looked brand new. I was able to talk them down from the stated price and was very happy with the final price. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional there.
