Once Upon a Wedding

Food was good and had no complaints from guests. However, I constantly felt like I was harassing them. It took days if not a full week to receive a call back and most of the time I did not. A week before reviewing the final menu, many items were left off and it was a battle to put them back on without additional charge. Also, I was personally asked to get storage bags for left overs, they were provided and then they took ALL the food that I paid for! Lastly they cleaned their van in our drive way, leaving food and trash in the drain. Overall, regardless of good the food was, I would never recommend this catering company to anyone. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
