We like to have 30 days notice on rental items, but we are willing to work with shorter notices if needed.

Yes, as long as we have the items in stock that you need.

Stock colors can be cancelled 30 days prior to the event and custom colors can be cancelled 60 days prior.

No minimum orders. If you only need one item, that's fine with us.

Shake out all food items and let liquid spills dry before folding and putting in box for return. This will help prevent mold/mildew from setting in.

When rental items are shipped to you, they obviously will be folded and placed in a box for shipment. To you this means that most likely you will have to do some ironing or steaming of the items. For small wrinkles you can place items in a dryer with a wet wash cloth and the wrinkles will come out.

Assuming you are not responsible for cleaning...when you get ready to return rental items, no matter where you rent them from, be sure that you (or the people helping you) shake out all the food items from the linens. Let any liquid spills dry before placing in a container to ship back to your rental company. This will help avoid any charges you might incur for items being damaged due to mold/mildew. Also, never place wet linens in plastic bags or air tight containers. If you do, you will most likely be getting a bill from your vendor for replacement of linens due to mold and mildew. If you do notice wax or excessive stains contact your vendor and see if you can have the items cleaned professionally before you return them. It might save you a lot of money.

If you are using candles on your tables, be sure that you have them placed on holders or mirrors that will stop the wax from getting on the linens you have rented. Wax is not easy to get out, and usually leaves an oil type stain on the linens. Again, you will likely get a bill for replacement of linens, or an extra cleaning charge.

When it comes to paying for shipping, I recommend checking your options closely. A lot of my clients work (or have family or friends that are employed) somewhere that has a regular UPS or FedEx pickup and much cheaper discounts than I can offer. It is often cheaper for you to ship the items back at your expense rather than your vendor arranging it for you.
