My husband and I came across one and only figures at one of the bridal conventions we attended and thought it would be a great idea to use them as our cake topper. My husband’s bobble was perfect. Mine, on the other hand, needed some help. The lady I communicated with did her best to make the changes I suggested. In the end, I went with the original version because it was turning out to look even less like me. Since, I wasn’t 100% happy with my bobble I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use them as cake toppers any longer. At the urging of my coordinator, who advised me that they wouldn’t stand out anywhere else, we decided to go for it and place them on top of the cake. They were a hit at our wedding! The first thing I noticed across the room as my husband and I made our grand entrance were our bobble heads! Everyone thought they were so cute. They are a lasting memory you can display even after the wedding. So glad we got them done.

Please be careful of the photos that you send to this vendor. I was very disappointed with the bobble head of myself. It did not look like me or resemble me at all. My husband's bobble head was great but the other one was off by a long shot. They did try to fix and replace it but the second bobble head did not make the cut either. I paid a lot of money for these figures and I fell like they should at least resemble me in some fashion. A lot of guest at my wedding even noticed that the figure did not look like me but the whole concept of the bobble heads still made a great cake topper.

The quality of our figures has a direct correlation to the quality of the photos provided. The photos must be clear, legible, and of a certain size and format as stated in our photo guidelines.
The customer provided us with two sets of photos; one set for the male figurine and the other set for the female figurine. The photos for the male figurine met our photo guidelines and thus enabled our sculptors to sculpt the figure with high resemblance. The photos for the female figurine were of poor quality and did not meet our photo guidelines. After requesting additional photos from the customer for the female figurine, the customer failed to provide us with additional photos and instructed us to use the poor photos as provided. Since the photos provided for the female were poor, the resemblance of the female figurine was reduced.
However, since customer satisfaction is our #1 goal, we elected to sculpt another female figure for the customer (at no additional cost) and again requested additional photos for the female figurine. Again, the customer failed to provide additional photos for the female figure and instructed us to use the poor photos previously provided.
Although we strive to provide the best products and the highest level of customer service, our ability to perform are based on the level of customer cooperation.

We ordered two figures as cake toppers. They were a hit! They looked just like us and our guests thought they were the best! We did have an issue with one of the figures, but One and Only quickly fixed the problem and shipped over a new figure just in time for the wedding.

A. it depends on the figures that you order. Each figure weights around 170g, and background weighs around 500g.
Q. What is the shipping cost?

Q. Who do you use for shipping?

Q. What materials do you use to sculpt the personalized bobble head?
A. Poly-clay. Once sculpted, figures are baked in high temperature. The figures are not harmful towards humans and will not mold.
Q. How do I keep my personalized bobble head clean?
A. You can clean the personalized bobble head with a damp cotton swab.

A. Each figurine comes with a free base. Unfortunately, we do not provide glass domes at this time

A: Contact us at sales@claymyfigure.com immediately if your figure was damaged upon receipt. Submit a photo of the damaged part and we will provide you with return instructions and either replace the damaged part or send you a new figure at no charge.
Q: Will the clay figure look like me in person?
A: NO. The figure will look like the photos that you’ve submitted.
Q: Can I preview my figures before it is shipped out?
A: YES. Customers can preview each stage of the sculpting process. The head of the figure can be changed or modified at each stage until the customer is fully satisfied. There is an additional preview fee of $25 per figure.
