One Rock Studio/Charm City Photo Booths

Everyone loved the booth. The staff was great. The only thing I would have changed is make sure your DJ announces the booth several times because they were there for three hours and no one really knew they were there. But the pictures you get of your guest are 100% amazing!

I found this vendor through Groupon when they ran a deal last year and I'm so happy I did. We went with the photo station which is a backdrop that is set up and then people an use props or not to take pictures. This worked out so much better than a traditional photobooth because you can fit more people and the pictures can be more creative. Everyone got a 4X6 print out of their picture which was a big hit with guests since they had a full size image rather than a strip with samll images. They also provided an online gallery where everyone can see their pictures and since we made it public, all our guests were able to download their pictures for free. We were very happy with the service and got over 140 pictures from our event. The other great feture was that we were able to download all the pictures from the event in one bulk download rather than having to go into each picture individually. I would highly recomend them for any event

We used a photo booth from Charm City photo booths as part of the entertainment for our wedding, and we had a few issues with the company. First, let me be up front and state that we were using their services as part of a LivingSocial deal, and so got the photo booth at a discount. I personally don't believe that's ever an excuse for poor service but did want to be transparent about it.

First, we didn't receive all the photo booth images to download as our package stated. I know that we didn't get them all because several friends and family members gave us strips to hold on to and several of these were not available to download. I found that to be disappointing because I was hoping to keep them. We also found quite a few strips of the photo booth operators using the photo booth in the middle of our event (as well as most of the catering staff) which we found to be incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. Lastly, the proof we received prior to our event displayed the website for the company very prominently below our names and date of our event. When we asked the company to remove the website for our event they quoted us a $100 surcharge. I found that to be incredibly disappointing, and while I was able to negotiate that down to $50 it seemed like a needless, nickle-and-diming...

Responsive, professional and fun I'm so glad I decided to get a photo booth. It added an air of fun to our wedding. ,from the beginning, Michael was responsive and accommodating. They were timely and set things up seamlessly. My guests raved about the props and had a blast taking picture. The attendants were really nice. I highly recommend this vendor.

Everyone loved the photobooth at the wedding. The Charm City staff was professional and helped our guests take pictures with as little wait as possible. I would definitely arrange for a photobooth with Charm City again.

We used Charm City Photo Booths for our Company Holiday party on January 5th. Their client website is great but it was strange using it at first. Everything went extremely smooth at the party and everyone loved the photo booth. At the party the photo techs were super nice, the props were plentiful and in great condition.

They went above and beyond. All our guests loved them.

We loved our DJ Mike Friedel. He kept everything flowing and was so helpful and fun. The music he played was awesome and everyone commented on how much they liked him and that he did an awesome job. Thank You One Rock Studio/Mike for making my event so spectacular. Mike is an absolutely great DJ and the wedding wouldn’t have been complete without his great personality and fun demeanor.

Great size photo booth! Employes were very nice and the office always responded quickly to my emails,

I was able to book a photobooth with Michael of Charm City Photobooths for my wedding reception!!! It was a must have for me that didn't disappoint. The attendant was super nice and helped my guests who weren't sure how to use the photobooth. She was even considerate to reserve the final 30 minutes of the rental for me and husband for a photo session. It was nice to be able to check out all of the photos taken that evening online after returning from my honeymoon!!! If you need a photobooth, Charm City Photobooths is a must!!!

Charm City Photo Booths made our event so much fun and an event to remember! Everyone enjoyed dressing up with the different props and getting their fun pictures taken. Dave and Casie did an amazing job and are very professional, great photographers and know how to make a party fun! We highly recommend One Rock Studio for any event that you are planning! We had a fun station at my daughter's wedding and it was definately a huge hit. I got the station just to make sure we were able to get good family pictures, but I never imagined how much fun the fun station would really be. It was a great way for family members who don't get to see each other often to do something really fun together and to have some great momentos of the event. I would recommend it to anyone.

The fun station was just about the most complimented aspect of my daughter's wedding, other than for the bride and groom of course!

On a slightly more serious note, we didn't know if my 91 year old dad was going to live long enough to join us at my daughter's wedding, which as you can imagine was a top priority for him and for my daughter. Not only did he make it to the wedding, but someone had the great idea of wheeling him into the photo booth shere he sat with the biggest grin on his face we have seen in a long time, and everyone in our family piled in around him for picture after picture! This single aspect of the booth made the value of the booth so much more than the cost. If you could see the pic of my 91 year old dad with a gangster hat and a balloon tie you would know why i am such an enthusiastic customer.

One Rock Studio/Charm City Photo Booths was AWESOME FUN at my daughter's wedding last Saturday! From our initial contact, they were professional, quick to respond, and very willing to work with us for our wedding needs! A few days before the wedding, when the bride-to-be, was becoming nervous about many details, One Rock handled her photobooth questions and concerns, with flexibility and the gentility one needs, in handling a bride-to-be!
The photobooth was a HUGE hit at the wedding reception....everyone loved it, including the bride! It set the pace for a fun time, which carried over onto the dance floor and throughout the reception!
Who knew it would be SOOO much fun! I'd recommend a One Rock photobooth for any occasion in which you want to add an element of FUN!! Worth every penny!

One Rock Studio provided a photography, a fun station, and dj at my wedding. I loved how everyone worked so closely with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

Mike and Mike were great. They helped me to find the perfect design for my photo strips. They also had some great ideas for pictures to be taken on the big day. They were so helpful. They responded very quickly to every email and call to answer every question I had. I could not have asked for more from them.

Kenny was also great before the wedding. We met to review the music to be played at my wedding. I honestly didnt realize I had so many choices. Kenny had great suggestions on how to make some of our special songs ever more memorable.

When I arrived on my wedding day everything was set up perfectly. Mike and Mike really helped me know when and where I was supposed to be. Even though I arrived late and everything started late, they really helped everything fall into place and run smoothly. Mike and Mike made sure to capture every special moment of my wedding and reception. They really take unique and beautiful photographs.

Kenny was an amazing dj. He really made a memorable experience for us. He did much more than just play music. He was very entertaining. Our guests really enjoyed him.

The fun station was a big hit. All of our guests loved it! I was so much fun to dress up. Dave was great with helping people at the fun station. He was amazing with the children, they all loved him! I definitley will be using this service again for future parties!

I also purchased a scrapbook. It turned out really great. Our guests all took pictures in the fun station and then put one in the scrapbook and wrote us a lil note. This is a one of kind keepsake that we absolutley love.

Overall, One Rock Studio did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!

I love the guys at One Rock! They really made my wedding the party that it was, and despite setbacks with timing, they were so willing to work with us, and had a smile on their faces the entire time.

The Photo Fun Station was a hit! Everyone loved it and it was used throughout the evening. I can't wait to see all of the pictures from there and from the rest of the wedding.

Kenny was an awesome DJ, and played every song we requested, despite not having many of them prior to our wedding. Even the non-dancers were out on the floor having a blast!

One Rock provided a Photo Fun Station for my reception party. Michael did a great job working with my to customize the photo strips that would be used during the event. He was very responsive to my emails and questions. Also, they had the digital proofs of all my pictures ready right after my wedding.

Everyone had a blast with the Fun Station and the props they brought were hilarious! Thank you for your services!

I have never been happier with any service of any kind. I have been to many weddings and the service that One Rock provided went above and beyond - they were the best! I will always refer them to anyone for a wedding or if I hear of a different type of occasion. They truly are the best! And so much fun to work with. They didn't just come out and take pictures they were involved with our special day! I would never choose another company - I will always call them for any future event I may have!
