I'm giving this review one star for three different reasons.
I walked into oops on Jan 30th just looking around. I was planning on getting married but wanted to book flowers later. I was really just looking around. They told me that I absolutely should reserve that day because they said they book up.
I put down a deposit for $250 and they were supposed to mail me a listing of an official estimate in a week or 3. Well, that never came and I never heard from them again. That's reason #1 I wouldn't recommend them.
I actually had to cancel my wedding.... well... she just wasn't who I thought she was. I called up Oops and talked to the owner, Stacie. She told me that since they held the date, she couldn't refund my money. We are 4 months away from the wedding and I only booked it threee months ago. If they were really that busy they shouldn't have a problem rebooking it. Every other place I hasd to call to cancil my wedding automatically gave me a refund without many questions. So that's $250 wasted.
I also have ordered online from them 3 times. I was going to be out of town for our anniversary so I placed an order for the next Tuesday from my computer on Saturday morning. Well, 2 hours later my fiance recieved the flowers. I though surely I made a mistake. I looked at the reciept, and no, I didn't. Well, what was supposed to be a surprise really wasn't.

When I first met Debbie, I literally ran her over at my close friends wedding. I had no idea she was the florist. SHe was dressed so professonally and smiling so big! After she introduced herself, I knew I wanted her as our florist. After we met with Debbie to talk about the fall flowers we would be having at our wedding, I was confused. She showed us so many beautiful arrangements I had no idea how I was going to choose my style. Debbie was wonderful throughout my indecisiveness and she wanted to make sure I was happy. I finally told her I was still unsure but I would trust whatever she chose. And on the wedding day, I was speechless! THe flowers were amazing and absolutley perfect for the vision me and my family had for the wedding. I have already referred her to all of my friends! Oops-A-Daisy was amazing and I couldn't of asked for a better service!

Debbie was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional, friendly and very generous with her floral designs, even when I was on a budget. I highly recommend using Debbie, she's awesome!
Oops a Daisy are so good at what they do. They really love their business and their clients. It shows in the incredible work they create. It is always a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend them to any bride who wants the "BEST"
