Orbit Party Rentals

Orbit Party Rentals was very easy to work with. Everything was taken care of over the phone and via e-mail. They were okay with me changing my rental order a million different times, and promptly gave me an updated rental quote. All the linens arrived on time in great condition. They apparently work a lot with the Clarke Estate (where my wedding was held). Their prices are also very reasonable.

A big fat “F”. After first doing a crazy excel comparison of rentals with other companies, I thought that they were the cheapest, but after all their hidden fees, they were near the higher end. They came to deliver earlier than scheduled, set up the ceremony chairs at the reception site in reverse, and their rep never showed up or called to cancel our scheduled walk through at the reception site. I ordered a tent the last week before the wedding but on the day of, couldn’t put it up because I didn’t have a city permit. They never mentioned that I should get the permit on my own and I didn’t even know that I had to get one. So, they charged me the obscene rental of the rent regardless, but ended up crediting me half. This is only because I complained like crazy and because they set up the chairs in the wrong place. I highly don’t recommend this place!
