I used Orchestrated Occasions to assist in the planning of my wedding. Lai was absolutely phenomenal. She is very professional and knows the business and area for different type of ceremonies and reception events (options) and vendors very well. Lai assisted right from the start, when we were location scouting, through to bringing the whole production together. I must mention that my wedding was a destination wedding and I relied heavily on Lai’s input. My trips to Florida were few and it is attributed to Lai’s well thought out process. Lai was very responsive, great value for money and her suggestions were GREAT and she always had various options for my dreams. Her suggestions always considered my budget and options presented had the impact to my budget outlined. You can take note of her suggestions for vendors – they come highly recommended and none of them disappoint!
She is so uplifting and positive – it is a joy to plan your special day with her. After my wedding, I took another read of my first document that I completed with her which outlined my expectations for the day and I realised that we had hit all of the important notes and nuances that I had expressed in my plans and desires outline. I care about the details and it is clear that Lai had kept that plan (and the details) in mind through the entire process! I am so happy that I had found her. Thanks for all your help Lai – you were a big part of making my special day meet my dreams of the day!

Lai was amazing! She handled every aspect of my wedding in a professional and diligent manner. She cam highly recommended and now I know why. I would highly recommend her as well! Lai - thank you for making my wedding an amazing and beautifully orchestrated occasion!

Lai was professional and very accomodating. Although we asked her to come in a couple months before the wedding, she pulled everything together wonderfully. Lai even handled tough situations with ease.

Initially, Lai carefully assessed our needs and filled them easily. She stayed in constant contact, and even tried new computer software to stay in touch! (I work in the IT field).

Lai worked EXCELLENTLY with the vendors. In fact, they EACH expressed how nice she is! As a result, I was able to focus on some of the unique details I wanted.

Working with Lai also brought the fun back into the wedding planning. Our only regret is not asking her to help us sooner! She's great!!!!!!
