I was very happy with how my MoHs and my bouquet turned out. Only thing is the opened tulips she used in my bouquet didn't last all day. They were wilting by the reception. I provided glass for our sweethearts and cake table and asked her to elevate the glass and decorate underneath. I wish she used more colors to make it stand out. She used broken glass and lots of light colored flowers that blended in with the table cloth too much so it didn't stand out, but still overall very nice. I think she was trying to skimp on cost. Anyone who actually walked up to look thought it was amazing. We also rented a bare tree to put behind our cake table, which she added glass cups that held tea candles. she filled the bottom of the glass with broken glass and removed the tin from the tea candle to make it took better. Only thing is once the candle melted, it dripped to the bottom of the broken glass so the candle was out by our grand entrance. Little things that she just needs to be made aware of.

She does get really busy and forgetful though. She has great taste, she just gets swamped and will forget any details you talk to her about (although she does write it down, she can't read/remember what she writes sometimes).

My biggest complaint would be that she booked another wedding at the same time as mine just because she thought it was close enough. She ended up starting mine an hour early, but she was still in a hurry to get to her other wedding.

I only give one star because there is no option for "0". When you visit her store you will be amazed. A lot of beautiful designs and plants. It's amazing that a flower shop with this much potential completely messes everything up!
My wife and I worked with Annaken from Orchid Boutique for months on our wedding. She was a friend of the maid of honor so we felt she could be "trusted" with the work. The process turned out to be more painful than with any other vendor for our wedding. She forgets just about every detail you ask of her. My wife even went through the trouble of giving her a book with cut-outs of pictures showing the look that we were seeking for the flowers.
We wanted white orchids and white tulips for the centerpieces. One or two days before the wedding I get an email from her stating that she went to purchase the flowers, but that the flowers we wanted "were not in season", and she went ahead and purchased some with a "hint of pink", since she "REMEMBERED" that "pink was alright." I called her immediately and told her that pink was NOT acceptable, and more importantly, She's a florist!! She should know what flowers are in season, right? That's why we don't hire plumbers to do our flowers! Anyway, she assured me that there was so little pink on the flowers, I "wouldn't even notice", and she was sorry for even troubling me with it.

The day of the wedding, I show up to the reception and see the orchids are deep, dark pink...almost a purple color! Luckily for my wife and I, we had a great vendor "Event Professionals" who basically forced her to go purchase other white flowers for the event. The quality of the new flowers were obviously poor. Furthermore, when I asked for a refund, she told me she had to "pay more for the new flowers, plus more for the help to fix the problem." HUH???? Here are other things that went wrong:
* ALL of the flowers from the bridal bouquet down to the pins for the groomsmen were completely different than what we had talked about.
* We paid for a specific tree for the wedding, paying extra because we didn't like a smaller one....she brought the smaller one!!

***DO NOT USE FOR WEDDINGS. BUY ALL THE FLOWERS YOU WANT FROM HER SHOP, they're nice and you know what you're getting, JUST DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING***

My sister used Orchid Boutique for her wedding flowers and it was such a HUGE disappointment. The flowers for the wedding day were completely different from the sample (trial) flowers she showed us a week before the wedding. The sample centerpieces were full and beautiful, however on the day of the wedding they were much smaller. She spent $5000 on flowers and it looked like it was only worth $3000 or less. On the day of the wedding, she cut the amount of flowers and changed the type of flowers that were discussed in the contract. On top of that, she did not even notify us of the changes before they were implemented. Like the other reviews, she does NOT remember details you have requested. Overall, we were RIPPED OFF!!!
