Well the cake was included in my package, so the value was good. The cake also tasted okay, but it didn't look like I expected. I had to supply my own rhinestone banding, which was okay I guess, but the piping was a little sloppy looking.

Nella was great to work with. I'd def. advise not to go here if you want fondant and a complicated design. However, if you want delicious and elegant looking cake this is your place. The history is fun too--when Pat and I went to pick out our cake design, there was a couple there who had gotten their wedding cake from there in the 70's :)
We had their signature cannoli cake as our wedding cake and we received so many complements on it! They are definitely a no frills bakery that focuses on taste and their prices were very reasonable in comparison to many other bakeries. They were able to recreate the cake design we were looking for beautifully.
Also, they do many other desserts and sweets for a traditional Italian sweet table.
