Unbeatable value and inclusions. It's like a one stop shop there. They do so many weddings that they have it down to a science. Great food. Excellent service that night. The ladies washroom had only 1 out of 3 toilets working, and was VERY disappointed to find out that the reason the handicapped bathroom was out of order was because it flushed too slow. They knew this in advance, and thus should have had it fixed. I, myself as the bride needed to use that one, but was forced to use the mens side instead, as well as my poor grandmother. Very disappointing to learn this.
Our reception ended up being amazing despite this though.

Overall our experience with Otello's was average. We didn't like the owner, Remo, he was very difficult to deal with and NOT flexible or responsive at all. Once we started dealing with the other co-owner, Joanne, things ran a lot smoother.

A few things that we were disappointed in. They insured us that they would be able to bring in a specific alcohol for us and then they didn't have it the day of. They didn't even notify us in advance so that we could make our own arrangements to bring the liquor in.

Also, their in house florist Belle Fiore did an amazing job on centerpieces but screwed up my bridal bouquets. I ended up with two bride bouquets and one bridesmaid bouquet....

There were several times throughout the wedding process that I wanted to switch venues but due to time constraints and outside family pressure I...

Loved Otello's!! They made planning our wedding so much easier! Everyone had a great time and the reception hall looked amazing!

My fiancee and I fell in love with Otello's the moment we walked in. The owner Remo and his partner Joanne made us feel very welcome and spoke very highly of their establishment and food. Throughout the planning process, Otello's was very helpful and flexible.

I could not have been more happy with Otello's. The staff went above and beyond for my husband and I the day of our wedding to ensure if was perfect.

They were great, they organized everything, there was no issues the day of the wedding, and everything we asked for was done.
Food was good.
Made for hassle free planning as they organized the center pieces, DJ, cake, catering, everything that happened in the hall.
We brought stuff to the hall before the wedding and they set everything up so we didn't have to worry about, which was really helpful the day before the wedding.
I believe the prices have gone up since we booked the wedding, but they had a price guarentee and therefore we did not have to pay any additional amounts.
