Ozenkoski's Bakery - Tie The Knot Cakes

We did cupcakes and a cake for the reception. They were beautiful and fun. Just what the bride wanted. They were super accommodating of special decorations and details. The cupcakes and cake were delicious. We had priced other bakeries, including grocery store bakeries. Ozenkoski's prices were better. Great bakers. Had them do 150 cupcakes for a family birthday party last month. Yum!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my wedding cake. This is a family owned business and I always prefer to given businesses such as these my money vs. a larger company because you get the personalized experience. Would recommend to a future bride

The actually cake tasted amazing but the design on the cake looked almost sloppy. There was supposed to be fondant cutouts instead he used gel icing. I would get a cake from him again but wouldn't bring in a picture that was so detailed.

We ordered a large, three tier cake with intricate scrollwork decorations.

At the initial meeting, the bakery was very friendly and offered us several types of cakes and icings to try, in addition to some other goodies they had on hand. They talked us through several options and the cost before we decided to go with a traditional wedding cake in three flavors.

The cake itself was delicious. Ozenkoski's has an icing technique that looks like fondant, but tastes like buttercream. Everything tasted fresh and like it did when we ordered it. Another positive is that Ozenkoski's offers a free mini cake on your first anniversary, so you don't have to freeze the top layer.

The only negative that I have to mention is that the cake did not arrive when they specified it did. Our reception started at 5:30 and they had planned to have the cake there at 4:30. The cake did not arrive until 5:45. We had a relaxed reception, so for us it wasn't a huge deal, but it was still disappointing.

My cake was a dream come true, it was designed just for me. I provided a few things I liked and the decorator created a master piece.
