Britt was the best. He made our daughters wedding a great success with his fabulous music choices and his great personality. Not only did Britt do our daughters wedding, he also did her 10 year high school reunion several weeks before, and was not aware of than until he showed up to her wedding. We love Britt. Thank you Britt, can't wait to have another party!!!

DJ Tim Coy ROCKS! Super affordable, responsive, friendly and FUN!

I have to say I definitely had nothing to worry about during my wedding reception. Tim was very professional - I've witnessed some DJs/MCs who tend to take over, and he didn't at all. His clear radio voice complimented all our fun events and he played everything we wanted! He joined in on the fun by bustin' a few moves himself.

Pacific Events Entertainment's website is pretty awesome too. There's a client database where you enter all your event's info, itinerary and song requests (from must-plays, to do-not-plays). Tim and his team were made for this business - definitely recommended for those who want a night of smooth-sailing fun! I can't seem to stop using the word "fun" :)

Tim and Pacific Events were awesome! We hired them for DJ services, lighting, videography, and our photo booth which doubled as our guestbook and favors. Everyone loved our fuchsia lighting around the East Room at the Nixon Library, as well as the photo booth. Everything went off flawlessly, and Tim and his staff were a major reason why. I would highly recommend Pacific Events for any entertainment need, as they are the best! Thanks so much Tim, Randie, and everyone else involved in our wedding, we greatly appreciate all of your heard work!

My husband and I were so lucky to have Tim DJ our wedding. From our first meeting Tim was super professional, easy going, knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding and delivered without being cheesy (which was super important to us). He really worked to fit within our budget and we're so glad he did...He got our crowd dancing all night long and we had so many guests come up to us complimenting him! I had nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding. He worked out all the little details with us and our photographer to make sure everything was timed right on the wedding day and always kept my husband and I informed on what was coming next so that we were extra prepared ( ie: Tim asked us if we were ready to do bouquet/garter toss in 10 mins...good thing he asked.. I had comfty espadrilles on during the reception but when he told us the bouquet/garter toss would be in 10 mins I had enough time to go to the bridal suite and change into my not so comfty but gorgeous bridal shoes..thank goodness!) ...Tim played every song I requested on the song list I spent hours on and even gave us a bunch of CDs with songs played at our wedding to take home.

Thanks Tim for making our wedding day run SUPER smooth and SUPER fun...we had a blast, were stress free the entire day and will absolutely recommend you to any couple getting married!!!!!!!

Tim Coy is the epitome of professionalism! You will be so happy to have him DJ your event. He took so much time to really listen to what we were looking for in regards to our wedding music and combined our choices with his professional recommendations. We couldn't have gotten a better DJ!

Tim is a wonderful DJ/MC!!! From the first time we met Tim, we knew he was a reliable person. He had a flat tire on his way but still did everything he could to show up and meet with us. The Pacific Events planning site helps so much in what to play and when. Pacific Events also offers so many things that it is like a one stop shop for any event. We had Tim DJ for the ceremony music as well and he was able to accommodate the noise because it was an outside wedding with a festival going on nearby. We also booked the projector and screen from them which worked out very well. Also, we booked the karaoke with them and it was a total hit with the guests!! Tim was very detailed calling us a couple days before to go over the time line and the planning forms we submitted. He also made sure he was pronouncing our wedding party's names correctly. Tim even gave us a CD of the music that was played throughout the whole wedding day. We got wonderful feedback form our guests who enjoyed dancing the night away. They were having so much fun that we asked Tim to stay a little longer and he had no problem with that. Overall, it was wonderful!

5 stars is not enough! Tim is A-MAZ-ING!!! If you are looking for the perfect DJ that can do EVERYTHING, he's your guy. Let me break down our experience.

Pre-wedding preperation: He stayed on top of us to get him a list of do not play, must play, first dance, mother son dance, etc. I was particularly impressed with Tim's knowledge of all different types of music. I'm Argentinian and my wife is Peruvian/Equadorian so we were presently surprised when Tim knew more about Salsa and Cumbia then we did!

Lighting: In the week leading up to the event we mentioned that our lighting was one thing we didn't really think about. Luckily Tim has an amazing lighting system available for a GREAT price. Our wedding had 20 LED uplights that changed colors for the Coctail hour and reception, and a scanner that projected all kinds of patterns onto the wall. It really was the most important part of the decor.

Grand Entrance: A special surprise for us was that tim has the PERFECT announcer voice! We had an elaborate grand entrance similar to the Lakers intro. It required that Tim to play a hype video, announced all the wedding party (including their heights), and switch between multiple songs! This really set the mood for the party!

DJ skills: Every song he chose was perfect for the time! Everyone was either at the bar or on the dancefloor the whole night, and Tim stayed till 3:30am! What a trooper. Not to mention the whole night he was dancing behind the turntables and you can really tell he enjoyed it!

The day after: Tim put together a recap video including some of the songs and a few videos from the wedding. THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT!!! Unbeleivable! He must not have slept the night of the wedding.

I highly recommend Tim for any of your DJ/MC/Lighting needs! Thanks again Tim for all your help, you made our wedding unforgettable! Please feel free to give out my contact info if you need a referral!

DJ Tim exceeded our already high expectations of him based on a friend's recommendation, and we would recommend him to any bride & groom planning a wedding. With the perfect voice and personality for the job, he gave excellent introductions to every event on our packed wedding reception schedule and played the perfect music for ambience and dancing. And at the end of our wedding reception he even gave us a CD compilation of all the music he played for us during our reception. Thanks again Tim!

DJ Tim Coy is the best!! Prior to the wedding, Tim was a pleasure to work with. He is super nice, responsive and works with you in order to provide the best service for your budget, venue and taste. He even drove for hours in the rain and traffic to make it to our walk-through! We were pretty indecisive until the last minute with a few of our major songs, but Tim was extremely patient and helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond.

Day-of, Tim provided music for our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner reception and was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had really strict venue rules and three different areas that needed music and everything came together seamlessly. He checked in with us before the grand entrance to make sure we were still okay with the timeline. He incorporated all of our requested songs and definitely kept the evening moving smoothly. He did an awesome job as MC -introduced people effortlessly and kept things moving without people really noticing. Lets just say we had a mixed crowd (and two very different sets of parents) and we were worried that one side or the other wouldn't have very much fun. However, everyone had a blast! Even the old folks! My extended family is huge and they tend to take over everything, and we sort of went off track a bit in terms of the timeline (at no fault of Tim's). But Tim went with the flow and kept things moving even though I had a million aunts, uncles, kids, etc. swarming us for photos at random times, interrupting the timeline and generally causing chaos. However, no one noticed and everyone was having a great time! This is thanks to Tim who turned the chaos into a big party! - and with my family, that takes serious talent!

I now feel like I wasted so much time looking around for DJ's before hiring Tim. Knowing what I know now, there is no one better to work with than Tim. He not only is the most professional DJ we spoke with, but the best to work with and provided the best music. I wish I had known this before I started searching as I would have booked him on the spot! Oh, and he has the most awesome voice ever, even in person! :) Thanks Tim for making our wedding so FUN!

Tim at Pacific Events did a great job! He was so easy to work with and played great music. Everyone had a great time. Tim was also very flexible in meeting our needs. I was putting things together at the last minute and had lots of changes every day but Tim was able to make everything that we wanted happen. He was great in helping us manage our timeline during the reception as well.

The lighting was beautiful! Our ballroom was extremely large but Tim did a great job in making it look more elegant and initimate. Exactly what we were looking for.

I would definitely recommend him to friends.

When my fiance and I were planning our wedding, we knew that the two most important things to us were the food and the music. Pacific Events did a fantastic job at our wedding and reception! Tim came highly recommended and lived up to his reputation. We not only had a great DJ but a master of ceremonies for the entire event. He worked closely with our venue and cooridnator to ensure a seamless event! The evening flowed smoothly, and his warm but professional personality was just what we were hoping for. We had a great time at our wedding and so did our guests! Pacific Events kept the party going all night!

Overall, a very good experience with no complaints. Great DJ and Emcee. Would strongly recommend to others.

Tim was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I got married in the morning and we were warned that people don't generally dance at lunch receptions, but everyone danced at our wedding! My husband and I wanted a classic feel, kind of a rat pack meets the fifties feel. Tim captured that perfectly and everyone had a fantastic time. Tim was very responsive, affordable, and by far the best DJ I've ever worked with. Thank you so much!

We hired Tim based on his knowledge, the glowing reviews of him on weddingbee, and also bc he is really affordable. After meeting him, we knew we wanted to have him as our DJ. My mom and several of my aunts commented on how good he was. We agree! He kept the night running smoothly for us, checked in on us to let us know what events were happening next, and kept the dance floor packed all night. The kids at our wedding especially loved the music they were playing. I took a look at all the guests and they were all sweaty from dancing. That's how you know you've had fun at a wedding!! I had seen somewhere that Tim had glowsticks, and I asked if he would please throw them in for us and he happily obliged.

We were very satisfied with Tim and his musical knowledge and knowing how to work the room. You won't regret hiring Tim Coy!

Tim was absolutely fantastic to work with! Leading up to our wedding, he offered very helpful advice for figuring out the logistics to our wedding, what songs to play, etc. He helped us by to taking on the role as an Emcee as well as a DJ. He kept the night flowing and led with a confidence that allowed us to fully trust in him and enjoy our wedding to the fullest. He also has the perfect Emcee voice, you'll see what I mean. :) Lastly, he stayed significantly longer than he was supposed to because our reception program got pushed back 45 minutes, but that didn't keep him from keeping the beat going for us and he did so with a smile!

DJ Novazzi from Pacific Events was fantastic. Very flexible to accommodate our desired, and probably quirky, details. He was there early for the event to have everything set up beforehand and turned the reception into an acoustic wonderland. Everybody raved about the selection and sound. Great job! And thanks for making the day one to remember.

Tim had very competitive rates and was very responsive and accomodating in planning before our wedding. He did a good job of using our play and don't play list as well. He did talk a bit more than we would have liked during the dance times (just small stuff like 'Let's head back on to the dance floor') which we had mentioned we wanted to keep to a minimum and there was one instance where he let an uncle have the mic when we had asked that no one be allowed to give impromptu speeches but looking back we could have been clearer in stressing these points. Overall he did a good job and was a great value for the price.

Tim is a great DJ, lots of fun and always professional. He will put a timeline together for you and keep your event running all night. Tim is on our required DJ list here at the Estate and it is always a pleasure to work with him.

We've had the pleasure of working with DJ Tim several times and it's always a delight!
