This is really a two part review: the food and the catering services. The food that Paella Party serves is incredible: the paella, the pork, the appetizers are all extremely well done and a good value. We have gone to parties where there food was served and it is uniformly great. However, we had some issues with the catering services at our wedding: 1) They provide the incorrect overlays after we had specifically rejected the ones used via email and told both the owner and event coordinator what we wanted. 2) They rearranged our table layout, but did not keep the order correctly (My MOH ended up four tables down), and they also didn't put the cocktail tables as noted in the contract - we had to have them moved. 3) The bartending services over pumped the kegs so the beer was foamed and undrinkable, and didn't serve our signature drink (we only served beer, wine and signature drink) until prodded by a guest who knew it was there. And, then they served the sig drink straight from the milk jugs we had mixed it in and not from a pitcher as agreed (lovely in photos). 4) We had read other reviews that they had no English speaking staff and specifically asked for bi-lingual staff. They majority of the team did not speak English, and we had to rely on a few Spanish-speaking guests to translate any request at all. I personally spent 5 frustrating minutes trying to get a drink from the bartender and finally had to go find someone to translate. On the good side they came early for set-up, they were all polite and personable, the owner is helpful and flexible and the food is great. We would recommend them for small parties for paella with a chef, but would not again hire for catering a major event unless the language issues could somehow be resolved.

I cannot even begin to say how happy I am with the services Paella Party provided for me this past Saturday for my wedding. Boni, the owner, went above and beyond to be flexible and to make sure my wedding turned out perfect. He and his staff were always reachable and always ready to solve my problems. Everyone at the wedding said the food was outstanding and the venue owners were extremely pleased with their services and professionalism. They knew exactly what they were doing and you can tell they've been in the business for many years! I was able to not only get the food from them but also all of the rentals. That meant having only 1 vender to have to communicate with and made everything so easy for me. They always delivered as promised and were ready to go the extra mile. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for ANY event, whether big or small. Thank you, Paella Party!!!!!
Paella party catered our welcome dinner at my Aunt's home in Miami. We had a sit down dinner for the wedding, so we wanted the welcome party to be fun and interactive. Really an oportunity to mingle and get to know each other. The paella presentation was really impressive and a total conversation piece. Paella was made in front of the guests in a giant paella pan. It was also delicious to boot. The paella was served with salad and rolls.
