Very disappointed in the services from Elaine owner of pampered brides. She was not interested in what I wanted or up to date with current fashion trends, ended up in tears and doing my own make up as she she needs more training to keep up with the times. She didn't even ask where we were getting married or had any interest! Definatly would not recommend using there services getting treated like that on what is meant to be a happy time getting ready for your big day.
I have to say that my bridal party was treated well and the ladies who did our hair and make-up were very friendly, and well experienced at their craft. Our hair and make-up turned out beautiful. They took their time and made sure we were happy with how it all turned out. And I have to say the price was great. If you chhose the Pampered Brides you will not be disappointed.
