Paper Source Pasadena

I love Paper Source. I made my engagement party invited and engagement announcements, engagement thank yous and R.S.V.P. my save the dates, wedding invite packet of 7 pages, and wedding R.S.V.P. and thank yous (150 of each) all from paper source they look like I spent much more then I did. If I would have gotten them ordered from a store they would have cost $3-$8 per card and they wouldn't have looked as nice. And even though Paper Sources prices are steep I still feel that I saved monet and designed something way better then whats out there. I'm a designer and I was able to design every aspect of the invitations and get really creative. I had so many ooaaas and awws and everyone loved them.

Paper Source is my go to place for paper goods! They have a great selection and great examples for invitations if you are DIY. I don't have the patience to DIY for my wedding invitations but I go there when I need to make just a few invitations or need paper for my scrapbooks, etc. The Pasadena store is the best! They are very helpful and attentive.

We saved a lot of money doing our invitations through papersource. We met with some custom invitation people and the prices were outrageous. They have a great selection here and we were happy with it. Plus it's next to a Starbucks and that is always a plus!! :)

We ran short of invitations for DH's co-workers and didn't want to have to go back to our horrible invitations vendor (reviewed below, An Occasion to Celebrate), so I DIYed six invites using items from Paper Source.

They turned out quite nice, but at Paper Source prices, you're not going to save much money over having a vendor do it for you.

I DIYed my invitations, but I bought labels, vellum, vellum envelopes and petal fold enclosures here. The staff is very helpful. I didn't have any problems returning or exchanging items.

Special note: Their labels have a tendency to smear. They are listed as laser and inkjet compatible. I ran the labels through a B&W laser and a color laser printer. With outputs from either machine, the labels smeared. This was especially problematic for the labels that were used for mailing.

I DIYed my invitation, but I use only the folded cards & double sided tape from Paper Source. All I had to do was tape the backings and wrap the ribbon around the cards. The tape held the ribbon really well. Paper Source has a lot of neat paper & stuff and if you have a very creative mind this place is for you.

I ordered custom letterpress invitations from this store, just received them this week and LOVE them! Sure, its not the least expensive option, but if you have your heart set on letterpress, they have the best prices I was able to find in LA, and I received them a week earlier than promised. There were plenty of beautiful options, and Vanessa was very patient as I examined each and every single font, paper color, etc. We're very happy with Paper Source experience! Plus it made me want to take on all these DIY projects just walking around there.

Living here in Pasadena, I am so lucky to have Paper Source so close! From pens, notepads, envelopes, and cardstocks of different shapes and sizes, It's definitely my one-stop shop!
