Two of the most beautiful souls with cameras capturing the most breathtaking moments in my life. I couldn't have been luckier to have found Papered Heart. They aren't your average point and shoot photographers so if that's what you want, move right along. Papered Heart are visual artists who specialize in taking the love you share on your wedding day to a whole new level. I cry with tears of joy and disbelief every time I look at my photos. It's like they are pages out of the most elegant wedding magazine. Vintage, rustic, down to earth, and something I will treasure for the rest of my life.

I'm writing this review after seeing nothing more than my sneak peek photos and I can honestly tell you that it is all I needed to see. I would have paid for just those ten photos and I can not wait to see the rest. Erin and Liz are two incredible ladies who just ooze awesomeness. It was so wonderful to be around such wonderful artists who were patient with my husband and I who are certainly not comfortable around the camera. After about five minutes it was a breeze! They made us feel so at ease and even more so, it was such a nice break from the day to have a few minutes alone with my new husband. They knew exactly what they were doing and made it such a relaxing part of the day!! Can. Not. Recommend. Them. More. What are you waiting for!! Call them!!

I loved working with Papered Heart Photography! Erin and Liz are so talented and so down to earth. I wanted my pictures to be unique and fell in love with their style immediately. I love how my package did not have a time frame limit. I had the two of them the whole day for my engagement shoot and my wedding. They make you feel comfortable right away and they are so easy to work with. They have a unique way of capturing peoples love/passion and not only it transcends into a love story, it captivates/triggers the onlookers emotions. I love my engagement pictures and can't wait to see how my wedding pictures turn out! I am a fan forever!

I love Erin and Liz of Papered Heart Photography. They did our engagement photos also, and have been a delight to work with. They really get to know you as a couple and are very helpful and by the end feel like you are dear friends!! I have given their card out to several couples I know that have recently gotten engaged.

We hope to use them in the future for newborn photos when we have a little one join our family.

We did our engagement photos with Erin and Liz from Papered Heart photography. Not only did the photos beautiful, they were amazing to work with. Very patient and put you at ease, which makes taking the photos much easier. I am so excited that they are the photgraphers at my wedding as well.

Papered Heart Photography is superb! My husband and I didn’t want a cookie-cutter photography session for our wedding - we wanted a unique experience that would capture our style and personalities, so that is why we chose Papered Heart Photography. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed working with both Erin and Liz, they were an absolute delight. They were incredibly creative, always available and never unprofessional. I would recommend them to everyone I know for any type of special occasion. What primary photographic style do you identify with?

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

We fully and professionally edit each image in RAW format and then in Photoshop CS5. Every image you receive has been custom edited by us.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

We are always artistically ready for any lighting situation and are experts at finding the best gorgeous light for perfect images!

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital, although I have a background with film and love the opportunity to creatively play with both.

How many photographers do you work with?

We are a photography team of 2 professional photographers. Erin is the Lead Photographer for Papered Heart. After owning her personal photography company for several years, Erin brought on board friend and associate photographer Liz, mentoring to form an awesome partnership, and thus forming Papered Heart Photography. Not only do we have a blast working together, this added benefit of offering both photographers shooting two angles of a wedding, has been a huge success!

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Absolutely!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

We do not book more than one event per day and limit the number of weddings that we book per month so that we may focus on the originality and quality of our work, while providing the best possible service to our couples.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we work together as a team, and in the event of an illness/injury or other event preventing one of us from being there, we have several highly acclaimed and trusted peers in the industry that are available to second shoot for us.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

We mainly shoot Digital with our Professional Canon 5D Mark II's and all L Series lenses (the best) and sometimes bring along our film camera and polaroids for some nostalgia fun and to bring a vintage element to your wedding photography.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes and all of our equipment is insured and replaceable immediately.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We truly feel that we do our best work and provide you with the entire story of your day when we are able to provide full day coverage for your wedding.
Therefore, we only offer full day coverage which averages between 6-10 hours.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

We do not charge extra since you have us the entire day from beginning to end.
We prefer not to shoot longer than 10 hours, as our pictures and eyes will get fuzzy by then.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

If we are with you for longer than 4 hours, we require a meal to be provided for us during the reception/dinner time. Who wants a ravaged hungry photographer wandering around?

Do you charge for travel?

We do not charge for travel within a 50 miles of the Tampa/St. Pete area. 
We are frequently requested for destination weddings and offer full coverage travel packages for out of state/or country weddings. We love to travel and would be happy to provide you with more information by phone.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Can you have your images ready upon returning from your Honeymoon? 
Heck no, we're probably still in recovery mode! :)
But they will be ready for viewing, sharing, and ordering prints from your very own custom online gallery within 12 weeks (or sooner) from your wedding date. 
We take pride in the quality and originality of our work, and every image is retouched by us with artistic editing. 

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Digital

How long can the client keep the proofs?

All couples own their digital hi-res images/proofs.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

We share copyright release with our couples. You will receive a copyright release for personal use with your images, such as printing and sharing. We retain professional copyright release for marketing, publication, and portfolio purposes.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

We include all of your hi-resolution custom edited images with our wedding day coverage. These are provided on an online, password protected gallery.

Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes in your online gallery. We blog select weddings and engagements the best represent us as photographers and our style.

What kind of albums do you offer?

All of our albums are personally designed and created by us, to tell the story of your day, with your personalities in mind and in the perfect way to showcase all of the planning, creativity, and beautiful moments that went into making your wedding day so perfectly amazing. All of our albums are lay flat design with full spread, edge to edge images, with tasteful collages and full spread images throughout. We offer different sizes, colors, in linen or leather bound.
We use the best album making company in the nation for production.

When will the client get the final album?

Album design, creation and production is a process that takes between 3-6 months. 
You are welcome to order an album at any time. We require payment prior to beginning the creative process. Album prices are only guaranteed for a 3 month period at a time.
