Pappas Catering

I found Maxim's Ballroom on the pappas catering web page!!! It's the perfect place for us!! Venue includes tables, chairs, china, glasses, plenty of parking spaces and a dance floor all for $1,500.00. Pappas caters the food. You have the options of their wonderful restaurants to choose your menu from. I chose this place because I didn't have to contact several vendors like many other places! Plus, it's not just a square room. It has character. We love character.

Pappa's catering was amazing. They provided our linens, china, food, and even the pecan pies for dessert. Everything went perfectly smoothly and was delicious. Rhonda took great care of us and was a breeze to work with!

They were awesome, professional, and flexible. They provided awesome mexican food for our wedding. They did not disappoint. Rhonda Rivas was so helpful throughout the whole year in planning this event. Thank you so much!

Pappas Catering did a wonderful job at our wedding reception! The food was great -- especially the French Quarter chicken breast (cooked on the grill outside) and the garlic mashed potatoes. I saw many guests going back for seconds!
The service was also great - the catering staff and the two bartenders did a wonderful job, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Our coordinator Marisol was great about answering our questions in the months leading up to the wedding and she helped us plan the schedule for the reception. The staff worked great with the other vendors too.
The company was very affordable compared to several other companies we got quotes from. They had done many weddings at our venue - the Houston Heights Fire Station - before which made me happy. Highly...

This place was outstanding!!! All the guests at my wedding said it was the best food they had ever had!!! and the service was great!!! These people went above and beyond my expectations!!! They provided a delicious cocktail hour and a 5 star dinner!!!

I used Pappas Catering for my October 15, 2011 wedding. They were absolutely fantastic! I have no complaints what so ever. I got married at a DIY venue, and papas supplied my linens, center peices (which were cheaper and prettier than my florist could do) and of course the food. They cooked the food there and it was fantastic! All my guests came up to me to tell me that was the best food they have ever hd at a wedding. Marisol Pezman, is the event coordinator for them and she is wonderful. She was very easy to contact and responded quickly. She gave me so many ideas for my venue and ways to do things cheaper withbettwr results. Their staff was great too. They made sure me and my husband hD. Plate and brought it to me so I for sure was able to eat. Highly recommend this catering company for anything.

The food was delicious! Many guests commented that it's the best food that they have ever been served at a wedding. The Pappas' staff, especially Marisol Pezman, were very responsive to our needs and understood our budget constraints. I would definitely do business with Pappas again.

Great food, very delicious!!!

Pappas catering provided great service and flexibility by staying a little later than originally asked to stay. Also did a great job in communicating with DJ to make announcements about the buffet. We were able to do just about everything through email which in my personal opinion is great! i love things on writing because to me it's more official than speaking over phone and being told wrong info.
