From his initial presentation to us and his website, I knew Chris had the style I needed for my chic, elegant, New Year's Eve wedding. I did not know a ton about flowers going into wedding planning, but all I needed to do was give Chris a sense of our style and the ambience we wanted for our event - he did the rest! He put together beautiful flower arrangements while keeping in mind my husband's allergies and my in-laws' sensitivities to white flowers (they're Taiwanese and I wanted all white flowers, Chris managed to negotiate between the contradictory needs). He met with me and my planner multiple times and always had different ideas he wanted to show me to ensure that he understood what would make me happy. He even prepared a beautiful lei for me to wear during my father/daughter dance (we danced to the Hawaiian song Tiny Bubbles). Having heard horror stories about the exorbitant cost of wedding flowers, I was pleasantly surprised by how cost-conscious Chris was with us and how he was able to seamlessly repurpose arrangements as the night progressed. Instead of overpowering our wedding, the flowers and arrangements Chris prepared for us perfectly matched the feel of our wedding - minimally modern, elegant, high-end yet truly romantic. I wold happily recommend Chris and Paradise Delight to friends.
