Park Inn Toledo


 
 The location was very convenient to our wedding/reception location but that was about the only good thing (oh yeah, they weren’t unreasonable price wise). The rooms were just so-so, a bit outdated. They said they had a shuttle that would drop off and pick up guests, but the day of the wedding, that did not happen. There were quite a few complaints from the guests at our wedding about loud noise from other guests. I know there aren’t a lot of great hotels to choose from in downtown Toledo, I think it’s just a matter of choosing the “lesser of a few evils”.

Had problems confirming guests prices for rooms as well as our suite since day 1. We were told the bar would stay open until at least 1am. When we showed up at 11:30 with a bunch of guests wanting to keep partying and the bar was closed, we were upset and didn’t end up staying there. No one from the hotel ever called to apologize or even ask what happened to us. I thought it was very unprofessional!
