Let me just say Thank You Cheryl! As a last minute change of mind I went from planning to be a DIY bride and make my own bouquet to scrambling to find a florist that I liked and was in my budget. I had been through a few meetings before going to Parkway and was beginning to lose some hope, but thank goodness I met with Cheryl! We discussed what I wanted and she helped guide me through my questions, and before you knew it I received amazing wedding flowers at a really reasonable price! I loved my flowers so much I wish I had gotten them preserved afterwards to keep them forever!

It was a pleasure to work with Cheryl!! She sat down with us and we were able to describe what we wanted and she made it into a reality! My bouquet and my girls flowers were amazing and so were our centerpieces and kissing balls at the church. She answered all of my questions when I called and even organized a separate bouquet to be delivered to the hotel so I could have flowers in my pictures!

Cheryl also added an additional service I wasn't aware of! She took care of organizing all of the people for our processional at the church by lining everyone up and making sure people got down the aisle! She was an absolute help and she even fluffed my train and sent me down the aisle!

Cheryl and her team at Parkway Florist were absolutely amazing! They not only helped me select the flowers and assist me with design, they went above and beyond with the final outcome. The centerpieces were stunning and were better than I could have anticipated. I loved my flowers and the bouquets for my girls. They were absolutely affordable and worked to give me the most that they could while respecting my budget. I also asked for the bouquets to be fake flowers since I have bad allergies and you would NEVER know in a million years that they weren't real. I had guests coming up to me to ask me about all of our flowers and now I have my bouquet on a shelf in my house for display! I couldn't have been happier!

Cheryl and her staff were amazing. I nicknamed Cheryl my fairy godmother, both for helping to provide just amazingly beautiful flowers for both our ceremony and reception, but for also just being so supportive. On the day of the wedding, she was the first to greet me as I got off the limo bus (almost late!) when I arrived at the church and helped me inside She is very calm and soothing and was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. She was the one who helped to scrub a stain out of the front of my dress literally minutes before I walked down the aisle and had a pin to help fix some stray hairs. I can't say many florists would have done that!

The flowers were just gorgeous and were worth every penny. She was very easy to get a hold of and was super fast at returning phone calls. She is a true professional and I am so lucky that I chose her to supply all of the flowers for our wedding.

I was given Cheryl's contact information by a friend. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the way the flowers turned out. Cheryl had plenty of ideas for the bouquets and tons of pictures to look through. We asked her to do a winter forest scene at the front of the room for the ceremony and Cheryl did an amazing job. They branch arrangements were backlit on pedestals and covered in silver foil which ended up being just perfect. The bouquets were beautiful and certainly held up well. I did my own reception centerpieces and Cheryl did not try to pressure me into buyig anthing additional for them but she did make some really helpful suggestions. She even recommended our priest who was also a great a find. She also stopped by our bridal suite to wish me well before the ceremony.

Cheryl and her team far surpassed the visions I had in mind for my wedding flowers. The put me at ease after I had an issue with the florist I hired originally and even went out of their way to accomodate some of my unusual requests, such as needing the ceremony flowers moved to the reception location. Parkway Florist is OUTSTANDING! I was referred to Cheryl through another vendor and am so happy that I got to work with her! I was able to get all of the flowers I wanted, in season, for a price that would make your jaw drop! Cheryl's passion for her work, and joy in the arrangements she produces is unparalleled! The attention to detail and service does not end when your flowers arrive. Cheryl helped with my veil, reminded me to breathe, and walked me to the church doors before the ceremony began! She individually passed out the bouquets to my bridesmaids and pinned all of the boutinerres on to the groomsmen. The reception flowers were stunning! Our centerpieces were exactly how we discussed, and her arrangements transformed the reception site into my vision and theme. Guests commented on how beautiful everything looked and were happy to hear they could take a centerpiece with them! Cheryl's work is beyond your expectations, and her personal touches show that she understands exactly what you want for your wedding day! My experience working with Parkway Florist and Cheryl was fabulous. She was very attentive and professional when listening to us explain our vision, taste and design scheme for the day. Although we only had one face to face consultation/meeting with Cheryl, she not only understood and relayed what we wanted in terms of flowers for our day, she did an amazing job. Additionally, Cheryl was also on hand at the ceremony to ensure that everything went smoothly with the flowers, etc., which I felt was a nice personal touch. It was a pleasure working with Parkway Florist.

I only had a few weeks to plan a wedding and they had no problems at all getting me everything I wanted. I had red roses and white lilies that were amazingly beautiful especially for a March wedding. The cake topper was perfect and worked very well with my cake. They showed up early and needed no assistance from me (thankfully since I was late getting back from getting my hair done). All around wonderful people and wonderful service!

Parkway Florist is a great vendor to work with! Cheryl is extremely friendly and helpful. All I had to do is tell her the colors I wanted, she showed me a couple pics that I liked and she did exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with how my flowers turned out! the centerpieces were included as part of a package at my reception site so I was unsure of the quality of flowers that I would have available to choose from, but they were very elegant - tall vases with orchids - that I got many compliments on! THe boquets were stunning and some of my bridemaids told me their boquets had lasted in water for several weeks after the wedding so you know the flowers are fresh!

The flowers for our wedding were beautiful. We got all of our bouquets, rose petals for the tables at the reception, and our cake topper from Parkway Florist. Everyone at the wedding commented how beautiful they were. I couldn't have been happier with how great they looked.

I went into this florist thinking I knew just what I wanted. I had purchased vase centerpieces that I wanted to use with particular flowers in a particular arrangement. Cheryl was kind enough to give me a detailed quote, lots of information, and show my plenty of pictures. Upon one occasion, I brought in my vase for her to do an arrangement, and it just wasn't what I envisioned. I thought I had wasted my money on 30 vases! Well, Cheryl said to give her 10 minutes, and as I stood there, she totally transformed the same vase and flower colors into a beautiful centerpiece! All for the same price that she had quoted prior. She even gave me the vase with flowers to take home for free!

On my wedding day, my flowers were fresh, delivered timely, and smelled amazing! She stayed behind to ensure our walk down the asile was smooth and everyone was happy. I'd recommended this vendor to others who used her at their weddings and they were just as pleased. Good luck!

Easy to work with - flowers were beautiful. My bouquet was VERY heavy - be sure to ask about the weight when looking at flower arrangements.

The flowers from this vendor are beautiful, but it is hard to get in contact with the florist and to make appointments. When I informed the florist we were moving from the area and needed to do our confirmation appointment within a month's time, it seemed like I was a bother. I know some brides get a little spastic about planning, but our move was a valid reason to get planning done (though this was only 3.5 to 4 months out from our wedding date). Although the flowers were lovely, the price was a little high and I felt a little railroaded in the decision making.

Flowers turned out beautiful, but not completely what we requested. This wasn't a huge issue, but my bridal party and family did not enjoy the employees attitude and aggressiveness at the church after delivering the flowers. She was forceful and tried to take over the coordinating. I am not sure if this is a common thing for the flower lady to direct, but the manner to which this was done was not appreciated.

Cheryl at Parkway Florist is one of our favorite vendors to work with in Pittsburgh. She not only is a top florist, she is also completely service oriented. She will work with every bride to ensure that the flowers exactly what was ordered. We have personally seen her stay with the bride until she walks down the aisle to make sure her gown, veil and flowers look their best as she makes her grand entrance. Additionally, she will offer advice gleaned from her years of experience to each and every client to make sure their wedding day goes off without a hitch.
