I cannot thank Bobby and his staff at Party Perfect NYC enough. They truly made the time leading up to the wedding, including estimates, song selections and the ease of confirming everything was just the beginning. The day of our wedding was made extra special with the additional photographs they had taken and the music was perfect, their DJ and MC had everyone up and dancing the entire time. The feedback overall from our guests, had been the most fun they had ever had at a wedding and we are thrilled that many felt that way. Thank you again Party Perfect NYC!! Danielle & Colin

Could not have asked for a better DJ company!! DJ Bobby and his staff did an absolutely amazing job. I have never been to a wedding where most guests have stayed until the very last song and it actually happened at mine.. and all because of Party Perfect. Our dance floor was always packed. My guests are still raving about them. Most definitely one of our most favorite vendors!!! It was such a pleasure to work with them.
Thank you DJ Bobby and the Party Perfect NYC Staff for making our night so special and memorable! We want to do it AGAIN!!!

This was the best vendor I had at my wedding. Bobby and his team did a great job and I can't thank them enough. I met with Bobby a few times and he knew exactly what I wanted. I trusted him and his team to provide DJ, entertainment, and videography. They exceeded my expectations! My wedding guests raved about the music and entertainment. The percussionist was AMAZING and Bobby's set up/lighting looked great at the venue. Bobby also hired a belly dancer who really interacted with the crowd and got everyone up after dinner. As far as video, his staff captured all the special moments; from getting ready in the morning to leaving the reception. The DVD was put together well. I truly trusted Bobby and his team to give me a fabulous wedding and I got way more. I can't thank PartyPerfectNYC enough; they really know how to throw a party!

I used Party Perfect for my wedding in June of 2011. I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Fayder and his staff. His staff was timely and prompt, and not to mention affordable! Everyone had a great time, he kept the guests moving. We also used the zap photography services and the pictures came out great! Almost just as good as out professional photographer. I would highly recommend Party Perfect . Great service for a great price

Bobby Fayder and Party Perfect NYC did my wedding on Halloween and they were INCREDIBLE. My wedding was over a year ago and people STILL tell me how amazing my DJ was. We didn't do a lot for our wedding as far as photography, flowers, etc... but our DJ really was the star. He was excellent with the guests, he and his partner Lee took photos throughout our ceremony which showed on a screen during the reception. And during the reception they took hundreds of photos which they put on their site so everyone could get them themselves. He wasn't swarmy like a lot of dj's can be. He was current with music but still kept the "older" crowd happy. He honestly was the best part of our wedding. We really expected an average dj, but we got so much more than that. ESPECIALLY since his prices were ridiculously unreasonable. He really went above and beyond and I will always appreciate how amazing he is! I can get 100 other people to vouch for him too. My husband tells me every so often we need to have another party JUST to have Party Perfect NYC dj it.

Bobby and the rest of the Party Perfect NYC staff were awesome! The music was amazing and they kept everyone on the dance floor all night long which is exactly what we wanted. I even had them stay overtime because I didnt want the night to end! I would recommend Party Perfect NYC to any bride and groom or anyone else needing an amazing DJ for their special event. 5 stars all the way around :-)

My wedding would not have been the same without Party Perfect NYC. Bobby kept the guests entertained all night and friends even asked for referrals after the wedding. The Father of the Bride :) even commented "now Bobby....he was impressive." He can entertain crowds of all ages and really gets to know the bride and groom to make sure the music he is providing and entertainment provided is what the couple truly wants.

He also entertains with class...yet knows and keeps up with all the current music trends....

You will not go wrong with this pick as you envision your special day and will remember the amazing job he will do at your wedding. 100%...

Party Perfect NYC did an outstanding job at our wedding. They made this nervous bride calm and relaxed knowing that all of my guest would have a fabulous time dancing to all of our favorite music. They did a great job mixing oldies, new music and Bon Jovi (my special request). I would highly recommend Party Perfect NYC to anyone and everyone.

What music genres are in your collection?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Describe your DJ style:

Unique per event and always innovative. Some events are full blown dance parties, while others are structured. We employ a planning program that ensures your evening progresses and doesn't drag.

Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?

Generally we like to take a maximum of 40 special requests. As professional entertainers, we know what music gets the response we're after. Some music is great in the car, some for excercising, some work great for sing alongs at the bar. Your request list not only tops our play list, but also gives us a reference point as to what type of music you and your guests enjoy.

What is your usual attire?

We arrive in company attire to load our gear into your event; and then change into a dark colored suit and tie. Formal wear is available upon request.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

If we do not have a song that is PRE requested, we make every effort to legally obtain a copy. If we are still un able to attain a copy of the particular track or version the client is looking for, we request the client supplies it either via .mp3 email, CD via USPS or on a portable storage device such as a thumb drive.

How many other DJs do you work with?

We have a tight knit network of 10 DJs that have been working with each other for years. From NYC's hottest nightclubs to the most elaborate private events our DJs have all worked side by side one another; building a very similar styles of music programming The experience our DJs have attained over the years in working so closely with one another has made our style and format a "brand" if you will.

What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?

We will entertain for as little as 5 minutes, however the bulk of our fees come from equipment usage and transportation.

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

We are always available to meet with or speak to a client. Weather it be a video chat, a phone call or an in person meeting. We are a full time entertainment firm ready to service our clients.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

We dont specialize in any particular ethnic events, however we have been proven to be among the best of the best when it comes to getting a diverse group to participate on the dance floor.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

A do not play list is provided to each client at booking.

Do you bring your own equipment?

We own and operate all of our own professional sound, video and lighting gear. All of our equipment is stored in professional road cases and transported in a brand new cargo van.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

Intelligent lights, Video Screens, Montage production, Casino tables, Photo favors, Cotton candy Machines, Pop Corn Machines, Characturists, Balloon sculptors, Party Percussionists, Live Musicians, Celebrity impersonators, Magicians, Comedians, Wii, Rock Band, XBOX 360, Mechanical bulls, Dunk Tanks, Stilt Walkers, Kiddie Carnivals, Face Painters and much more!

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

We arrive a minimum of 90 minutes prior to the start of your event. We are a totally self contained operation and need no staging, fascades or tables from your venue.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

No. We coordinate with the venue ahead of time to ensure adiquate height and electricity are available if needed.

Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?

No. When operating our video screens, we usually throw our logo up at some point during the event if applicable.

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

We certainly Emcee all introductions and grand entrances; however our DJs are true mix masters and they are skilled at blending one record to the next without the crowd realizing a new song is playing. Our emcees engage the crowd with great routines and lots of high energy hype as well as keep your guests abreast of the events progression.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

We usually start our dance sets with a "ladies choice" slow dance song. At most events, the wemon are quicker to get onto the dance floor, and by making it a "ladies choice", the gentlemen are almost obligate to participate. Once we have everyone on the floor for the slow song, we have something to work with. We then determine what the next uptempo dance song should be.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do not have a break policy nor do we require a client provide a meal for all our staff members. We know that venue charges our clients for the entertainers meals, and to be honest.... we have had enought prime rib, salmon and chicken for a life time. If not supppling a meal makes the prospect of a gratuity that much more possible, then we would always decline the meal and ALWAYS graciously accept a gratuity.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?

In some cases we use pre recorded sets.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

We are a full service entertianment firm with a complete staff and we always have entertainers available and on call.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?

Yes. We operate multiple identical soundsy stems which enables us to have an event taking place in Nassau as another is being set up in queens. Punctuality is never comprimised for a booking.

What is your overtime rate?

Overtime rates vary and are determined at time of quote. Overtime minimum is $100 per staff member addtl.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?

Beyond a 45 mile radius applicable charges for gas and tolls apply.

What is the required deposit to secure your services?
