This is the second time I have used PT&E for wedding rentals. I dealt mostly with Kristy who is fabulous! She is interested and enthused about your wedding plans. All of the staff, including the owner can't be more helpful. When you are the mother of the bride, that is such a comfort! I highly recommend using Party Tents and Events!

This company is amazing Kristi and Leslie are the most helpful people I have ever had the plesure of working with. Sitting down and trying to figure out all my wedding needs with Kristi was like talking to my best friend who I have known all my life. FAQ for Party, Tents & Event Rentals
A~ Most rentals are on a 3-day turn around. Ex. Mon.-Wed. = 1 rental period or Fri.-Mon. = 1 rental period (extra day on weekends since office is closed on Sundays)
Q~ What is the cancellation policy?
A~ Cancellation or reduction of items on a reservation must be made (7) days prior to the customer pickup date or the delivery date of items or it will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental items and 100% for linen. Reservations cancelled or reduced within 24 hrs. of the above mentioned reservation dates will result in a 100% cancellation fee for all items.
Q~ How do I see linen colors?
A~ You can visit our website at www.pterentals.com to see our linen color chart on the the linen page located in the catalog or you can stop in our showroom which is open Mon-Sat. 8:30-4:30 and we have all the linen samples out on display for customers to see and play with.
Q~ How early do I need to place my reservation?
A~ The earlier that you place a reservation the better. With a reservation, the items on your order are actually being held for you and you have up until the cancellation date to make all final changes at no extra cost.
Something to think about to give your wedding or reception a bit of sparkle. Please consider the ground setting in your decorating plans. Is the ground covered with grass or sand? Will you need to rent astro turf or sub-flooring due to a dirt terrain? Sparkles and or confetti can be sprinkled over grass sand or even astro turf and can make a lovely presentation for a tent floor or outdoor event. Remember to be creative.
Here's a little idea for a fun wedding favor.... How about a DIY favor kit for the guests? If you’re having a relatively large wedding, there’s sometimes a period of time when the guests are waiting for the bride and groom to come back from having photos taken, etc. While the guests are waiting at the tables, why not leave them each a little something to keep them occupied? Buy small wedding tins, small white cardboard boxes, beads, a glue stick, ribbon, sparkles, etc. Leave them at each seat with an invitation to create the best wedding favor ever. Whatever they make is theirs to take home as a momento.
