This is a long overdue review for Pasha Events, who catered our wedding in mid-October at the beautiful Riverside Church. Even two months later, my friends and family are still raving about the food, professionalism, and atmosphere. The catering was very important to us, as my husband is in the restaurant business and we had a lot of guests in the industry that we wanted to show a good time. I have received compliment after compliment from our 100+ guests that this was the best wedding they had been to with the best food and best open bar, which is really the best feedback a bride can hear!
To me, our wedding was perfect, and we really owe a lot of that to Pasha. When we first went to Riverside and met Gieto, we were very impressed with the food options offered and the affordability (it is Manhattan after all). All the options were clearly laid out; there were no surprises, which was really a relief. The food choices were all so good that it was actually hard to pick.
From the first meeting, to our tasting, to the wedding, we were always treated with respect - to the point where we felt like our event was just as important to them as it was for us. We were in constant contact about details, and they were always so accommodating with our questions and requests. On the night of the wedding there was really nothing we had to worry about. They set up everything so beautifully, and transformed an already beautiful space to our special vision. We never had to ask about anything - it was all such a smooth process. I was also really impressed by how professional and courteous the waiters and waitresses were, going out of their way to make sure that as busy as we were, my husband and I had everything we needed in addition to tending to all of our guests needs.
I would highly recommend Pasha. In fact, we've been talking about what event we can throw so have the same experience again! I cannot thank them enough for my lifetime memory of the perfect night.
Thank you Leigh and Gieto for all your hard work, from Marguerite and Konrad, married 10/16/2010.
