Pastor David Plank

I just read a negative review of Pastor David and believe it must have been written by a complete bridezilla control freak!~ We were just married last weekend and Pastor David was wonderful! Clearly, he cares about the bride and groom! We met with him twice before the ceremony Both times he travelled miles out of his way to meet with us. We asked for traditional vows and he delivered with the utmost sincerity, personability, and love. After our wedding, family said how much they felt a part of the ceremony, not just as spectators, but as participants in our beautiful union. He shared the story of our meeting, right down to the place we met and our proposal story! He infused humor with the sanctity of what a wedding is. He was also patient with payments, not to mention reasonable with his cost. We loved Pastor David and would highly recommend him to any couple! Loved him!

Pastor Plank was definately one of the highlights of our wedding. He made our ceremony flow in a fun and organized manner. He is a very kind and geunine person who made our special day even more special. We have recommended him to several of our friends.

Would avoid this officiant at all costs. We met with him a number of times to discuss our ceremony. The day of he did something completely different. Didn't even bring the VOWS THAT WE HAD WRITTEN OURSELVES. When we asked for our money back, he was very rude and disrespectful, refusing to meet with us in person and not returning our phone calls. This was an awful part of our wedding. He clearly does not care about the brides and grooms.
I would give him negative stars if i could. Our other vendors were wonderful. unfortunately this is the only wedding ceremony we will have and it was all about him and not for us at all.

Hey Frecklerash, if your wedding ruined by the inclusion of specific religious elements that you requested NOT to be made, if your vows were mis-read, if your name was mis-pronounced, if the opening of the ceremony consisted of a crude joke about divorce as an "icebreaker", you too would be as upset as msf.

David Plank did all of the above - and more. In the process he offended several people in attendance and ultimately ruined our wedding. He showed no remorse for it after the fact.

My suggestion is to find someone else. Plank cannot be trusted.
