Her prices were definitely appealing but given how they compared to other wedding photographers, this should have been my tip something wasn’t right. Quality of the pics is decent. I have definitely seen much better but also much worse. She seemed ok to work with up through the event date. After the fact, she’s just awful. She lied about the turnaround time to get our prints and then wouldn’t respond to weeks of e-mails and phone calls. I get that what the lab does is out of her control but there’s no reason why she can’t just give you an update “Hey the lab is backed up” or something. I honestly thought for a couple of months that I might not have any wedding pictures at all. You can certainly find more dependable photographers out there. This one is shady!

I thought the photographer did a pretty good job. I would recommend her and her husband, who now work out of their home rather than a studio, based on budget. They offered two packages, the lowest at around $1700. This was the least expensive photographer I could find for the quality. There were two photographers (her and her husband), 10+ hours of shoot time, two choices of albums (classic or yearbook style), and multiple locations. They were flexible, and most of the pictures were pretty good. She still takes film pictures instead of using digital, so there aren't as many pictures to sift through. Needless to say, I would recommend her for those on a budget.

My experience with Patricia Loos remains the worst, most unprofessional customer service experience I have ever had. I have two other friends who used her around the same time and we all agreed she was horrible to work with and the pictures were average. At one point, I followed up with her to get an update on the status of my album and she responded via email to "stop sending her nagging emails." Apparently, my inquiries on where my album that I paid nearly $2000 for, was annoying to her. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and frustration, use a different photographer.
