Do you have liability insurance?

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer 35mm High Definition multi-camera, one camera teams, as well as our award-winning editing.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Our 35mm lenses usually do not require extra lighting ; however we have soft camera lighting available only if the event is to dim for our cameras. We suggest asking your DJ to add as much lighting that your budget allows. Atmosphere Lighting makes your reception unforgetable (and your video spectacular).
How many videographers do you work with?
Our team of one to four professional videographers are available for multi-camera video packages.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Of course! We prefer a casual meeting to get to know our clients personal style and wishes. If availablity is an issue, we also discuss clients needs through e-mail and telephone. All of our videos are custom made and reflect our clients needs and personalities.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Paul is guaranteed to attend the event, unless our client requests otherwise.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
A typical shooting kit includes three HD cameras with 35MM lenses, tripods, soft lights, cables,tapes and extra batteries.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Depending on the event we take at least one dinner break
Do you charge overtime?
Only if the our clients request more time over the agreed apon time.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
Yes, provided that our client has given permission.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The bride/groom is involved during the planning meeting before the wedding. All of the bride/groom's input is requested before the wedding. All creative editing is left up to Paul Christian Video, and that any request made after delivery are subject to additional editing fees.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Eight weeks. We take up to twenty weddings a year, and do not work on an assembly line. To ensure our quality standards each video is produced one at a time giving our clients the best video possible.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
Four Hours.
