I almost don't want to share this great secret...! Well, okay! Mr. Hapip makes custom jewelry. He works out of his home in Wisconsin, but travels all over Wisconsin and Illinois to fairs (such as craft fairs or renaissance fairs). He made my engagement ring and wedding band. I select the band designs out of his many available..they are very unique and tend to have an antique look to them. He works with a diamond vendor who mails him some options based on what you are looking for and you can then select the one you want. Paul will not accept diamonds with what he sees as flaws; you can be assured you are getting a quality stone for your money. Paul often recommends using various stones for engagement rings, as use to be the custom, but I choose to stick with the diamond. Paul includes something in his rings called oxidation which a sort of black color in the grooves of the designs in the ring. This is meant to bring out the design better. I prefer it without that and you can request it as so. I LOVE my ring!! If you are looking for something unique and high quality, you can trust Paul Hapip jewelry.

Paul does gorgeous, organic style jewelry... hibiscus leaves entwined, tiger lilies surrounding a ruby, etc. Very delicate and unique. He has a booth at the Bristol Renaissance faire and does several jewelry shows throughout the year.
