Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with! He is incredibly organized, extremely passionate about his work, and is a true artist. We met in advance of my wedding to discuss the timeline down to the minute and talked about what photos were most important to me and my husband. On the day of our wedding Paul was phenomenal. He went completely above and beyond what we expected. He kept us on our timeline all day, we did not feel pressured at all to get through shots or locations, and we got through all of our shots quickly and easily. We received the link to all of our photos before we got back from our honeymoon. Once we returned and were able to look at the photos we were very impressed by their quality. Paul captured so many amazing shots and we loved the artistic quality. I really cannot say enough about what a fantastic photographer Paul is!

Paul was excellent to work with. He makes you feel at ease with him providing an expert eye for areas and places to take his pictures. He is talented with placing himself in the right places at the right times. As well as being extremely fast with getting back to you with emails. Paul Harrison is a wonderful photographer with creativity, energy and professionalism. He took the time to get to know my now husband and I in order to fully understand what type of pictures we were interested in and to really capture our unique relationship through photographs. He allowed us to try out poses we were interested in but also is very experienced in posing us in ways that look phenomenal and natural. His photographs (engagements, pre-wedding, ceremony, reception) are absolutely breathtaking.

Prior to the wedding, we worked together to develop a very detailed timeline of the day of photographs. He is organized, focused, and knows how to manage time wisely in order to give the bride and groom the types of pictures they want in the time frame they are working with. During the ceremony and reception, we didn't even notice he was taking photographs but they turned out really great.

We received our pictures about 16 days after the wedding- all edited and ready to order! We loved this quick turn around as we were so excited to re-experience our wedding and see all the pictures.

Pictures were a very important aspect to my husband and I. We are more than thrilled about the quality of services that Paul gave us on both the engagement shoot and entire day of the wedding. Paul Harrison was the consummate professional from the very beginning of our wedding planning process. We interviewed several photographers before selecting Paul -- it was truly a no-brainer. From your very first meeting, he works with you to think through the logistics of your wedding day so that he can be as productive and unobtrusive as possible while still getting those shots you want. Paul did an amazing job with my engagement, bridal, and wedding photos. Honestly, everything turned out way better then I could have ever imagined. I was nervous for the bridal pictures because I had never taken pictures like that before but he made me feel completely comfortable and by the end I was enjoying modeling ☺ He was completely organized and asked my husband and our families to send him a list of all the pictures we wanted on our wedding day beforehand. Because he was so organized Paul got everything we wanted and had time for more! Best of all, the finished products are awesome! I still can’t stop looking at them. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Paul and the quality of his photos. He is extremely talented, easy to work with and made us all look awesome. Also, he was able to get the photos back to me within a week! I know people who wait up to 8 months for their photos. Not only was this extremely quick, but the quality was not at all compromised. Paul Harrison was a spectacular photographer! He worked with us before the wedding to make sure that he would capture all shots that were important to us. He attended the rehearsal (for no additional charge) and played a huge role in organizing the ceremony, including where the bridal party should stand, etc. We greatly appreciated this. The day of the wedding Paul was prompt, helped to keep us on schedule, but also made sure that he got all of the photos that we wanted. Even our guests commented on how hard working he was!

I was recently married at the Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, VA on June 30, 2012. My husband and I planned our wedding from Bowling Green, KY and I couldn't have picked a better photographer to capture the best day of our lives. Our venue suggested several photographers for us to use, but once I met Paul, I knew right away he was the man for the job. Paul was always available to speak with me via phone or email. If we ever missed each other, with in 30 min. he was calling me back. I felt like I was the ONLY bride he was working with this entire last year. I flew home to do my bridal session at the College of William and Mary and it was the best experience ever. Paul made me feel like a princess and my pictures turned out amazing! Paul also came to my rehearsal dinner, spent time getting to know my family and very important guests. He went above and beyond the call of duty for sure. If you're looking for someone is completely responsive and 100% into the photography the whole time, you found the right guy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for photography. Paul was great and our pictures came out fantastic!! We got the link to the proof site in exactly 7 DAYS. I have never heard of a photographer getting photos back that quickly! He worked with us wonderfully rescheduling our time on the day due to the hurricane and power outages and he made it there even though he had a tree fall on his house the night before!! He is clearly very skilled and experienced and he gave us the perfect amount of direction so the photography went quite quickly. Very impressed!

Paul was great for all of our wedding photography sessions. He does amazing work for the price he asks and is extremely professional in his work ethic. We were really happy with everything about working with Paul Harrison. Compared to other photographers in the area and (to my untrained eye) of similar quality, Paul was very flexible and reasonably priced. We were on a tight budget, so we were happy to find someone who took pictures that we loved and a was also affordable. Most photographers we looked at had pretty strict package deals (x hours and x photos and x pages in an album for x dollars). At first those sounded like a good deal, until I realized how few hours their smallest packages cover (so you have to choose which hours of your reception or getting ready time you want to leave out). We chose not to buy an album right away, but Paul includes a CD (with rights to reprint) so we can make one later. He was pleasant and easy to work with, and always got back to us quickly when we had questions. He and his wife (who helps him out) were professional and fun to work with on our wedding day. Take a look at the website--after looking at our photos it seems like a good sampling of his work. I'd most definitely recommend his services to anyone getting married in the Hampton Roads area.

Paul is not only a wonderful photographer, but also he's one of the nicest people in the business! He always takes the time to get to know his clients so that he can give them the best possible experience during the session and end up with photographs that they love. I personally have a number of photographs that he has taken at corporate events where my group was playing and they are all stunning. There are a lot of really fine photographers in the Hampton Roads area, but when I need a professional photographer, I will call Paul.
