Pazzobella (crazy beautiful)...
If flowers were super models, these flowers would be tall, beautiful and have the perfect outfit on, every time... they would be "that girl" who you would secretly envy and admire all the same.
The team at Pazzobella are so personable and talented. Kristy is amazing and trustworthy. The arrangements are gorgeous - quality petals in sturdy vases. We use them every time we have an event because they make it so easy.
I simply call Kristy, give her a budget and a couple of specifics and she delivers above-and-beyond my expectations... every time.
If you are looking for a local floral artist, one you can trust without a worry, please call Pazzobella. You can thank me later....
I am glad that my wedding flowers arrived at my wedding and reception sites, and they were pretty given what showed up. However, I am concerned about accountability and professionalism of the company and feel I have to pass this information on to others. There was a specific flower of sentimental value that was supposed to be included in my altar arrangements that was not...$25 PER flower for 6 of them. I was told that the flowers were in a truck accident and that they would be replaced with artificial ones, and I totally understand some circumstances are unforeseeable. I was then promised I could keep the artificial ones as a keepsake, but they did not appear in the arrangements either. The explanation that was given after I contacted the company after the wedding was that they "did not look good" once mixed in with the real flowers. It has now been almost 6 months since my wedding, and I have not received the promised artificial keepsakes (or a check for a portion of the cost refunded that I gave as another option to help me feel satisfied). There have been numerous emails, phonecalls, and alleged attempted deliveries of these flowers by a courier who apparently never gets the items to where they are supposed to go. I have been very patient and forgiving and hoped the situation would finally be resolved to my satisfaction, but it has not. Thus, out of all my stellar wedding vendors, Pazzobello is the only one I would not recommend to others.
My experience with Pazzobello flowers was interesting. Initially I was excited to work with Kristi. She was super nice and seemed really creative, so I was excited to leave my wedding flowers in her hands. However, I found myself sitting with her a couple of different times to make changes to my bridal bouquet and i never quite felt confident after leaving the meetings with her.
On the day of my wedding, the flowers showed up and they weren't completely right. There were a few types of flowers missing. Kristi graciously fixed the bouquet (i didn't see it, but my mom saw it and knew it wasn't what i had told her i wanted. i had added a few flowers via email with the florist, but they weren't in the bouquet. i can see how things would get confused.) At any rate, the bridal bouquet was beautiful in photos, but it wasn't what i had imagined my bridal bouquet would be. I don't blame either party for that. The toss bouquet was kind of sad. It was two daisies, maybe a giant calla and some greens. i was slightly embarrassed to toss it.
I LOVED the bridesmaid bouquets. they were just what i had envisioned. They were beautiful.
My boutonnieres were ok. The mothers' corsages were beautiful, but were attached to a Neon/Lime Green beaded bracelet. I liked the corsage idea, but the bracelet should have been clear or something neutral.
The altar arrangements that we paid a lot of money for, were a disappointment. ( I actually didn't even notice them) We were told that they would be a little heavier on greenery because we weren't paying for the bigger arrangement, but i didn't realize that it was literally going to be an arrangement of greens with a few flowers stuck in it. My guests had mentioned how it looked when i asked them and the general consensus was "they were really green."
At the end of the day, the flowers brought color into our photographs, and they were beautiful, they just weren't what we had thought we were getting. I was disappointed that they weren't the dream flowers that I'd been looking for, but they were pretty and I was mostly happy with them.

Megan, I am so caught off guard by this posting as we had a wonderful ongoing working relationship right up to the wedding. I am so disappointed that you didn'tcontact me to discuss any perceived discrepencies you were feeling. I have tried contacting via phone and email but you have chosen not to respond so it is unclear to me what resolve you are seeking. It is my general thought that unfortunately your disappointment may be an unrealistic perception ...a case where the vision and budget don't quite match.
In regards to your bouquet... 3 weeks prior to the wedding you contacted me and asked that we add something special to your bouquet to make it stand out from the bridesmaids who would be carrying green hydrangeas with brightly colored gerbera daiseys. I said no problem! You said you liked orange calla lilys or orange roses. Since the gentlemen were wearing orange calla lilys it made sense to compliment by adding them into your bouquet. Per your contract that you signed... that is what was delivered. Upon arrival to the church your mother whom I had never met nor had any previous conversations with told me that she was certain your bouquet was supposed to have roses too ...and I said its not in the contract and she still insisted...Instead of arguing...I went and added roses, you had mentioned them once and I assumed that was what she was thinking...although not in the contract. I had the bouquet back to the church before the bridesmaids even had there dresses on and finished the decor and was told everything was beautiful!!
The boutineers were orange calla lily's with curled grass as seen at your appt. in the shop....that is what we delivered !
The corsage bracelets were picked out by you during our first meeting at the shop...that is what we delivered. (also listed in your contract)
The altar bouquets were another addition 2 weeks before the wedding. I said no problem. With a bridal party of 12 I recommended a budget of $250.00 ea . This would create a size appropriate bouquet using your floral choices and the space involved. You asked if there was any way I could do both for that price or $125.00 ea. I said of course I could, but it was Not my recommendation. You chose to stay to the low end to honor your budget and I totally understood and delivered 2 beautiful bouqets.
You also didn't mention that the last week before the wedding you called and said oh my...I forgot to order flowers for my centerpieces! Is there any way Kristi that you could still get them for me? I said of course I can and provided 30 gorgeous long stem orange calla lily's for you to design yourself.
Given the amount of time, energy and flexibility I allowed you in this design process, I am saddened by your general lack of appreciation for all that you received and all the value you received for your flower dollars. As I cannot post your contract details or representative pictures here, they can be found on Pazzobello Flowers Facebook page marked sept 24 for inquiring people who want to see the beauty of the flowers that were really delivered.
At Pazzobello we are so very aware of the budgetary needs/restrictions of all of our clients and we try to guide them with choices that will always provide the most value/impact for their vision. Always giving realistic guidelines for what they will receive. I think anyone who takes the time to view the photos will have no doubt that Megan received a remarkable value for her floral dollars.
Our flowers were beautiful, especially my bouquet. They arrive to the church and reception on time and in great condition.
Exquisite flowers and lovely and accomodating personalities! My now husband and I decided to do a very last minute nuptial celebration. We walked into Pazzobello less than 3 weeks prior to our wedding and walked out an hour later with a very simple, funky and fun plan for our day! As we are both avid music lovers and musicians our table centerpieces included warped old records elegantly planted with fun herbs and random eclectic blooms. Playful yet dazzling. What a talented crew!
Working with Pazzobello was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Kristi's genuine enthusiasm while listening to my ideas and the vision I had for my wedding gave me immediate confidence that she would create the day I had always pictured and hoped for! Pazzobello not only did not disappoint but went beyond our hopes and created amazing flowers that will always be a cherished part of my wedding memories.
Pazzobello was super cool to work with! I have to admit the floral part of our wedding had little appeal to me but after meeting with Kristi and hearing all the options to customize - making everything feel like ARTWORK rather than overly feminine displays I was very pleased with the results! Very professional , great job.
Beautiful work and amazing value! Highly recommend these guys to all!
Working with Pazzobello was a dream - they made my life so easy! I go to school out of state and although my mother was very active in the planning process Kristi at Pazzobello still included me on every decision along the way via emails and pictures!
We wanted a midsummer nights dream fairytale with a wintery twist . What Kristi and her team created was absolutely magical with hanging votives and whimisical blossoms adorning white icicle branches with sparkling crystals all surrounded by a soft base of natural glistening moss and downy white feathers. I had never seen anything like it and my guests couldn't stop talking about it! Brilliant and definately memorable!
I found Pazzobello because I had noticed their creative bouquets at Restaurant Lurcat. I contacted them 6 months prior to my wedding and within 1 week I was meeting with Kristi and showing her the piles of pictures and ideas I had gathered. Kristi was great! Right away she was pointing out to me the "style/patterns" I was drawn to and by the end of our first meeting I was certain I had found the right flower person for me! We met several other times to make adjustments and they were very flexible when I couldn't make an appointment. They did a mock up centerpiece for me and they let me take it home to show my fiance! Many special thanks to them for helping me create a last minute centerpiece idea for the extra 40 guests who were late in responding! My guests raved about the flowers and I am still getting compliments! Highly recommend!
I hired Pazzobello to do the bouquets, personal flowers and centerpieces for our November wedding. The flowers were beautiful although everything was smaller than she said and showed me it would be, especially the centerpiece arrangements, while already on the smaller side were at least 1-2 blooms shy of what I was told it would be. The flowers were delivered on time, and she was very nice and professional during set up and delivery. \r\nKristi was the most difficult vendor I had to deal with through out the course of my wedding planning for one thing: communication. While a very nice, friendly person, she did not call me or email me back for weeks (at one point a month and a half) at a time, even after I had attempted contact multiple times. \r\nShe had told me that I had to return the vases Monday after the wedding, and on Monday morning she was frantically calling me and my planner about the vases because they were no longer at my reception venue. 11:00AM on Monday morning we returned the vases. I would suggest telling her you need prompt communication during the planning. The price is right for the metro area.

This is news to us! When I delivered your wedding flowers you seemed overjoyed with the floral results ! There was also no follow up to the shop regarding any disatisfaction on your part?
I have reviewed my email communications with you and from 2/19/10 to 11/22/10 I have 2-3 documented emails a month with corresponding responses within a 24 hour period. So I 'm not certain how you are validating a lack of communication.
Pazzobello did 3 complimentary mock up centerpieces for your $20.00 centerpieces (which included a $5.00 rental square vase fee) as you had a hard time visualizing what it was you wanted to see for your $15.00 floral budget. Our finished product was to be a mix of roses, hydrangeas and queen annes lace (as the orchids and calla lily's used in your personal flowers were not cost effective) What was actually delivered should have been considered a value ADD for you --as the week of your wedding we were able to get a killer deal on calla lily's and we passed it on to you! We added them throughout along with roses, hydrangeas and queen annes lace !!! (as seen in dated photos of your event)
As far as your rental items - It clearly states in our contract that Pazzobello offers complimentary pick up of all rental items following your celebration! Your reception was at Landmark Center a very public venue, so when we showed up to pick them up we were concerned as we didn't want you to be charged for the missing items. I placed one phone call to you and one to your wedding planner as a courtesy to you!
Pazzobello prides itself in Value , accessability and style.... simply stated we want to give our brides MORE than what they hoped for.....
We used Pazzobello for just bridesmaid bouquets and the bride's bouquet. We wanted a non-traditional bouquet with orchids, greenery and peacock feathers. I brought in a picture of a bouquet I was interested in and left the rest in Pazzobello's hands. They even allowed me to provide my own feathers to save on costs. The day of the wedding, I was pleasantly surprised with the bouquets they came up with. I wasn't too worried about the flowers, but was so glad they came out how I had expected them to.
The flower portion of my wedding planning was a bit overwhelming to me as I was not familiar with alot of flower names. Kristi at Pazzobello was so knowledgable and helped me with what would work both seasonally and within my budget to create the timeless yet modern bouquet I was envisioning! When Kristi handed me my bouquet the day of my wedding I burst into tears it was simply the most beautiful bouquet I had ever seen and something I would have never known how to describe on my own . A comfort and a joy to work with at every turn!
The girls at Pazzobello were so easy to work with and over the top accomodating. During the middle of my wedding planning I moved to join my fiance out of state! This made me very nervous about finalizing all of our details. Kristi and Alycia were fabulous about corresponding with me via email and skype! They answered countless questions about flower availabilty and sent loads of pictures of bouquets and centerpieces which really eased my mind! If you are looking for a terrific professional florist with incredibly unique style - you've found your team!
Beautiful flowers, incredible value and easy personalities so work with!
My guests were continually commenting on the unique flowers and fun uplighting that was used in our centerpieces! The attention to detail was amazing.
There is no doubt pazzobello provided the most gorgeous flowers for the wedding day, but there were so miscommunications along the way and we thought the flowers hadn't arrived for over an hour past their drop off point.

I'm glad you loved your wedding flowers...even though you made many last minute changes ...it is always lovely to hear that we captured your vision. Your flowers did indeed arrive at exactly the time you requested and were left in the "wedding room" per the coordinators request.
Pazzobello did a great job on our wedding. They were extremely knowledgable and just by talking and getting to know us knew exactly what our vision was and copied it. The flowers took our breath away. They are very talented and can work with any budget.
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience working with Pazzobello. I was so excited to work with her and thought she was going to do a fabulous job. They delivered the flowers late for my ceremony, despite the repeated calls we made to them that morning. I had to walk down the aisle with no flowers and it was a really hard way to start the day. They arrived about 10 minutes into the ceremony and were beautiful when they arrived but not exactly what I asked for either. After the wedding was all over my mom and I contacted her for an explanation. She gave us several excuses and different reasons for the late arrival but tried to share the blame with us. She was not professional and should have just owned up to it. It's really too bad because I was excited to use her and to recommend her to everyone I knew. Instead, I have to do the opposite because I don't want anyone else to go through the stress I did the morning of their wedding.

As this is a very sad circumstance given any reason..I will keep my response brief. The bride and her mother were a joy to work with and we met several times at length to discuss the needs and details for their wedding day. Unfortunately the signed contract we had with Marybeth stated delivery to the reception venue only. This might seem strange to some...but given the scenic beauty of the the river- not surprising to us. Many brides choose to do photos at various locations other than the church, and as there were no flowers ordered for the church space other than personals it wasn't listed as a point of delivery. When we received the call that morning saying they needed the flowers ASAP...we were surprised/shocked and confused....and we did our best to transport them from the space listed on their contract to the church which was across town. Unfortunately with traffic....they did arrive late. Being that this is a situation that we would wish on no one - and not caring who was to blame - Marybeths reception flowers were greatly enhanced..we added extra floral to everything...hoping to enhance the rest of their celebration. Mary beth was also credited generously for the oversight on their contract that was missed by ALL parties involved. It is now Pazzobello's policy to have a Bride Sign off on her delivery locations and times.
By far the best wedding flowers around. They were wonderful and catered to exactly what I wanted, and willingly accommodated last minute changes.
Gorgeous story and quality flowers. Kristi was very friendly and was flexible with her schedule when making appointments. Prices were very very good. We did not get what we ordered though. We ordered specific roses for the bouquets and cake (THE reason I went to Pazzobello's) and we didn't get them. We ordered Blue Hydrangea and got Green. We wanted solid Ivory ribbon and got sheer. We wanted scattered flowers on our cake and got a big bulky cake topper bouquet. MAKE SURE you express very clearly and often exactly what you want and make her write it all down.
Pazzobello Flowers are amazing! They create beautiful, creative bouquets and flowers!
I send all my clients to Pazzobello because I know that she will design each wedding's flowers with a fresh, new look. She's super talented and people are always surprised and happy with the creations.
