Nicole and her team at Peachtree Weddings were a dream come true. Being in the wedding industry myself, I know how crazy and hectic the day of the wedding can be. With Nicole's help, my husband I both agree that we were actually able to enjoy the entire wedding...completely stress-free. It was so good knowing that we just had to show up and everything else was in place and ready to go. I would highly recommend Peachtree Weddings for any couple looking for a professional, yet easy-going team to help them with their planning.

Nicole and Holly from Peachtree Weddings were fantastic to work with!!! We hired them for day of coordinator only - but she went above and beyond. Nicole's vendor recommendations were spot on - our DJ was fantastic and our shuttle bus was super clean, comfortable and professional. She responded to my emails within a few hours each time I emailed her and was always helpful with her suggestions. We had such a smooth wedding day and were able to enjoy our family, frinds, food and music for the entire reception! We had a tiny miscommunication about the end time of the reception - but she worked it out just fine. Holly set up the reception area perfectly! Better than perfect - we never imagined it would look that beautiful but she really helped tie everything together. Go ahead - do your research and compare other Wedding Planners - you're going to choose Nicole b/c she's the best!

Before I start, I just want to make the comment that for value (taking into account the services she provided) I would have given her even more stars if it had let me.

Nicole from Peachtree Weddings & Events was truly a lifesaver. I wasn't in exactly the best situation for planning a wedding--my husband is military and stationed in California and my family is all out of state. Even my wedding party had to fly in from as far as California. I was utterly alone in Georgia with this HUGE task in front of me. Oh, I should mention that I'm a huge detail person and a perfectionist (not a good combination) so doing this on my own would probably have had me ending up in the psych ward before the end. Nicole was a God-send who kept me on track and was that buffer from complete insanity. (I had the full package, btw).

I should also mention that our original date was November 24, 2012 and not a MONTH after signing a contract with her (more like a week or two I think), we moved the date up 11 months. She had no problem with adjusting the contract to the new date (luckily it was a Tuesday so she was clear and free). About halfway through I had a spreadsheet issue (wrong columns were added in Excel, so instead of being just in budget, I was $7K over) and she talked me out of a complete breakdown over it and helped me re-work the numbers. We ended up a whole $1500 under budget at the end. She knows her weddings and she knows how to deal with all those mishaps.

The collection of vendors that she works with is amazing and she can find the right one for you. She helped me find out what we really wanted for our wedding and "translated" this for our vendors. I can't point to a single vendor she set me up with that wasn't completely amazing.

Having her guide me through every step of the way and then taking over starting at the rehearsal was amazing. Not having to work through the whole thing removed a lot of the stress and tension, not only from myself, but from my husband and my parents. My wedding party and vendors LOVED the detailed day of schedule she drew out. After the night was over, I heard nothing but great things from family members (about her controlling the event while not really being seen) and from vendors (her professionalism and scheduling).

I had a hard time convincing my mom and grandmother that I needed a wedding planner for my wedding, but let me tell you, after the wedding they both told me that she was worth EVERY PENNY and then some. I'm telling you, if you want to have (as close as you can get to) stress-free wedding (or event), you NEED Nicole from Peachtree Weddings & Events working for you.

My husband and I hired Nicole to plan our wedding in Decemeber 2011, and she was amazing. I had an extremely restrictive work schedule, and Nicole managed to have all of her vendors work around that so I never had to miss a meeting. She always responded to my e-mails, texts, and phone calls right away. And if anything went wrong on the wedding day, I never knew about it and still don't. Our day was absolutely perfect, and we're still receiving compliments on how great our wedding was. She took the stress out of planning and made it so that our family had to do nothing but focus on each other. I would totally recommend her to anyone at any time for any event.

I used Nicole for "day of" coordination only however she was extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding. Her vendor suggestions were perfect for the event and she was instrumental in getting all the vendors organized. Nicole was my rock during the wedding. Everything goes so fast but she was right beside me anytime I needed anything or forgot something. The ceremony and reception flowed flawlessly and I didn't have to focus on anything but being a bride.

Nicole did an exceptional job, both leading up to our wedding and on the actual weekend. She provided several great referrals for vendors, created a helpful and detailed timeline for the ceremony and reception, contacted all of our vendors to confirm their arrival times the week before our wedding, helped us coordinate and execute our rehearsal, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding. Her relaxed (but organized!) personality was just what we needed to keep everyone in our bridal party where they needed to be without making them feeling stressed or rushed. I would recommend her to any bride without hesitation!

I started out thinking that I could handle the wedding planning all by myself, but it quickly became apparent that I could not, and I didn't want my family members and friends to be experiencing any sort of stress on the wedding day either.
I contacted several planners, and Nicole was one of the first to respond, which immediately impressed me. My fiancé and I met with her, and we hired her on the spot for her wedding day management plan. Even though the plan is for day of coordination, Nicole is there for you when you need her. I got an awesome deal on linens and other reception item rentals because of her suggestions and connections. Her services are definitely a huge bang for your buck!
Her personality is truly amazing, and luckily she is not one of those BOSSY planners. She let me get my ideas out there, and offered help advice and guidance only when asked. I definitely appreciated the sense that she gave me of "this is your wedding; I am only here to help". She is always very accessible and always professional, but not stiff.
My friends and family on the day of, were very impressed with her. They nor I had to worry about a thing!! Everything from start to finish went off smoothly without a hitch and Nicole is the one to thank for that.

My family and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Peachtree Weddings & Events for our wedding. Nicole is absolutely amazing. My fiancée and I had a long engagement, about a year and a half, and we had originally hired another planner who turned out to be an absolute disaster. Luckily we heard outstanding things about Nicole at Peachtree Weddings, and we decided to give her a call. We hired her on the spot after meeting with her for about an hour. We knew that Nicole was the right match for us. She has a very calming energy which we loved! She is very knowledgeable about planning weddings and always gave us great advice and vendor recommendations. We chose her full planning service package, and I’m so glad we did. It was worth every penny and more! She guided us from start to finish and corrected numerous mistakes that our other planner had made. She also helped us out tremendously when our reception venue started disputing costs after we had already signed the contract. She was truly a savior! I can not say enough great things about Nicole. She is professional, always on time, and an all around great person. My mom and I are what you call high maintenance clients, and not once did Nicole ever seem annoyed. We had some sort of communication with her every day, usually multiple times a day. Even though Nicole may be planning multiple weddings during the same time, you would never know it as a client because she makes you feel like your wedding is her only one. Our wedding day was 3/19/11 and it was absolutely perfect. We could not have done it without Nicole, and I can not thank her enough.

Nicole was AWESOME! When I first met with her last spring to plan my wedding, I had intended on having the traditional church wedding. The plans quickly changed for us and we entertained the idea of a destination wedding. Nicole helped with most of the research in finding us the perfect destination based on our budget, the weather for a december wedding, and the price for our guests to travel and attend. Once we began planning the wedding, we decided we'd keep it intimate by allowing only our family members to come. We realized during the planning that we also wanted an at-home-reception to celebrate with all our friends and family that didn't come to our wedding. Nicole definitely had her work cut out when I contracted her. haha She managed to keep me calm and organized throughout the entire process. Our wedding was absolutely perfect in Riviera Maya, MX... our pictures were amazing! Our reception was a blast and Nicole helped throughout the night to keep us on schedule with all the events. She cleaned up the reception venue that night and packed up all our stuff so that I was able to pick it up the following Monday. Going into the planning process I didn't think I needed a wedding planner but boy was I sooooo glad I got Nicole. She really made it all flow as smoothly as possible and kept me on track the entire way. She was so great that I'm hoping to use her again in the future with more events I may plan. Nicole was fantastic. We used her full service "peachtree plan" to help us plan our wedding and were very happy with her services and think the plan was very reasonably priced for what was offered. Nicole was always responsive and worked very flexibly with our busy schedules (the bride being a medical student in the middle of her surgery rotation leading up to the wedding). Nicole also has a great personality that was easy for us to work with and fit well with our personalities. The wedding day itself was free of stress for both of us, enjoyable, and went great. All of our guests commented about how much they enjoyed the wedding and how smoothly it went.

Nicole was wonderful. I'm soooo glad that we hired her. I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day. I knew she would be 2 steps ahead of me and have everything under control. The ceremony and reception were both beautiful and I don't know how we would have pulled if off with out her. Even though I only met Nicole 3 weeks before my wedding, she proved to be one of the best investments in peace of mind for our wedding celebration. Nicole is so easy to talk to and pays attention (as well as asks about) to all the small details. I only regret that I did not work with her earlier in the wedding planning process! She is quick to respond to questions and concerns-- and is able to communicate promptly via email which was instrumental for me as I was working and not able to be on the phone much. When going through the planning process for our special day we thought that we could cover all the bases and didn’t initially see the value in a “wedding planner.” We had heard mixed thoughts from others as to whether the money spent was a wise investment. As our date grew nearer and our “to-do” list grew longer, we decided to reach out and “talk” to a few wedding planners to see if this was a road that we wanted to go down. I will always remember our first “consult” with Nicole – as we sipped on our coffee, our comfort level increased, my fiancé and my anxiety levels decreased. We knew hiring Nicole would be a good move, but we didn’t know that it would turn out to be a GREAT move! She was incredible from the very start. She took a hold of all the moving parts, made sure none of the balls in the air dropped, left no undone detail, and most importantly took any anxiety we were having off our shoulders. My (now) spouse and I are “detail oriented” which is a real nice way of saying, “we are very picky and want everything executed perfectly.” Nicole didn’t have any problems impressing us – she was great.

I always had the impression that “wedding planners” ran around your special day like chickens with their heads cut-off, barking instructions and having a tense demeanor to them. Nicole was able to execute and oversee everything in a very calm manner – we couldn’t have been more impressed with how she performed. My father was scheduled to have emergency cranium surgery on the Friday before our Saturday wedding. He postpone the surgery in order to come to our wedding. We weren’t even sure if he would be able to attend or if it was a good idea for him to…but he insisted on being there. To say he was in incredible pain is an understatement. Nicole was there and ready – she made sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed every step of the way…she insured that he was part of and was able to enjoy our special day. Who does that??? Nicole did!! I don’t know how she determines a price for her services…because truth be told, we would have paid anything she asked for given everything she did for us. Nicole of Peachtree Weddings & Events was amazing! I cannot thank her enough. She managed to keep me sane during my wedding when there were a million and one things to do, and because she was so on top of all the details, I got to enjoy the day. I'm a wedding photographer in the Atlanta area and I've met a lot of people in the wedding industry here, but I have never been so impressed. :)

There are just some people in this world that love what they do and do it better than anyone else. Take our word for it, you will not find someone better for this most important day in your life! She is someone you can trust with everything! And she could be reached at a moments notice, no joke. Her responses to emails were lighting fast and if we needed to talk to her or meet up with her, she never failed to maker her self available.

Nicole was detail-oriented, organized, and had a no-nonsense approach, particularly on the big day itself. Her network of vendors was invaluable and we knew that we were really making our budget go far when we worked with her recommendations. Every single one of her vendors that we hired blew us away. The quality of their work was top notch! And their prices were so good that some of our friends that are getting married now, don't believe that we paid what we did for our wedding! One thing to note about planners, since they are in the business of weddings, they know everyone. And because they will probably bring the vendors business, the vendors inevitably discount some of their services, Nicole ALWAYS passed those discounts to us. So with that, coupled wither her brilliant negotiating skills, she paid for herself and more! We just can not say enough about how amazing she is!

She always had solutions for some of the more stressful situations that come up while planning a big wedding, and it was nice to have someone that could alleviate those stresses instead of contributing to them. But if we were really to look at the whole process, it was as near flawless a wedding as one could be.

In the months leading up to the wedding we were very very happy with Nicole, but where she truly shines is on the day itself. She was a true professional and it was evident that she had a laser-like focus from the beginning of the day right until we rode off for the honeymoon. We were both amazed at how she seemed to be everywhere but nowhere all at once. Thanks Nicole! It wouldn't have been the same without you!

to have Nicole be a part of your wedding is absolutely a necessity. She is so on it, she handles stress extremely well and I knew with her there anything could happen, and she would make sure it was taken care of. Nicole was great! She was always on the ball. She had everything covered and everything planned. She is such a sweet woman! Having her around felt so natural, like I had a best friend or a close relative there to support me.

No matter what, She always was patient and understanding with me and my concerns. She was great at gently reminding me of details that were in need of my attention.

I've seen other wedding planners be pushy and impatient with their Brides,but Nicole has the right balance of everything. She is the kind of woman that could handle a crisis tactfully and professionally. If I could do it all over again... i'd still pick her! She was absolutely awesome!

Nicole was nothing short of AMAZING in planning and coordinating my December 2009 'Winter Wonderland' wedding! I was wary of hiring a professional planner after firing my 1st planner AND losing my deposit (NOTE: it was worth it considering how Nicole turned everything around!). In our first meeting Nicole outlined her packages, pricing, and even was flexible in making the package more affordable for my budget. After that point, Nicole was extremely responsive via phone, text, email and even FACEBOOK:) She took charge of contacting all of my vendors, planning timelines, negotiating additional items, etc.

She was even more organized than me (and I consider myself a pretty organized person)! More than that she has an uncanny way of looking at my face and telling when something was NOT right and working to fix it. The day of the wedding, her 'Extraordinary Emergency Kit' saved the day when my wedding dress was stained after the ceremony!

Bottom line, my wedding was one of the most magical and fun weddings that my guests have attended in a long time..they are STILL talking about it..

I can't provide enough positive feedback to possibly portray what an unbelievable lifesaver Nicole was in the planning and execution of our wedding. With two out of town families, Nicole single handedly (well.. her and her assistant Ryan) pulled off a flawless event for our guests, and a wedding exactly as we imagined. She was extremely organized and responsive, but most importantly she kept our interest at top priority throughout the planning and up until the end of the wedding. She got a feel for what WE wanted and made it happen, down to every last detail. We didn't make her job easy, we extended the time of our reception (at the time it was originally scheduled to end) and she managed to coordinate the extra time with all vendors at the drop of a hat. We were also very pleased with her vendor referrals. There is no way we could have managed without her, and I couldn't imagine a better personality to work with.

Nicole is fabulous. My wedding was everything I imagined it would be - and there is no way I could have done it without Nicole.

Nicole was a wonderful support to us. She thought of many things that would have just gone undone had it not been for her! Although, we hired her for "day of" services she was actually there for us whenever we had a decision or question. She was always open and honest and available. She has a way of being "in charge" without being pushy or bossy. She is genuine and knows her stuff!
The only negative I can think of is that many of her vendor recommendations were out of our price range/budget. Perhaps she just works with and is associated with the very BEST Atlanta has to offer. She is in that class herself.
