I just wanted to let you know that I'm very happy with the freshadama pearls that recently arrived. Their luster is terrific! I had ordered an AA akoya necklace from another well known online vendor and they looked very chalky and just not that much better than cheap fakes in the department stores. I returned that necklace and thought I probably wouldn't be able to afford what a really wanted. I just don't see the benefit of owning real pearls unless they look like them. Luckily I read about your freshadama pearls on a pearl website with blogs and thought it would be worth a try, since your return policy looked reasonable. Well there is no question of returning these. In fact, my husband has ordered another strand for a Christmas gift so I can wear these together. Thank you for making quality affordable!

By the way, your marketing of this line of pearls is great! Calling them "freshadama" must really garner attention and the website is very enticing and informative. Pushing freshadamas in this economy is really the way to go, as they are very cost effective.

Here are a couple of ideas for items to add as either a stock item or monthly special: 1) multistrand freshadama necklaces and 2) 22 or 24" long freshadama necklaces. I solved my multistrand desire with a separate necklace, but I think others would find double or triple strands in smaller diameter pearls to be quite appealing. I see that you have these in AAA freshwaters, but not the freshadamas. These would be great for brides too.

This was my first order and I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered on Wed and my package arrived today Friday.

Just a note to inform you I have received my earring jackets and clasps at last, and they are beautiful!!! They are so large, the just about cover my earlobes. This means I can wear even bigger earrings, just need the money to get them, LOL!

Attached is a few fuzzy ear shots showing they sit perfectly on the ear lobes. As mentioned below, I may need a pair of smaller black pearls, as the Tahitians are a little too big for the jackets IMHO.

Also attached is a pic of my Freshadama double with the original clasp and the clasp. I shall re-string the necklace using the clasp myself. You were right, it is beautiful!

I shall use the original clasp and make myself a triple strand using 5-6mm CFWP bought from a PG-recommended eBay vendor.

May need to spread the stringing over a few weeks, otherwise my fingers will suffer!

The baroque Tahitian pearl necklace arrived this morning--I agree with you that these pretty pearls match very nicely the earrings--you did a fantastic job and I really appreciate the effort!
I have to say that I was reluctant to buy baroque pearls in the first place, but, my wife has a special fondness for this type of pearl.
Fortunately, my experience with Pearl Paradise and the baroque look has gone well regarding both the earrings and the necklace - - they are as pretty as they are unique.
Still, I prefer the round Tahitians, so, I will be back for these later (we have a 20th anniversary coming next year).
Aside from the pearls, it has been a delight to work with you and the rest of the Pearl Paradise team--having a real store front in addition to outstanding web-based service is a terrific combination.
I appreciate the integrity of you and Ms. Novoa--it would have been easier for you to just have me click and buy . . . and perhaps I would have been disappointed.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you Jeremy for bringing such beautiful pearls to the internet so that people like me can finally purchase them. Before the year 2000 I never owned “real” pearls because the price was just out of reach and growing up I can remember my Mom always wearing pearls when she went out (But they were fake pearls). But she always looked beautiful. My mother died in 1996 and I wished she could have lived longer so that I could have given her some of your pearls. She would have been thrilled.

Before Christmas I purchased a 36” length necklace for me and one of your “specials” – the multi-colored Freshadama pearls to give to my daughter for when she turns 21 in February. The quality of both necklaces is outstanding. My daughter and I both thought the multi looked more dynamic on the internet; but the soft pink colors are still pretty and she likes it. I do own several Honora pearl necklaces but yours are by far more beautiful. Also I want to say how much I appreciate your honesty and the honesty of your staff. This Christmas my husband ordered me a Tahitian (9mm) pearl station necklace from American Pearls Company in NY. The gift had to go back because 4 of the 9 pearls were not the quality they were supposed to be and the necklace was not the right length; nor the correct chain he ordered. Needless to say, we still have not received the correct order and no one has called us to discuss the problems.
