Love their invitations! If you love letterpress then definitely look here. Their invitations are incredibly luxe and beautiful. Invitations are available at retail and custom design. Amy and Mary Beth's designs have been featured in multiple publications including Martha Stewart Weddings and House and Garden.

Invitations at retail start at $15 for a full set of 2-color invites, including invitation and reply card both with printed envelope. The custom invitations start at $28 a set and include three designs and multiple revisions. Samples are available for $15 for a set of 3.

I am with-holding one star because I ordered a set of samples and maybe there was miscommunication. I was under the impression that I would receive the samples that I asked for, which she said were available for retail. I was disappointed when 2 weeks later, I received a package of samples that were not even similar to the designs I asked for. If I had known I would get a random set of invitations I would not have spent $15 on samples. Some of them were beautiful though, but unfortunately they were not what I asked for and none were in my wedding colors.

We met Amy from Peculiar Pair Press at a Four Seasons wedding show and she actually found us our wedding venue, and is generally just a super helpful and nice person. Needless to say, she is also a very talented designer and her website speaks for itself--their invitations are to-die-for.

If money is no object, you can't get better than to meet with Peculiar Pair, as they consistently create hands-down the most creative and just plain beautiful wedding stationery I have ever seen. They are constantly being featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, if that is any indication of their talent.

We met with Amy one-on-one for a custom consult and she was extremely professional and was a lot of fun to work with during our one-hour meet-up to discuss ideas and pricing.

I can only take off one star for the price--we decided not to use them due to the sheer cost of their custom invites, after we had already splurged on our photographer! In the end we designed our invites ourselves, which was a LOT of work, but I can't recommend this pair highly enough--if we had had the budget, this is definitely who we would have chosen to design our invites and other stationery.

I ordered my invitations back in Jan. I really wanted something unique and personal. I also wanted letterpress. I found peculiar pair and placed an order right away. Amy was there to answer all of my 500 calls and faxes. She took time to answer questions, send me swatches, and help me pick all the righ elements.

Then, she printed the invites in record time. And they are amazing! THey come cutely wrapped, and pressed to perfection. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The craftmanship is stunning and the envelopes are equally pretty.

I recommend them to everyone.

The artists at Peculiar Press understand class and uniqueness. The letterpress format was exquisite.
