I had my engagement ring resized here and I felt like they really knew what they were talking about. It had to be made into a smaller size but instead of cutting it and resoldering it they put tiny sizing beads inside. That way the diamonds on the band would not be disturbed. I went to other jewelers and they did not mention this option. The beads are very comfortable and not at all visible when worn. It really did the trick.
