Personal Touch Ceremonies did a fabulous job at our wedding! I wouldn't have had anyone else be the officiant! She was professional and kept a sense of humor.

She was very flexible and had a good sense of humor. Id recommend her to anybody who wants a fantastic wedding!

My Husband and I were engaged for 6 years and decided to have an Impromptu wedding. It was on Christmas Eve.( the day we got engaged), 2012 and Rev. Shlesinger had no problem with coming over for a few hours to Marry Ted and I. I had asked her only 2 months in advance and she was Happy to come by and make our Ceremony Very Special!

From the moment I called Darlene she was the best. She kept in touch through email and telephone and was always supportive and patient even when I sent my deposit to the wrong address and she had to wait an additional two weeks. She is the such a terrific person. Just having her as Minister made it so easy. My ceromony was beautiful and she even offered to have her daughter take pictures for a minimul fee. The pictures were beautiful. I will always be grateful to them both for making my wedding day beautiful.

Darlene provided exactly what we wanted for our ceremony, down to any personal touches we requested. Darlene was always very responsive with any questions I had. She is very friendly and was very engaging with us. We could not have asked for anything more!

It seems it's always such an awkward and somewhat nerve racking time trying to find "strangers" (vendors) to hire their services for your wedding day. The day we went to the appointment to meet with Darlene, we immediately felt relaxed and welcomed into her own home. The few moments we had discusssing what we wanted for our special day seemed to be just a normal conversation between friends, making it very easy to choose her.
On the day of the wedding, she came ready; and with a smile and demeanor to keep us relaxed leading up to the service. During the ceremony she kept us on track, with a few heartfelt laughs and moments that we we'll never forget. Afterwards, many of our guests wanted to know if we knew Darlene personally, because of all the exchanges we had.
Darlene is good at what she does and we were elated to find her. Of course, it was even better that she honored us by officiating our wedding and making that part of the day one of the smoothest. Something we can look back on and appreciate always.
She is attentive to your needs and has a broad variety of ceremonies to choose from, making it an easy time selecting the one that's right for your style. Extremely outgoing, great personality, and was simply a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Darlene!!

Darlene was a perfect match for us. She added a tasteful treat to out ceremony when we had least expected it; but that's what we loved about her. She listened to us when we had our meeting with her and we told her about our relationship. She definitely added the livelihood we wanted out of our ceremony, I'd recommend her to anyone. :)

Darlene did a great job at our wedding. In addition to doing all the standard things that are expected of an officiant (e.g., maintaining good communication, being organized, speaking well, taking care of documentation promptly and professionally), Darlene seemed to genuinely care about the quality of our ceremony. Her experience and professionalism showed, and as a somewhat nervous groom, I appreciated the comfort her leadership evoked in the final minutes leading up to the ceremony. I felt that I was in good hands, which enabled me to focus on my bride without any distractions or concerns.

Lastly, it was clear that Darlene had taken the time to get a good read on how my bride and I functioned as a couple, which indicated to me that it was very important to her to make the ceremony special for us. I couldn't be more pleased.

Rev. Shlesinger was great; my family loved her and commented how beautiful the ceremony was and how she made everyone feel like she was part of the family. Several guests even asked for her contact info for their wedding.

This officiant was great! I was able to conduct most of the preparation over email (which I prefer to use rather than by phone). She was happy to do just what we wanted for the ceremony, and was very helpful about informing us of what we needed to do.

Darlene was absolutely fantastic from the first meeting my husband and I had with her until after the wedding. She was one of the few things that I knew I wouldn't have to stress over. Everything was handled with keeping the bride at ease and she did that well. Darlene taylored the wedding ceremony exactally to what would fit our personality and we couldn't have been happier. After the ceremony all of the guests commented on how great the Officiant was.

After the ceremony was over, I can't tell you how many people asked who the officiant was. She was FANTASTIC!! Definitely put me at ease and made us all laugh during the ceremoy so it wasn't so stuffy which is exactally the way we wanted it.

We absolutely loved Darlene. We had a destination wedding in the area so had only met her once before the wedding.She replied quickly to emails and was very flexible when it came to the ceremony format and content. She's also a lot of fun. If you're looking for someone who is flexible and professional, I highly recommend Darlene.

Darlene was fantastic. I spoke with several officiants on the phone prior to speaking with Darlene. They were dry and boring but Darlene was a breathe of fresh air. She is very sincere and helps you to personalize your ceremony, it was not cookie cutter. She made us feel comfortable throughout the planning process as well as the day of.
