Personal Touch Memories provided us with exceptional service with little to no interruption of our Wedding Day. Our guests even commented that they had no idea that we had hired a videographer. Joe was highly professional and worked in conjunction with our photographer. Also, he was flexible with our special requests and even created additional chapters on our DVD with our special memories. His quickness with the production of our DVD was awesome! We would highly recommend Personal Touch Memories!

Joe Euculano was our videographer from Personal Touch Memories. He was great through the whole wedding planning process. He is very easy to work with. Mr. Euculano definitely takes pride in his work. We recieved our wedding video by the time we got back from our honeymoon!!! What a surprise!!! Of course we popped it in the DVD player right away. He captured EVERY special moment! I still watch it atleast once a week. I couldn't imagine not having a video of my wedding. Joe did an excellent job and I highly recommend his services to everyone. Your wedding is a day you never want to forget and with Joe's experienced work I will remember everything about that very special day.

I couldn't thank Joe enough for all he did on our wedding day to preserve the memory forever with our video. He captured the most beautiful moments we shared together and the music choices he added in were wonderful. Watching the video takes me back to that day in a very special and tearful way. He was so wonderful to work with and had some great unique ideas for us. I was so thankful that we have this blissful video for years to come. The angles and shots he used were amazing. I was not stressed at all knowing he was getting such great coverage!!! My video was on my doorstep when we returned from the honeymoon!It is an amazing memory of a lifetime. I would highly recommend him!!

Do you have liability insurance?

Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?

Personal Touch Memories is a home-based business. Although we do do corporate work we specialize in weddings.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?

Personal Touch Memories offers a variety of different packages including: multiple cameras, raw footage, and high definition. Special effects, transitions, romantic music are used during the editing process to make your final DVD much more enjoyable to watch. Additional services we provide include photo montages and love stories.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?

Although Personal Touch Memories does have lighting equipment, in many wedding situations it is not necessary. Large banks of lights are generally cumbersome and somewhat obtrusive. Personal Touch Memories uses state-of-the-art equipment to provide the best quality coverage available. In most situations, a small camera light is used to help when reception halls are sometimes too dim.

How many videographers do you work with?

We generally use 1 videograper for each wedding, however, depending on the package the bride chooses, more manned cameras can be used.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?

Absolutely -- we encourage personal visits with not only the bride but also the groom. It is important for us to know what you would like your final DVD to look like and include. The most important process before the wedding is to get as much information from the bride and groom and possible and continually keep the lines of communication open.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Absolutely, this is an important part of the special service we provide. Personal Touch Memories does not "outsource" any of it's work. The person you meet with is the person who will shoot the wedding, edit your DVD, and deliver your DVD to you.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, we only book 1 wedding per day. However, we can book more than 1 wedding in a weekend

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?

Yes, although in the 12 years we have been providing wedding services to our brides, we have never missed 1 wedding.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Depending on the package, a minimum of 3 state of the art cameras, 2 wireless microphone systems, 4 digital voice recorders, monopods/tripods/steadytracker and much more

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

None

Do you charge overtime?

A simply hourly rate is charged for anything over 8 hours

Do you give access to your raw footage?

Brides and grooms can purchase the raw footage. For some of our packages, the raw footage is included

Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?

We try to involve the bride as much as is possible. However, at our initial wedding many ideas are discussed as to how the final wedding DVD will look.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

10 days to 2 weeks
