Petal productions did the most fabulous job with our wedding. The flowers and decor were breath takkng and then went over and above our expectAtions. Raffi alexa and the entire team were wonderful to work with!

They did a spectacular job with the flowers! Everything was so original and tastefully done. They were also very friendly and helpful throughout the whole thing.

My only suggestion for improvement is that they were not very responsive unless I pushed at times, which made it a bit difficult to coordinate a wedding from abroad. However, as the date neared, they became more responsive and the day of, they were on it!

AMAZING!! I can't express enough rave reviews about Petal Productions. Raffi and his team made my entire wedding spectacular, I mean they really took it to another level. I had a vision for a theme that portrayed an enchanted garden with a touch of glam and the flowers and decor were exactly what I had envisioned and in fact exceeded my already meticulous tastes and expectations. I received hundreds of compliments from every single individual regarding how stunning all of my events were thanks to their wonderful work. They made this stressfull process of planning the wedding from another city so seamless, a total joy to work with and a blessing!

All I have to say about Petal productions is AMAZING! Raffi and his whole team at Petal Productions are so talented! They really brought my vision to life. From my bridal bouquet to our centerpieces everything was BEAUTIFUL! My guest were so impressed! Raffi and his team are so professional and were great to work with. They made my reception room at the Westin Colonnade ( Rotunda Room) look like a fairy tale! They also did a great job adding the little bit of flower decor I wanted at the church for our ceremony. I would recommend them to everyone! I cant thank them enough!

Petal Productions is creative, professional and accommodating and the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is perfect! Although we used Petal Productions for a large charity ball, not a wedding, its services and products are outstanding for any type of event.

Working with Raffi and the team at Petal Productions was an amazing experience. We were clueless when it came to flowers, and Raffi seamlessly put together a wonderful proposal that stayed within our budget. That experience was so refreshing, because other vendors kept quoting us outside our budget, which was very disappointing. Raffi not only gave us the best quote, he was also funny and any easy to work with. He’s laidback but knows what he’s doing – a true professional and flower expert.

I was so happy when I walked into the ceremony and saw the flowers and the candles illuminating the room. Everything looked gorgeous and frankly was more than I expected. My bouquet was also gorgeous.

I completely agree with the review below written by the customer from NYC. Once I signed a contract, Raffi was no where to be found and would never return any calls. Alexa would have to make excuses for his lack of responsiveness. He also provided me with the wrong style of flowers for my ceremony and my bouquet was disgusting. I even paid extra for my bouquet for crystals that they told me they hand-glued on one by one. Well, every single one of those crystals popped right off before the wedding even began. I hate all of the pictures that I have where I'm holding the ugly thing. When I called to discuss an a discrepancy on my bill, he had the audacity to tell me that he "lost money" on one of my pieces. Yes, I'm really sure that after $10,000, you really lost money on that deal. Boo-hoo. I don't feel bad, I just feel ripped off. Some of my other vendors had complained to me about issues they've had with him in the past, but by that point it was too late for me. This is completely unacceptable service.

Oohhhh Raffi.... he was very patient with me and all of my concerns. My flowers looked amazing on my wedding day and he really hooked me up. I got so many compliments on the decor! I can't wait to use PP again for my unborn child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah!

We were very happy with Petal Productions. They were very easy to deal with and very easy going. They suggested creative ideas and worked within our budget with consideration.

Raffi, of Petal Productions not only has exquisite taste, but he provides the most professional service one could hope for. Raffi is pleasant, talented, honest and goes out of his way to make sure his client is happy. On the day of the wedding the bride wanted to make a couple of changes. Raffii and his team made the changes quickly and all with a smile. It was wonderful working with Raffi and I look forward to doing again soon.

I hired Petal Productions for our wedding. What can I really say......the vision I had was executed exactly how I wanted it. The ceremony flowers were breathe taking, all the bridal boutiques were done wonderfully and my centerpieces well all I can say is that I was lost for words.(AMAZING here is a word just AMAZING)! As for you Raffi the owner he is a great business man with a great business and I wish him the best of luck with future endeavors. As for Alexa who was my representative at Petal Productions she answered all the questions I had in a prompt and timely fashion and it put my mind at ease. Alexa totally handled all the little details I had with designing my centerpieces and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also for the amount of flowers I had the price was reasonable and Raffi is willing to work with you to cut the cost down which is unusual but true in my case. They were a pleasure to talk to, work with and hope to use again in the future. Thanks Petal Productions for a job well done.

Raffi will lie and say anything to get you to sign a contract. Then it's all downhill from there. First, he promised and it was in the written contract that he'd have to do a sample for us when we did one of our visits. We traveled from NYc to Miami to meet him in person and see a sample only to have him say that he did not recall agreeing to do a set up. We had to wait for him to do something on the spot. Then for the ceremony, he was to use black magic roses and purple callas. Instead, we got roses and cheap purple hydrangeas. And no rose petals on the runner when he charged us for them. After I complained and Raffi agreed to a $400 partial refund, he hid behind his employee Alexa who ended up apologizing for Raffi's failure to follow through or even come on the phone. I have written emails agreeing to the refund and saying the check should be on the way. That's called an admission of liability. I am still waiting 8 months later. I am a lawyer in NYC and he has forced me to file a lawsuit, which i will finally get around to filing next month. I will be seeking a full refund for the ceremony set up and my hourly rate and travel costs to go to court in Miami. Do not do business with this fraudster. He will deceive you and rip you off.

Just tell Raffi your vision and let him handle the rest. He is very easy to work with and has an amazing ability to put a room together. My wife told Raffi she wanted crystals and he gave her crystals. We have seen his work before so we put our full trust in him and his team and he came through above and beyond what we could have imagined. From his flower arrangements, centerpieces and his whole vision, Raffi and his team will make your dreams come true and give you the wedding you dreamed of. I highly recommend Petal Productions to anyone.

We were beyond satisfied with the floral services that Petal Productions provided for our wedding. We have worked with Raffi in the past and he's always been great, but this time he especially outdid himself. Raffi and his team were great to work with, and most importantly, I knew from seeing the samples of his work that I was in good hands and would not be disappointed. The work he produces is spectacular. My venue was at a restaurant since it was a small wedding (80 ppl) and I wanted to make the place look like a wedding venue and take out the restaurant-feel. He did an amazing job with the flowers and the venue was beautiful. Petal Productions was at the venue on time delivering the flowers and once the venue was finished the finished product was breathtaking. I was unsure about the center pieces and changed my mind a couple of times. Raffi listened carefully and exceeded my expectations on the vision I had. :)

Raffi was great and the flowers looked gorgeous!! I got the exact look that I wanted and some (not all because of the seasonality of the blooms) of the flowers I love. The only problem I had was that my dad didn't get his boutonniere and they gave the corsages (in a weird color) to the wrong family members.

Loved working with Petal Productions. They really honored my vision and made all the floral and decor arrangements authentic and beautiful. I LOVED how everything came out!

The visuals were an important thing to my daughter and Rafi created the most beautiful environment. He wowed us as well as our guests. Everything was perfect!

Petal Productions did an amazing job with my wedding decor at the Four Seasons Hotel on Brickell. Everything from the meetings prior, the phone calls, the emails. Raffi was extremely responsive and listened to everything that I said. On the day of my wedding, Raffi paid extremely close attention to everything, and did such a great job. It was the decor of my dreams, and exceeded everything that I ever could have imagined. We received such compliments for the design, but it was all because of Raffi and his team's magnificent work. I highly recommend.

I have seen Petal Productions decor on many occasions and I have always been pleased with their work. They did a magnificent job for mt daughters wedding. My flowers came out beautiful. Could not ask for more. They have tons of ideas and sugguestions to make your day perfect.

All of the flowers for the wedding were done by Petal Productions. The flowers looked beautiful; however, they were not exactly what I asked for. I wanted all of the flowers to be white and have some pale pink but some of the arrangements had bright pink. I was also not happy with the bridesmaid?s bouquets. They were made up of hydrangea and roses and I was expecting the roses to be open/full, but they were tight rose buds and were sticking out. The reception flowers looked amazing, and I am overall happy with their work.
Petal Productions also did up- lighting which really added a great look and feel to the reception.

The process couldn’t have been any easier. I called and spoke to a great girl in the office named Caroline who was friendly and scheduled me to meet with raffi . I came in and he understood right away what I wanted . the proposal came a 2 days later and was very fairly priced . We came in a month later and saw a sample that I liked so much that I cried when I walked in. The wedding day came and by the time I arrived at the hotel they where completely set up. The room was even more beautiful than I thought it could be. I loved the entire process.

Ladies, I am trying to be fair in reviewing this company, but let me tell you that it boils down to this: My flowers turned out beautiful for the wedding party and for the reception, but dealing with this company was a nightmare! First, after signing the contract that stated they were required to make a sample centerpiece for me, the owner, Raffi Grosz, told me on the phone that he would not do it because it was not cost effective for him. I reminded him that he was supposed to do it, according to the contract (if your centerpiece was over $100 or if there were 10 or more, they were to make a sample for me to see before the wedding). He again flatly refused. I was astounded at this. I called my coordinator at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, and she jumped on the phone and set him straight. He had one of his employees, Paul, make a sample, and it was beautiful. Second, we specifically told PP what time the personal flowers had to be at the hotel by so that the photos could be taken. Of course, they were late and I was crying - we were behind on our photo schedule the day of the wedding - everything was then behind. PP didn't care at all.
So, moral of the story - flowers are nice, but this company has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. I would not recommmend them to anyone and tell everyone I know how they dealt with me. Good luck.
P.S. I do recommend Parrish Designs in Miami - we should have booked with them. They are very nice.

Petal Productions is ace,there where always happy to help us in all areas of our event.Not only did they provide the flowers for our wedding,but also the linens,lighting,and some of the decor that we needed.It was a pleasure to work with some of their coordinators that simplified the process down for us.I highly recommend them for brides.

We told them the type of flowers we wanted and they handled the rest.I could see what a difference they made at our wedding.You won't find great flowers for such a affordable price anywhere else.

The bouquets where my favorites out of all the flowers.I was really impressed with what they created.They listened to what I wanted and managed to add on the creativity and uniqueness the wedding needed.I loved how everything was finally set up and can't thank Pedal Productions enough for the job they did.

Unbelievable !!! They truly made our dreams come true ... And they say this is the most difficult vendor to choose ... defiitely not Petal Productions.
A team, a talent and more importantly, they did exactly what we asked them for.
It was all about us, in a way I have never before experienced. And boy did we ask for changes, and were we nervous. They were always available, responsive and so sweet, although remaining true professionals.

Everything was horrible. Nothing was as ordered, discussed, or contracted. We were missing a lot of elements and things were talked of as grander than they really were. I was so disappointed in this company. After the fact when contacted I recieved no response. This company made my day look cheap and skimpy.

All the services they provide and their products are of the highest quality.We went ahead and booked them for everything they provided.Our flowers where the most beautiful and creative things you could get your hands on.Their entire team is very professional and highly skilled in arranging of the flowers.I highly recommend this company and it services.

For my wedding he did exactly what I wanted, but for the ceremony the he accidentaly did the wrong color flowers. It was still gorgous but I was in shock because it wasn't what I expected. He felt terrible about it though and tried to make it up. He is really a pleasure to work with, and I would use him again and again.

Petal Productions provided beautiful decor for my wedding - everyone commented on how gorgeous everything was. The problem was, it wasn't exactly what I asked for. So, though it turned out ok, I was disappointed that they didn't do what I specifically asked for over and over again. At my rehearsal dinner, I had asked for specific pillows I saw at the Petal Products office and also sketched out the floor plan of the space, indicating where tables and flowers should go. I didn't get the pillows I wanted nor did things end up where they were supposed to. As they say, no one knows what it was "supposed to" look like, so ultimately it was fine...but I was disappointed when I walked into the venue. Secondly, we had our wedding ceremony in the same ballroom as our reception. I had specifically asked NUMEROUS times that my wedding altar structure be taken down for the reception. I even wrote it into the contract. Instead, I walked into my reception to find that the head table was set up ON the wedding altar! Again, it looked nice ultimately but i was shocked given that I had repeatedly asked for that not to happen. I also asked for a specific type of arrangement for the flowers that were lined up on my wedding aisle - i didn't even get close to what I asked for and expected. I also think the centerpieces I got at the reception did not have as many flowers as the sample setting that was done for me. Finally, on the price, we were told one price for the centerpiece when we saw the sample but when it came to 2 weeks before the reception and when it was time to pay, the price was increased. At that point, I was at their mercy and didn't have the time to argue or change florists so I had to pay it. They claimed it was a misunderstanding on my part - it was not and everyone who was with me at the sample setting agrees with me that Petal Productions quoted me a different price. Anyway, hope this is helpful. I think the best thing to do is be VERY specific to agonizing detail if you are going to work with them - confirming and re-confirming that you will get what you asked for. They do beautiful work but if you are particular about what you want, they may not be the best choice.

I have used Petal Productions twice. Both times when I walked into the Ballroom for my two Bar-Mitzvah's my breathe was taken away!!!! Two parties, two years a part and Raffi managed to pull off two completely but magnificent parties! Raffi, the owner, and his entire staff could not have been warmer or more professional. I will definitely use Petal Productions for my third and final Bar-Mitzvah.

Petal Productions did an amazing job at the wedding of Maayan & Baruch. They had an amazing water fountain running from floor to ceiling behind the Huppah...something we have NEVER seen before and were blown away by! As photographers we especially appreciated the fact that the decor was ready earlier than expected, so thank you, Raffi! It was extravagent... Flower petals shot into the air during the ceremony procession made for some great photos. Petal Productions display of talent was above and beyond what we expected.
