Flowers were so FRESH and beautiful~

The owner, Cyndi, is wonderful! I knew I loved her at our very first meeting. She gave us great ideas, showed us tons of pictures and was someone that could tell really cared about her job. She made our centerpieces and huppah look stunning. I wanted a winter wonderland theme and that is exactly what I got.

Cindy at Petals did a wonderful job with all of our floral arrangements, bouquets, etc. for our wedding. At our initial meeting, Cindy was able to prepare several bouquets for my mother and I to look at to get ideas from. It was important to my mother that our flowers be perfect and Cindy made sure we both felt comfortable in our decisions... she spent a couple hours with my mother at an initial meeting going over all the details. She assured us that they would be delivered on time and be exactly what we wanted. When the bouquets arrived at my mothers house we were ecstatic and couldn't wait to see the arrangements at the reception. We got to the reception and were excited to see that the arrangements were perfect and exactly what my mother and I had envisioned! Thank you Petals!

Cindy did an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding. After our first meeting with Cindy we knew we had the right florist. We had met with another florist before going to Petals, and she just didn't get our vision. I had picture of what I wanted my bouquet to look like as well as our centerpieces, which was our biggest challenge. Cindy worked with us as far as pricing, to keep our centerpieces to where we wanted them to be. We were not disappointed at all on the day of our wedding. The flowers for our readers and grandmothers were gorgeous, the bouquets for the bridesmaids and mothers were exactly what I had evisioned. As far as my bouquest... what can I say, it was PERFECT!! The first time I cried all day was when I saw my flowers for the first time, they were absolutely beautiful! Also everyone was fighting for the centerpieces because they were so gorgeous!! I can't say enough nice things about Cindy and everyone at Petals, they went above and beyond what I had envisioned for our wedding.

I spent a great deal of time looking for the right florist for my wedding. I met with several vendors, but Petals was the only place where I felt I received personal service. Although the other florists were larger well known establishments, their wedding coordinators did not pay attention to what I wanted. They kept trying to push their ideas on me. I felt very frustrated and discouraged.

When I met with Cyndi, she asked me several questions about myself, my fiancé, and what I had in mind for my wedding flowers. She then gave me her portfolio of bouquets and table arrangements to look through. Once I made my selections, she sat down with me again and we began to make decisions together. She offered suggestions for flowers that would be in season, let me know availability and cost for flowers that weren’t and offered unique alternatives for my reception tables. As a result, my bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and tables were all breathtaking and beautiful. I would highly recommend Petals to all brides who are looking for a stress-free experience.

Our experience with dealing with Petals was incredible! Cindy helped our daughter and me with numerous suggestions and recommendations regarding all aspects of the flowers. I had Petals do the flowers for my Sept 24, 2011 wedding at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. They did an AMAZING job!
I know nothing about flowers but tried so hard to communicate what I wanted when I met with Cyndi the owner. She kept telling me she was clear but I was so unsure. Cyndi has a strong personality and is quick to make decisions (which is a good thing but hard when you are clueless about flowers!) but I have learned that it is because she knows what she is talking about. Always trust the professionals!
She nailed it. The flowers were exactly what I wanted. My bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were stunning and HUGE.
The centerpieces at the reception were unbelievable. The guests were talking about them all night. They were so amazing.
They even did an amazing job on my cake topper.

I can't say enough how much I enjoyed working with Cindy and her team at Petals. They did an amazing job on the flowers for my daughter's wedding at the Hawthorne Hotel. Everything came out exactly as I had imagined. Several of our guests (and the staff) commented on how they had never seen such beautiful centerpieces. I wanted WOW and I got WOW.

Cyndi and her team at Petals was fabulous and so talented. They designed the centerpieces - flowers, shells and candles for our wedding at the New England Aquarium. They also did the flowers for the wedding party. Everything was absolutely stunning. The colors and flower choices were amazing. Above and beyond my expectations. Upon first meeting with Cyndi, she immediately understood my vision and shared wonderful ideas that added sophistication and beauty. cindy is amazing. Her attention to detail is incredible. I had these GORGEOUS 5-6 ft tall cherry blossom centerpieces at my wedding and it made the ENTIRE room look unbelieveable!!!!! Cindy listens to what you want and like and really makes sure your day is how you want it to be. She is proffesional, courteous & polite. The service, quality and value of the flowers that Cyndi and Petals, Inc. provided for our wedding was amazing. We shopped around with other florists but the friendliness and warmth that Cyndi bestowed upon us was what sold us. She listened to what we had to say about the feel and look of the wedding weekend. I have to be honest, finding a good florist was the hardest part of the planning for me! I felt that with every florist I would meet with, they wanted my wedding to be a showcase of their personal work. Cyndi was such a breath of fresh air! From our initial meeting, I knew I was able to trust that she would create pieces that I wanted and had imagined for my big day - and not just pieces that she wanted to. She helped walk me through all of my choices, helped cut down costs and come up with creative ideas for my ceremony and reception decor.

I was blown away by her work - I found myself peeking over at our alter arrangement during the ceremony and when we got to the reception I could not believe how magical it all looked. It was everything I had ever dreamed of, thank you Cyndi!!!

I went to several wedding vendor events and always admired Petals work. I was working with a budget and never attempted to get an estimate from them assuming the price would be outrageous. My mother went to a show one day with me and agreed their flowers were the best. She persuaded me to get and estimate saying that "A quote was free and couldn't hurt". Come to find out Petals was cheaper than all of the other prices I previously received! I hired them and could not have been happier. My flowers were so impressive that even men at the wedding commented on how pretty they were! I highly recommend Petals as your florist.

Our flowers were beautiful! Cindy and the staff were very creative and able to create wedding bouquets and centerpieces to fit our holiday theme without being to Christmas-y. Petals was such a wonderful experience from the first consultation to having my bouquet preserved. They were always available to answer questions and ease my fears. Petals happened to be the first florist we visited. The minute my mother and I sat down with Cyndi, we knew we found the florist for my wedding. My wedding was a winter wedding and when we presented our holiday theme, Cyndi showed such excitement when sharing her novel ideas! She provided a variety of photos to show her floral creations and began designing some samples for us to view. From start to finish, this was one of the most fun and enjoyable parts of our wedding planning process. My bouquet was gorgeous and the girls' flowers were so beautiful! The centerpieces were amazing and many of our guests commented on all the beautiful winter arrangements! I highly recommend Petals for your florist! Cyndi truly made my wedding beautiful!!

Cyndi is the contact and is very easy to work with. She is realistic in a time when brides want the moon and stars. She makes recommendations and tells you up front what you are going to spend. She will be your consultant. I went to a total of 4 florists and by far I got the most from her at the best price. I highly recommend them. They are great to work with and will be honest with you. And the best part the work she does is amazing. Our flowers turned out beautiful - more then what we had even imagined.

They did a beautiful job with the flowers and delivered on time. Since we are not huge flower people this part of the planning was the easiest.
We met with them twice. Once to pick everything out and then for the final meeting a month out from the wedding. Aside from the bridal party, parent and grandparent flowers we ordered a centerpiece for the head table. The only thing with this was that we thought it was supposed to be much bigger and resemble my flowers more than it actually did. Other wise good service and easy to work with...and the flowers lasted for about a week!

Cindy only did my people flowers and she was a bit more pricey then most I looked at, but they were worth every penny! My bouquet was absolutely perfect along with my bridesmaids bouquets! She was easy to make appointments with and easy to get in touch with. A very sweet women and she did a fantastic job!

I described the colors I was having in my wedding and a basic overview of what I was looking for and I was amazed the morning of my wedding when the flowers were delivered (right on time) They exceeded my expectations!! The arrangements were perfect, the flowers were fresh and were loved by all!! I would definately reccommend this shop to anyone living on the Northshore/Boston.

Cyndi did an amazing job for my wedding! My mom and her worked together and created two different centerpieces for my wedding this past April. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out, but I could not be happier! Even my husband complimented on how awesome everything turned out. When my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were delivered to my room, I cried! They were gorgeous! Not only did Petals provide flowers for my wedding, but also added small details like flower petals around my wedding cake and tea lights around the centerpieces. I could not be happier with the florist I chose.

We got all of our flowers, save the dates, invitations, and programs from Petals. They were amazing. The flowers in particular were spectacular. I never imagined they would come out as exquisite as they did.

Petals was extremely professional and knowledgable about flowers. I had met with several other florists in the area and they all told me that my flower choices sounded great. When I went to Petals and explained my wedding colors and other details about the wedding, she told me that the flowers I envisioned would not match the colors and the theme, and had other suggestions. She was right! The others just went along with what I wanted, but she really cared about making it perfect for me and took the time to show me many options. I dealt with the same woman throughout the entire process. Everything was fresh and looked exactly as described, and arrived on time. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Cindy provided the most beautiful arrangements for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. We were concerned with an autumn wedding, the flowers would be too Thanksgiving-ish or Halloween-ish, but the beautiful combination of colors selected by Cindy provided the warmth of the season with a contemporary edge. As with most brides, unless you find something in a book you like, it's difficult to put in words what you envision for your bouquet. How fortunate for us we chose Pedals as our florist because we had one thrilled bride when she saw Cindy's interpretation of what she thought the bride wanted. She hit the nail on the head! We got many compliments on the flowers, many people saying it's not something they usually pay attention to, but how could you not at this wedding when they were so magnificent! If I had another function, I would absolutely use Cindy again. Pedals did an extraordinary job.

Petals was very helpful in selecting appropriate arrangements for our fall theme given the budget we had to work with. They had some good ideas we had not thought of or heard from anyone else, and the results were great.

We ordered our bouquets and boutonnierres from Petals, and they were absolutely beautiful. The owner (cindy) had recommendations and suggestions for us based on the look we were trying to achieve, helped us stay within budget while keeping a beautiful style and design, and was very responsive and friendly along the way.

Cyndi and her team at Petals did an awesome job on our recent wedding. We had a pretty tight budget and Cyndi worked well within our budget (other vendors wouldn't work with us, saying it was too low). We used flowers in a minimal, but tasteful, manner and I couldn't have done it without Cyndi's recommendations regarding decoration and what types of flowers to us. The flowers turned out beautiful and Petals was a very easy vendor to work with.

I used Petals Florist to have my bouquet preserved after the wedding. They told me it would take about 4 to 6 months for the whole thing to be ready. Over a year later I finally just received it. I felt like they pretty much forgot about me for a while. After many months they called and said they weren't sure which frame I wanted (which I had already picked out months and months ago in person at the store). I had to go online and re-find the frame I wanted which just isn't the same as seeing them in person. When all was said and done they didn't offer any discount at all for the inconvenience. In fact when I asked for a break in the price due to all the issues they told me "it's not like it's pain and suffering". They refused to discount me even a dollar and told me they didn't have time to discuss this any further because they were busy and had other things to do. They told me I could take it or leave it. I obviously still paid for the whole thing.... over $600... because I can't really replicate the bouquet from my wedding day but I felt like they were less than helpful, less than understanding, and less than fair. Even though the flowers are pretty I would not recommend them for bouquet preservation just because of how they handled the whole situation. :-(

As a photographer I attend many weddings, everytime that Petals creates the flowers for the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids and boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmans the result are amazing! Petals is one of my top preferred wedding vendors. Beautiful flowers arrangements and great service with a smile!
