When I walked into the ballroom for the first time, I was in shock. The ballroom was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Natalie and her team did an amazing job. This lady is professional and accomodating and worked with us from the start to create the wedding of our dreams. She knocked it out of the park with the wedding decor, lighting, floral arrangements, cool centerpieces and with all the bouquets. WOW. STUNNING. She is the one stop shop for wedding decor and flowers.

My husband and I were beyond pleased with the wonderful flowers, setup, and decor Natalie at Petals did for our wedding. Everything came out even more beautiful than we had imagined. Natalie had great recommendations for us and really understood the look and feel we were going for. She is such a sweetheart and took the time to meet and make us feel cared about. The ceremony decor was picture perfect and I was blown away when I walked into the reception and saw the chandelier, dance floor, centerpieces, cake flowers, etc. She really knows what she is doing and if something isn't right at the venue during setup she will make sure that it gets fixed and looks perfect even if it isn't something she brought in.

It was exactly what we wanted and even more than we imagined! :) I HIGHLY recommend Petals and they will be getting all of my referrals.

We found Petals Flowers and Events through Westin's preferred vendor list. The owner Natalie was great to work with from the moment we walked into her shop. She was very helpful in offering suggestions to accommodate our desires. She even had example books set out for us for ideas. Our Ceremony Decor was better than we envisioned! Natalie, personally designed our Chuppah with posies and crystal drapery to make an absolutely gorgeous structure. Our aisle was beautifully set-up with scattered petals and pomander balls that hung on shepherd hooks. Natalie and crew really created the perfect ambiance for our outdoor wedding which really added to the breathtaking views of the lake. A perfect setting to get married! Our flower bouquets were designed with satin wrap and rhinestones which were perfect in pictures. Our Reception Decor and centerpieces were absolutely stunning, very simple and elegant.

Planning a destination wedding can be stressful at times when you don't know how things are going to look until the day arrives... Natalie and staff did an amazing job putting together everything we wanted. We must say we could not have been happier with the choice of going with Petals Flowers and Events. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Natalie is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is professional, organized, and not to mention, INCREDIBLY TALENTED at her work. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, and truly set the scene for a breathtaking and stunning wedding. Her creativity and execution of the floral arrangements, centerpieces, and bouquets exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Natalie for all of your hard work! During my consultation I specifically described how I wanted the centerpieces to look, but when I got to my wedding I was surprised to see centerpieces sitting there that I did not ask for. I wanted large, wispy arrangements and instead I got small arrangements with candles in the middle. They were beautiful in the dark, but not the look I was going for. Also, I specifically said NO PINK FLOWERS and that was exactly what I got. I asked for mauve roses, instead I got blush pink roses in all my corsages, centerpieces, and bouquets! The color scheme looked beautiful, but it wasn't exactly what I asked for. Finally, the flowers were not the best quality. The roses were not fresh at all, instead the red roses were wilted and dead by the end of night. The pink roses were brown around the edges which I was not too happy about. Petals was great in the customer service department while planning, but I was not completely satisfied with everything else.

Everything was beautiful, and they take care of everything for me.

Petals is a preferred vendor of the Loews Resort where we were married, and had the nicest website of the 3 or 4 on the preferred vendor list so that's how we decided. Natalie/Petals did the mood lighting, all ceremony, cocktail and reception decor, cake flowers, and linens. It could not have been executed more perfectly. Photos on Petals' website or the portfolio photos just don't do Natalie justice. Her range of work far exceeds what those photos suggest and my expectations were far exceeded.
Decor and tablescape is extremely important to me because I entertain often. The whole process was easy; Natalie had some great ideas and suggestions. We live out of town but Email was just fine. Natalie was organized with her timeframes and patient with accomodating multiple revisions and last minute additions. We didn't have an extravagant budget but she spent time and attention on our wedding. She is professional yet personable. All of the flower arrangements were full and lush, nothing looked skimpy; everything was beautifully done with attention and detail and quality, and was good value. It's evident why Petals is listed as a preferred vendor. There was nothing I thought could have been made better. I highly recommend this vendor.

Petals provided all of the flowers, centerpieces, and ceremony decorations for my wedding at Sunset Gardens. Everything was delivered early and look absolutely fabulous. I got so many compliments on my bouquet. I can't think of anything I would have changed. Thanks to everyone at Petals!

I am so thankful to have found Natalie and her team at Petals! My daughter was recently married and the flowers and service this company provided was amazing.
I had made a terrible decision by contracting with another company for our floral but I backed out. Three weeks before the wedding, I panicked. But, someone referred me to Petals. In literally two days, they consulted with me and had mapped out a plan for centerpieces, wedding party floral and decor. The day of the wedding, I was so pleased. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail was superb. They delivered more than what I expected and went above and beyond the call of duty to make not only the floral but the decor perfect for my only daughter's wedding. Quality, creativity, customer service, excellent follow through....that is what Petals brought to the table for us on wedding day.

Petals was amazing! Everything was exactly how I had pictured it would be. They worked with my ideas and turned them into reality. Couldn't have asked for a better florist for our day!

This review may be long but I want to make sure you get all of the details before deciding to place your wedding flowers in the hands of Petals Floral. And if you read any of my other reviews you will see that I am not a BRIDEZILLA. I met with Petals months before my wedding to discuss our flower budget and exactly what we wanted. Our colors were brown and pink. Our groomsmen and bridesmaids all wore brown so the only pink would be the flowers which was a really important part of our color scheme. When I met with the people at petals I told them my color scheme and they wrote it down, I even gave them a sample ribbon which they tied pink ribbon around all of the purple bouquets. When selecting flowers I didn’t have my heart set on a certain type of flower just as long as it was pink. They showed me some pictures of what they call a Garnet Glow Calla Lilies, which if you look it up they are “HOT PINK”. Perfect, I said, so they wrote garnet glow calla lillie on all of the flowers. My pictures were scheduled at 5:30 and the flowers arrived right at 5:30. We wanted to take ALL photographs before our ceremony. When the flowers arrived all of the Garnet Glow calla lilies were purple. I was upset but knowing myself if I said anything I would cry and ruin hours and $$$ worth of makeup. So instead I just brushed it off and didn’t say anything, besides we needed to start pictures right at that moment and so there was not time to do anything about it. If you know anything about calla lilies you know that they are not cheap. We live out of state so we tried to stop by the flower shop after our wedding with bouquets in hand to let them know of their error. Of course they were closed as it was a sunday afternoon. So I called and spoke with the manager Natalie on the phone. First she told me that the flowers have pink in them. I am glad I did not say anything on my wedding day because if she would have sat and argued color with me on my wedding day I would have cried but my husband, bridesmaids and parents would not have let down, knowing how important my wedding day was to me and it could have turned UGLY!!! Then she told me that it was my fault because I didn’t say anything that they could have fixed it. How??? I ask because photos were to start right at that moment. She said they would have Died my flowers and it wouldn’t have taken as long. Sounds like a disaster to me, not to mention there was no time to do anything. The total of Calla Lillie flowers was $600.00, I expected her to at least apologize and offer a refund at least partial because according to the Policies and Contract it states that “they reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal value for flowers and colors in the event that your flowers arrive in imperfect condition or are the incorrect color.” I asked her why they did not call and tell me that the garnet glow calla lilies showed up and they were purple, because I would have gladly had a substitution so that they would be the right color. She said that it was because there was pink in the flowers. She told me that I used the flowers so that she would not give me a refund. Also they did not provide me with a toss bouquet so when the DJ handed me a bouquet to toss I tossed my $200.00 bouquet which was shredded to pieces. She did refund me for that, as she should, but still no apology. I also asked for vases for the head table to put my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets in, these were not provided and the flowers ended up on the cake table. Reading previous reviews from Petals I was never worried about my flowers because they had such great reviews. So I didn’t double check them...lesson learned. If I ever needed flowers again especially for something important I would not use Petals. I have over 1200 photographs from 2 different photographers and countless additional photographs from wedding guests that show exactly how purple the flowers were, in addition I have a video from Sunset Gardens that shows the same thing. On the bright side the aisle runners and centerpieces were pink. The flowers were beautiful if you were at a wedding with purple bridesmaids dresses, and when it comes to a wedding the color is very important.

Petas was great! All my flowers turing out amazing and they turned my little ideas into amazing centerpieces :) I would definately recommend!

You can't go wrong with Natalie and her team! Exceeded my expectations, wonderful to work with! People are still talking about the flowers. Thank you so much Natalie for everything you did.. It took my breath away when I saw it all together.

We were very pleased with the bouquets & corsages we had done at Petals. I have a very hard time explaining what I want so I was having a hard time trying to envision what my boquet would look like with the flowers and colors that I picked, but it turned out perfect. Our flowers were there on time and they were exactly what we ordered. The only issue I had was one strand of orchids fell out of my bouquet a couple of times but we were able to get it back in and it stayed for the remainder of the night. All of the flowers were beautiful and just what I wanted.

We were extremely pleased with the florals, decor and service we received from Natalie and Petals at our wedding in the Four Seasons Hotel. As we live in Atlanta, we were concerned this would be a difficult process via long-distance but Natalie made us feel as though she was right next door. Emails and phone calls were returned promptly and wonderful suggestions were offered. In addition to beautiful flowers, this company also provided us our table and chair linens, draping and specialty chargers. So much easier than using multiple vendors. We had a vision for our flowers and decor and Natalie brought it to life better than we had hoped! We highly recommend Petals,Flowers and Events!

We received our flowers from petals for our wedding on July 31, 2010. In consultation the florist seemed a bit cold but I later realized it's because she's so very busy all the time. The flowers I wanted were pretty pricey but we did receive a discount as apart of Sunset Gardens package. After discount it was totally worth it! My bouquet was gorgeous, lavender roses and dark calalilies (almost looked black you can see it on there website.) My bridesmaids bouquets were lavender (lilac) orchids. Not only does Petals do flowers but we also ordered a package of energy drinks with our picture on it to place by the bar for drinks. Huge hit at the reception but we didn't order enough for everyone ($3 each can.) All in all I really enjoyed the flowers and their service.

Gale provided my bouquet for my destination wedding at Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort. I wanted just a simple bouquet of a dozen roses in my colors, and it couldn't have been more beautiful! The colors were exactly what I wanted and stayed gorgeous for several days.

The flowers were beautiful and almost exactly what I asked for. They took some creative approaches to our unity wreath and gazebo spray. The flowers were fresh and delivery was on time.

I live in Chicago and completely booked my order for flowers online. I was very pleased with the flexibility and response time and was really wowed when my bouquet actually arrived. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Gale provided our flowers for our wedding in March at Lowes Lake Las Vegas. The flowers were so beautiful. We coordinated everything over the phone and email since I am in Houston, TX....needless to say she is a professional in her field. She did an amazing job with everything. Thank Gale!

Petals did a great job with our flowers. The consultant that we worked with was flexible and creative. Their flowers are very pretty, and they were willing to work with me to stay within the budget. They seemed more flexible at our initital visit; after we booked them and things changed a little with the wedding it seemed like there was less creativity and willingness to come up with neat ideas from the consultant. Our consultant was very friendly, but there were other staff members that I didn't find overly friendly. Our flowers were beautiful; I would recommend them based on that. I was happy with their service overall.

My flowers were the highlight of my day. They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The colors were pefect and my sister's daisies were just what I'd wanted.

I had an 'oh no' moment the day before and realized I had not ordered any corsages for my husbands grandparents and called them in a panic. They took care of it no problem. The only thing I had an issue with is they told me they'd over-ordered on the flowers, so they had plenty extra to make a few corsages-- but they still charged me $30 more for the two of them. If they'd already had those flowers ordered and they were going to go to waste, why should I have to pay for them? Didn't I do that already??? Whatever, money well spent. It made them happy. If they recommend a wrapped rose for a groom, I'd go with it. Ours was just gorgeous and it was so tight that it really looked good on Jason's tux.

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful. I know that flower prices vary by location, so I'm not sure how good their prices were since I didn't visit any other florists in Vegas. Overall I am extremely happy for what I got and have no reason to complain!

My flowers came out beautiful. I did a destination wedding and I was concered about not being able to see the flowers that I was picking before the wedding day. But on the day of the wedding I was so happy with the way everything came out.

The flowers were beautiful the day of. However, I had four roses to hand to the grandmothers at the wedding. I requested that three of them were white and one was yellow because the yellow was for an in memory of that we had on the gazebo. Instead they gave us four yellow roses. The other thing was, the butoneires (sp?) kept breaking. Luckily, Sharon from Sunset Gardens ran over to flower shop and they made new ones before the ceremony started. Other than that, the people there were very unfriendly. It seemed like no one knew how to smile. But if not smiling is what made us have beautiful flowers, then whatever. I was happy and that's all that mattered.

We were thrilled with the flowers and the floral decorations for the wedding.They certainly delivered exactly what i wanted for my wedding. The prices where reasonable and the service was friendly and professional.Would recommend this place to anyone.

Petals did a really nice job with the flowers for our wedding! I especially liked my bouquet - the pink & white calla lillies. The staff at Petals was very helpful and professional. Our flowers arrived on time and were in perfect condition. I was 100% satisfied with their service!

Petals Flower Shoppe did an absolutely amazing job with the arrangements and worked with my budget. I gave a few ideas of what i wanted and they came up with magnificent sets of flowers and bouquets.I wouldn't go anywhere else,they are the best!

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful and affordable. When I had my consultation, the florsist made several suggestions that alowed us to use the ceremony flowers as gorgeous centerpieces.

I picked out my flowers for the entire wedding in less than an hour, it was great! She knew the whole layout of the place I was getting married and I explained what I liked and she made suggestions and informed me who needs what flowers and what is considered traditional ect.

The flowers came out perfect and I was happy. My rose petals were more pink than lavender but I was warned that might happen so I couldn't really be upset about it. The price was a bit more than I had planned which was a bit of a hit to the budget but we worked it out.

I would use them again.

I hated working with this flower shop. They were not at all friendly, and they always seemed bothered to talk with me. I've worked in a flower shop and I know that the flowers I received did not reflect the amount of money I paid. I would have gone somewhere else, but sadly as part of my package with Sunset Gardens, I had $200 worth of credit at their shop.

The flowers were beautiful and everyone was very nice. My only complaint was that the flowers for the head table were supposed to be taken from the Gazbo and put on the head table and they were not as she said they would be. Other than that everything was so beautiful!

I had my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, arch arrangement and the corsages done here. They came with the wedding package we purchased, and we had a credit with them. They did an amazing job, my bouquet was perfect, and the flowers were the most beautiful I had ever seen.
