I wanted something old-fashioned and without a lot of fluff that exhibited some sense of humor and Carly totally delivered! I had an idea in my minds eye how it should look, she found a way to make it happen, researched the products and tried different things to make it work. I know all our guests were delighted with the invitation and I hope everyone saved it because it was awesome.
If you are someone who wants to do something your own way instead of the way it's "done" I would definitely refer you to Carly. She has great imagination to pair with your ideas!
About Phaedra Paperie
As an invitation artist, my goal is to create works of art to announce your event. Your satisfaction with the final product, and enabling you to be as involved as you desire along the way are my biggest priorities. I love the challenge
of coming up with something brand new, turning a glimpse of inspiration into a printed masterpiece.
I use silkscreen (also known as screenprint or serigraphy) as my printing method, which allows me to print on almost anything, as long as it can lay flat. I am particularly fond of fabrics and richly colored papers, and sewing and other assembly methods are well with in the scope of my studio.
If you're looking for something a little different (or a lot!) you've come to the right place.
