The office staff was a pleasure to work with. The DJ did a great job at our reception. Our guests will remember the good time for a long time.

This company was easy to work with and very responsive during the planning process, but there were a few problems on the day of. For example, they forgot to bring a bunch of the CDs that had our requested play list. But, they sent for it and it eventually made it to the event. Also, the wrong song was played during the cake cutting. But all in all, I was satisfied with my DJ vendor. Just a few silly glitches that could have been easily corrected with a bit of time and attention.

We hired Phantom Shadow to provide our limousine transportation for our special day. We had had difficulty in finding transportation for such a large bridal party (15 including the bride and groom) and were relieved to find their largest limo as an option. While it still could only hold 14, they were more than accomodating in making several trips, i.e. the girls and boys arrived separately, then the bridal party returned, then the bride and groom alone. The driver was professional and prepared with umbrellas when it began to rain, and managed to turn around in my parents' driveway...major bonus points!

Jennifer from Shadow Entertainment was a pleasure to work with - we would absolutely recommend the services of this DJ for special events. Although we were unable to meet with Jennifer in person due to scheduling conflicts, we had several detailed conversations with her about our musical tastes; she provided us with paperwork to help outline the flow of our wedding but she also make numerous suggestions which we incorporated into our wedding. She was friendly, professional, and helped make our day a memorable event.
