Greg is an awesome photographer. He adds a modern approach to this classic genre of photography in such a way that every wedding he shoots (no matter how generic in actually was) is displayed in all its quirkiness and intimacy that every wedding actually is. We cannot recommend him enough!

Greg is not only an amazing photographer, but a really fun, flexible, creative guy. My wedding was in Louisiana and was supposed to be warm, but a cold front made it freezing. He still helped us find great places to take pictures both inside and outside. He was able to get all of the traditional shots as well as fantastic candid shots of the whole event. I definitely recommend him for any type of wedding.

Greg Phipps provided nothing less than the absolute best photography services for our engagement pictures and wedding day. While other friends of ours who are newlyweds are regretful about hiring a friend of the family to be their photographer, we proudly show everyone our gorgeous wedding album. It truly tells the story of our wedding day- something not all photographers are able to capture. In tight times, I understand brides have to make budget cuts. I do not regret keeping photography at the top of our prioritized budget. Flower die, food is eaten... at the end of the day the pictures are what matter most.
Gregg Phipps at Phipps Photo was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was fortunate to snag him after he did my stepsister's wedding. He did my wedding portraits and the wedding and reception photography. He's easy going, very creative (goes beyond the traditional shots), comfortable to work with and the photos are absolutely beautiful. The photo album that comes with the photography package is my favorite! He did a wonderful job telling the story of our wedding day. I feel that the price was very resonable as well. My wedding was actually in the mountains in Western NC and he traveled with little cost to me. Thanks Greg!
Greg Phipps was referred to us by a friend, and after seeing some of his work, we let him shoot our engagement photos. they turned out SO WELL that we had him shoot our wedding as well. i never gave a lot of thought about wedding photography up until that point, and thanks to Greg, we never had to. He made everything VERY easy for us and suggested lots of poses and types of pictures that turned out very beautiful. He was exceptionally easy to work with and was very flexible to our schedules.

My Husband and I got married in August. We thought about saving money on a photographer and not having one at the wedding....we figured - why do we want to pay for some boring pictures of people standing around? Then a friend showed me some pictures that Greg had taken and we realized that we really needed to rethink our decision. Then we met with Greg and knew that this would be money well spent. We not only had Greg do our wedding, but engagement pictures as well. He was so much fun to work with, we and our wedding party just loved him.... some of them have already had him take pictures of their family. Our wedding and engagement pictures were oustanding, artistic and cool... pictures that I can't wait to put up in our new home!
The Best Photographer Around
We used Greg Phipps for our wedding back in July and are sooo glad we did! First off, Greg is a delight and such an easy-going person to be around. He was there the whole time which was great, and was able to capture our wedding beautifully! I recommend him to everyone because his style is so unique. He is is also very personable. Everyone who looks at our album is amazed and I love reliving that special day everytime I look at the album.
