Can I just say AMAZING!!! We gave Christy a challenge and she went above and beyond what we wanted! The cake color and style was amazing I could not say enough about the cake! If your looking for anyone to make a cake for any occasion and want somthing different this is the place to go.

Our wedding was hosted at Tre Bella on 02/23/2013 and Phoenix Cake Company was the vendor we were matched with as part of our inclusive package. We planned our wedding from out of state and had a tight schedule for when we were able to meet with our vendors. PCC was flexible, responsive and the cakes we sampled during our tasting were delicious! We chose the Marble cake for our wedding cake and I chose the Caramel Macchiato flavor for the Groom's Cake (which we added for a small fee). Both cakes were beautiful and many of our guests commented on how much they loved the cake! We highly recommend Phoenix Cake Company!

Phoenix cake company is great!!! We actually called them two days before our wedding because we ran into a problem with the person that was originally going to make our cake... Im so glad we had the opportunity to have our cake done by them, They did an awesome job !!! !

We went through phoenix cake company for our cake because that is what our venue offered. They did a great job. We got exactly what we wanted and our cake was beautiful and tasted good too.

The cake looked beautiful! It was so much more than I imagined and I was so happy to see the cake all done. The flavors were amazing and even my guest went back for more slices! Definitely worth the extra pounds you gain from not being able to stop eating the cake!

The VERY BEST CAKE ever. Many of my guests commented that they had never had wedding cake so good. It was so delicious, I am having them make another for my husbands birthday!

I was unable to meet with them, but I sent a picture and described what type of cake we wanted and it was EXACTLY like the picture. They provided samples and were very nice.

I loved my cake!! They offer a variety of flavors. When I went in to talk to Christy I showed her the design I wanted and showed her what color the groom was wearing and my dress and she figured out the colors and what would look best (since I didn't know what color I wanted certain parts to be).

We loved our cake. We wanted a neon green cake with big orange flowers on it. And Phoenix Cake Company delivered! We still have guests talking about it. All of the flavors we got were delicous, and the cake was gorgious! We even had some cakepops on the side that were super yummy. I will have to admit that I was a little indecisive when it came to our cake topper, but Angel came through and they created eyeglasses (his and hers) to adorn our cake. It was very much an us cake. Thanks ladies.

PERFECT! Planning was such a breeze i would recommend Phx Cake Co to ANYONE! i loved their style and the finished product was va-va-voom DELICIOUS! to make matters perfect the cake looked AMAZING! Not even Betty Crocker could have done better, im so pleased with the overall product, truely my only regret is not having more time to enjoy more of it on our special day!

Christy is awesome! We wanted something out of the ordinary as we were having a Hollywood Theme wedding and she came up with the perfect design. She sent a sketch a few weeks before the wedding and it looked great but the actual cake looked even better! Her designs are artistic and it looked Hollywood but still like a wedding cake. She also made a really cool "Godfather" theme cake for me for the grooms cake. Not only did the cakes look good but they tasted great. Many people's favorite was the cannoli cake and the red velvet cake. Sometimes you get a cake that looks good but tastes terrible. Not the case, it looked great and tasted amazing. Thanks for your work Christy, I will definitely use you again and again and again!

Not only was our cake beautiful, our cake was also delicious! We had a strawberry cake with strawberry mousse and buttercream frosting. I would have never thought to have such a cake, but it tasted sooo good. Christy got the buttercream color just right, and I was amazed at the amount of cake for the money. One guest said she would eat it every morning for breakfast if she could, and my sister thought it was fondant, since the buttercream was so smooth.

Phoenix Cake Company made my wedding dreams come true!!! When trying to decide what flavors we wanted, they went above and beyond to allow me to try samples. They even made some for me to take home to try with my now husband. We were having a dessert bar at my wedding and they also provided some cannolli's which were so tasty! Our wedding cake and groom's cake came out perfect and delicious. I will definitely be using them for my future events where cake is involved!

Vanlatte Custom Cakes is a must at your Wedding, the cake was unbelievable and the amount of professionalism shown only made our wedding that much better.

Christy is a cake artist. She worked with us on a design for our cake. She just drew it out. Cake was beautiful. We wanted some fresh raspberries, no problem and no extra cost. Some cake vendors we met made you feel like a number and they nickel and dime you for everything. Come on, your paying for time not so much for cake batter? Christy was awesome, she even made an extra cake for our brunch. She also makes beautiful cupcakes. She shares her store front (at least when we meet) with another retro company but don't think she's not professional and serious about your cake.
We drove from Peoria to Mesa to meet with her and it was well worth it.
One more thing, she will make you a copy of your cake top for your anniversary for free so you can eat the top after the wedding!!

Christy is very creative. She was open to my ideas. The cake was beautiful. She knew we were very close on our numbers for the guest list so she actually made an extra sheet cake for us at no extra charge in case we ran short of cake at the wedding. We wanted to add raspberries on the cake, which she did for us. One cake vendor I talked to wanted $30 in addition to the cake cost which was over $100 more than Christy's to start with. She makes the most amazing cupcakes. She shares her shop with another company. It's fun and retro looking, but she is serious about her cakes and very easy to work with. She wasn't pushy and I didn't feel like a number like I did with some of the others. We live on the west side, but it was worth the drive to taste her cakes. Would definitely use again. Nice lady.

I wanted an unusual cake, unlike any other wedding cakes. All the decorators I spoke to had a hard time understanding what I wanted. Even Christy was hesitant. But after detailing out, she felt she could make it what I wanted. She in detail discussed what my different options were to get the look I wanted and in the end my cake was beautiful and perfect. They delivered the cake and it was all a great deal. Also it tasted so good.

Christy worked with us to create a custom non-dairy cake for our kosher wedding last fall. Not only did it taste amazing, but it was more beautifut than I had expected it to be. I would highly reccomend Christy to any bride!

Not only were the cakes devine - I had a special grooms cake in mind for the groom and she expedited it beyond what I had imagined it to look like. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend her services.
